Located on the top floor, this unique coastal cottage style condo in quiet North Ocean City, near Fenwick Island, is recently updated with a modern kitchen and bath. Walk to the beach, the famous Harpoon Hannas Restaurant, Mini-Golf, and more. Relax inside in the bright, spacious living room or lounge on the balcony. Perfect for a small family to have a wonderful beach vacation.

Steps are being taken to assure your safety. The unit will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your stay.

***Please Note: Someone 25 years or older must sign the rental agreement and be staying at the property for the duration of the rental***

There are no linens provided. You will need to use your own sheets and pillowcases or there is a linen rental at 78th street called Ocean City Linen Rental.

There are 2 parking spots available in the parking lot between the buildings.

There is a coin operated washer and dryer on site.

Super Cute Clean Condo!

Really loved our week here. Would definitely book again. Quiet neighborhood, but so close to some really nice restaurants, shops, mini-golf, waterpark, etc. The condo is really cute — contemporary modern beach decor and plenty of room for a couple or a small families. Open floor plan, great updated kitchen with dishwasher. Comfortable large living area. Bedrooms were a nice size, and bed was comfy. A/Cs kept the place nice and chilly inside during a super hot week. Book it— you won’t regret it!

We had a little trouble with the front door and owner reacted quickly to resolve. The place is cute, in nice location, and neighbors were quiet.

Sweet little Ocean City apartment

There are many positive things about this rental. From the start, the owner gets back to one very quickly, always a helpful thing. This second-floor rental is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance (1/2 to 3/4 mile) of the beach, restaurants, an excellent public bus service, and other attractions. It was hot and muggy when we were there; the air conditioners work well, as do kitchen appliances. It's apparent the apartment has seen heavy use. If you cook, you may find some kitchen necessities lacking; cleaning missed a few things here and there; and the beds' mattresses showed their age. But it's a cheerful apartment and worked very well for a week at the beach!

Great condo

Great spot for a week at the beach. Clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Neighbors are friendly, quiet neighborhood and easy bike to the beach.

We stayed for a week in June 2021 and had a great time. Dan is very helpful and communicative. The location is quiet and I prefer easy access to the outdoors and my car without lobbies, elevators and hallways. The property is clean as described and our family of four with two children ages 3 and 5 were quite comfortable. The house is across from a canal and a short walk to a small wooded park area. Beach access is walkable for adults or older children. We were able to drive and find parking on 142nd St without difficulty daily. Only a couple minutes drive to beach access. We would recommend this rental and would consider staying here again in the future. Convenient to OC restaurants etc.

Nice Condo, Quiet Area

We stayed a few nights around Labor Day and it was a pleasant experience. Apartment was on the small side, but the price was great and it was clean and nice. One small remark- not enough space for clothes and luggage. Plenty of drawers and closets but filled with the owners' stuff. Neighborhood was clean, nice and quiet, far from the busy boardwalk area but close enough to the beach.

Family Get away

This property was so cute and the location was great, we wanted to be on the boardwalk but we booked it very last minute. The location was great because we could still walk to the Main Street and have lots of things to do around us. The property manager was very attentive and answered all of our questions and even gave us some recommendations on things to do on a rainy day. He was great. The condo was very clean all around. The only reason I gave 4 stars on cleanliness was because the floors, my infant's knees and feet were really dirty after only a couple minutes being on the floor. But this isn't the property managers fault as he does have a cleaning crew come in and clean. They just need to not forget the floors. OVERALL LOVED IT AND WOULD FOR SURE STAY IN THIS PROPERTY AGAIN! You won't regret booking this property.

Quaint & quiet area, close to the beach!

The property listed was exactly what I viewed online. Due to a Saturday to Saturday stay I was a little bummed that the closets were filled with empty boxes and odds and ends with no hangers for our clothing. Hard to live out of our bags, but we improvised and wore our swim suits a lot. It’s a fabulous location that’s close to many activities for our kids. We really enjoyed ourselves and the area was beautiful. We’ll definitely be back. Property owner was always easy to reach and responded quickly to any messages I sent.

Perfect little house off the beaten path

First of all Dan the owner was amazing. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The distance from the beach wasn't a problem we drove over everyday, less than 2 minutes and never had an issue parking at 142nd Street. The decks and gutters were being worked on during our stay but the maintenance team were also nice and accommodating. The condo has both lot and on street parking which for us was a plus. This house is perfect for small families not wanting the hassle of beachfront locations. Also had a small side yard where my kids played when we got home from the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Ocean City Getaway

Lovely and charming little condo in North Ocean City. If you want less hassle from boardwalk crowds and parking, this is the place! Walk to the beach in a little over 1/2 mile, or drive - never had a problem finding parking right near the beach access during our week-long mid-August stay. Advice for those who plan to cook: "provide your own linens" includes kitchen towels and also potholders/hot mitts.

Perfect vacation for a small family!

This rental was great for our family. We have four kids ages 12, 7, 6, and 4. They shared the room with the queen bed and twin bunks. The apartment was snug for our brood, but met our needs. We feel it is absolutely perfect for a family with younger kids. The kitchen is well-equipped, very nice. We even found the utensils we needed to make crab bisque. The apartment is simple, but made for a great beach vacation. It was nice having cable and HBO for one of the rainy days we encountered, Wi-fi was fast for all of our devices, and l-shaped couch fit our whole family comfortably. Beds are new (very soft, so firm mattress-lovers beware), and comfortable. The property has a decent bathroom, but could use a high efficiency toilet (the one that is there uses lots of water). The coin opp laundry is a bit expensive, and located in a building behind the unit... So lugging laundry was slightly inconvenient. The beach proximity was absolutely perfect. Not too close, not too far. We walked and drove to the beach on different days. It was relatively quiet... No party-people in other units, which was nice. There are many dining options close by, and a cute farmers market down the street. We enjoyed the proximity to Delaware, and appreciated this quieter side of Ocean City. Overall, it served our family well, and is definitely a place we would rent again. Owner was very polite, and provided us all the info we needed before our stay. Only drawback: one of the pictures shows a grill outside. We brought charcoal with us for grilling as a result. There was no grill once we arrived, and it is not listed as one of the included amenities. This wasn't s deal breaker for us, but might bother a family that is looking to grill outside.

Costal Cottage Style Condo

Two college roommates from the 70's shared this cute cottage style rental for a week. We would recommend this great value Beach Cottage over and over again. Approximately 5 blocks from the beach with adequate parking and beautiful view from balcony of dockside inlet. Cottage was clean and bright upon arrival. There were two of us in the two bedroom roomy Cottage. However the Cottage easily slept 6. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed with two bunk beds. The master bedroom also has a queen size bed. Perfect for a young family. The kitchen was bright and adequately supplied for food prep and cooking. Owner is timely in his responses to inquiries and questions. I will comment on the challenge of figuring out the remote controls. Perhaps they could labeled as to their uses to avoid the evening struggle. Speaking of evenings, we enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony. Excellent wifi condection

Great Place

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was big enough for us and four kids. They loved it because they all got to sleep in the same room. It was an adventure. Condo is far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. Quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors. Drove to the Boardwalk three times during our stay and the drive was not bad. Place is clean and spacious. Owner is super responsive. We had a ton of questions and he responded immediately to all of them. We will rent this place again for sure.

Kids Loved It

We had a great place at this condo. The owner was very responsive every time we had a question (and we had a ton). Kids loved the place and all four fit in the same bedroom which was fun for them. Condo was very clean, nice quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back for more fun soon.

loved it

Very nice place in a great location. Quiet neighborhood, can see people walking their dogs and jogging. Harris Teeter and Food Lion less than 5 minutes away along with a CVS. Beds are very comfy and were able to relax with a family of 8. Parking is very convenient with 6 available spots. House is clean and well kept. Harpoon Hannah's is few minutes away. I would definitely rent this again.

Long Time OC Vacationer

Great place to stay at an affordable price. My wife and I were able to walk to a nice seafood restaurant on the bay. The condo is convenient to many OC activities. I highly recommend this jewel by sea.
