The beach view was terrible. In the advertisement it stated beach view. Our room M8 was on the main floor behind and beneath the pool deck. There was no balcony, patio or deck like the host stated. There was a deck but not accessible from the room and was public. The electrical was all messed up. We could not get the TV on, only to find out the switch was behind the dryer. It was literally like staying in a dungeon.

Unfortunately, you weren't pleased with our condo. It was suggested that you call VRBO and have them find you a more suitable lodging. You said that you were going to call them the next morning and do that. Apparently, you must have changed your mind because you stayed the rest of your reservation. I'm glad that I could help you get settled in and I hope you enjoyed the remainder of your week.

Weekend getaway

Robbin was a great help making it an easy experience at this location. We enjoyed our stay and was nice to be so close to the beach!

This is a beach hide-a-way just waiting to be found. Condo was cozy and comfortable, offering with a beach vibe. The wall of windows allowed the outside to shine in daily. This is beachfront so access to beach was just steps away. Condo has everything you may need while on vacation, with a bonus of washer and dryer in the unit. Communication with host was prompt and instructions where clear. This is a do again for sure!

A gem located right on the beach! Cute beach themed efficiency. Private walkway to the public beach, which is less than 5 minutes. No private balcony, but there’s a huge window that overlooks the communal balcony and pool. At night if you leave it open you can hear the waves hitting the beach! Host is responsive and location is walking distance to all the stores and food options you need. Highly recommend Robbin’s place!

There were a few little things, like a table that was sticky that still seemed sticky after we tried to clean it, a shower that wasn't easy to use & the lights were a little tricky. We also had a problem at first because we thought the a/c didn't work and it was hot. However, our host responded promptly to our issues& was helpful, especially with the a/c. Turned out it was controlled by a remote and we didn't realize that. Also, the place was not big, but it was well equipped. It had a frig that kept everything nice and cold, a washer and dryer that worked well, a microwave, and quite a bit of silverware. There were also beach chairs, which was great, and a nice little hair dryer. A balcony would have been fun to have, but the pool was very enjoyable with lots of tables & chairs & it was nice to be so close to the beach. The people in the building were nice too. There is one thing, though, that I didn't think was fair. The original price listed for the place said it included everything. Then I found out it didn't include taxes- but upon closer look, I see that was stated. But once we decided to go for the place, we found that there was also a charge for parking& for possible damage. I understood charging a security deposit, in case of damage, but since no damage occurred, it seems like it should be refunded. Other than that, we were pleased. Robbin was helpful, we had the things we needed&wanted the most, and overall we were happy we went there.

We loved staying here. The accessibility and short distance to the beach was perfect and communication with the owner of the property was extremely easy. We would definitely stay again!

Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by several issues that future guests should be aware of. The pullout mattress was broken and unusable, requiring us to purchase an air mattress for our children. The door code provided did not work upon arrival, and we were only able to access the condo after the host provided an alternative code. The air conditioner was extremely loud, making normal conversation difficult. We were also concerned about the condition of the electrical system, which appeared outdated and potentially unsafe.While the host did respond when contacted, these issues significantly affected our stay. We hope they are addressed so future guests can have a better experience.

I was very sorry to hear about the issues you had with our condo. I have had the entire mechanism replaced in the sofa bed. After you voiced your concern about the electrical system, I contacted the maintenance department of our building. It was confirmed that our electrical system is inspected yearly and that there is actually a main breaker in the electrical room to prevent any issues with our breaker box. Thank you for alerting us to your concerns. We do our best to stay on top of maintenance/safety issues..
