.. Just one block to the beach or sit by the pool with your children,also enclosed kiddie pool for safety. You can relax with a cocktail, sit and eat crabs, or have your dinner by the pool area. The pool area was voted 2012 beautification award in Ocean City a great honor. Very quiet complex with many owners on site. We are in walking distance to many restaurants, movies, spas and indoor and outdoor mini golf,water park,go-carts. You can also ride the bus anywhere for $3.00 all day. Check in no earlier than 3 with a 10am check out $50 if late and maid has to wait for you. The condo is on the second floor but there is an elevator.

There is plenty of parking in front of complex, and an elevator for your convenience. We are located in North Ocean City, on 140th street bayside just a short stroll for a beautiful walk on the beach.

We offer mini weeks and long weekends with a 3 night minimum stay. Just bring towels, sheets, paper goods and a smile on your face, everything else is provided for you. Outside exterior has recently been renovated with new windows and doors, very clean and beachy decor. For your convenience we also offer a early check in at three so you don't waste your day waiting to check in. Why stay in a hotel when you can have much more in our condo such as space to relax, cook in and save money for fun. Menu's provided in the condo for several locations in the area.
Our front door overlooks the kiddie pool and courtyard area. This is also a non-smoking unit.
Ocean Downs casino and horseracing just a short drive away.
There are several restaurants close such as Phillips, Harpoon Hannas, Nick's Ribs,Fenwick Inn restaurant and bar, Island cafe great local bar. Im.We just added a new non smoking location on 33 RD street across from the Jolly Roger amusement and water park, go carts with a pool and walk to the beach.
