Le Petit Suite is a private secluded 500 square foot cottage nestled among 100 year old oak trees. There is a large private driveway, secluded deck out back, adirondack chairs, umbrella, BBQ grill and fire pit. The interior boasts a king size bed, cable TV, Wifi, central air and heat, love seat and dinette, giving you everything you'll need for your stay in "Mt. Adorable". Continental breakfast and coffee provided in the cottage as well as a welcome bottle of wine. Mini frig, microwave, toaster, air fryer and 4 burner electric cooktop in kitchen. Owners live on sight.

Charming little cottage!

In spite of cold and rain, our stay in this charming little cottage was wonderful! The hosts have thought of EVERYTHING to make the cottage delightful and fully stocked, yet uncluttered. They are available 24/7 and respond immediately to text messages. I couldn’t recommend this cottage more highly!

The absolute best VRBO we have ever stayed with our dogs..

This is our 2nd. stay with our 2 rescue dogs (Shih-Tzu) ages 11 & 12. The owners live next door so we never have to worry about their safety. It is a very quiet & safe area just near the town of Mt. Dora. It is within walking distance if you can walk, which we cannot (ages 72 & 74). So many fine places to eat, also with take out. You cannot ask for any VRBO that is so well stocked when you arrive !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Could not have asked for more! Exception in every way...

Great location. Our host was so helpful making us feel welcomed. We arrived to find our private driveway surrounded by beautiful gardens leading up to the cutest Cottage which was decorated for Christmas both inside and out. Inside was larger than expected with very comfortable furnishings and every possible amenity. Our Hostess checked on us daily to ask if there was anything we needed and to make sure everything was going okay. She provided information on some of the places to go and eat and every suggestion was just the best possible. Transportation from La Petite Suites was easy via golf cart service. Our place was in walking distance to restaurants and just down the street from the downtown. We were excited to find this wonderful spot and without hesitation will look forward to booking again in the future to stay at this incredible Cottage.

Our stay was wonderful. We hated to have to leave so soon, but we will be back as soon as we can. Ron and Sherre were amazing hosts. Nothing was left to chance! Everything was perfect and Mt. Dora is beautiful 🌸

Mt. Dora Arts Festival

Stayed at his wonderful property as the arts festival was in walking distance. Second time at the suite. They think of everything you could possibly need. Books, games, internet, tv, snacks, beverages, and more! Intend to return the next time we go to Mt. Dora.

Paradise

Awesome getaway. The Hosts were both so friendly and helpful. They treat you like family. Perfect location and a fully stocked cottage with charming decorations. I would give 10 stars if possible. We have never been treated so well. Our little dog even gives two paws up !! We would love to come back again soon.

Mount Dora cottage

Best stay for my wife and I ever. Beautiful cottage just a few blocks from downtown. The host of f the property was awesome, there was snacks, plenty of coffee, water, wine, and everything else just in case you forgot something. She actually checked in on us to make sure all was well. Just a fantastic property, town, and host.

Over The Top!

The most thoughtful hosts I've ever encountered. The cottage is a sweet, quiet, clean and comfortable little oasis within walking distance to downtown. It's very clear the hosts tried to stock the cottage with anything and everything that might make a stay more pleasant. Bonus: listening to the pitter-patter of rain on the skylight, and getting to pet their sweet dogs!

Better than Perfect!!!

The moment we arrived we felt so welcome and comfortable. The cottage is adorable and very spacious. The little extra amenities, such as snacks, coffee, chilled white wine, a multitude of toiletries, and chocolates on the dresser, gave it such a homey touch. There is no detail that has been over looked. I loved the local restaurant menus in the room and the information for local transportation. Everything was made so easy! Sherre checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and even greeted us with nice cold waters for our drive out. I can not say enough great things about our experience. Perfect is not a strong enough word. I would recommend this cottage to anyone! This is the only place we will stay whenever we come out to visit family. Thank you both for a wonderful start to our Florida vacation.

Trip to "the Lake Region"

Wonderful time at Le Petit Suite! The owners greeted us upon arrival and showed us the adorable cottage and all it had to offer. The cottage was well-stocked with not only coffee, but water, juices, snacks and to top it off a bottle of vino! They also spoiled us with handmade pastries by their very talented daughter - so delicious! The town is lovely and the area is very manageable by foot , car or take the tour - by golf cart! You will learn all about the interesting architecture. Take a stroll down to the Lake where there is a constant breeze no matter how hot the day. Just a delightful place! The best restaurants and shops await you in town.

I didn’t pay enough.

Ron and Sherry are the best hosts. Everything was perfect. My husband and I have never been so happy with a rental before, le petit suite was more than exceptional. We were spoiled with wine and everything someone can need when traveling.

Le Petit Suite hits every mark!

The cottage was perfect for a weekend get away to the quaint town of Mt. Dora. We only stayed 2 nights but would have loved to stay longer in the cottage. The hosts are wonderful, available but give you privacy. There are so many extra special touches that the hosts provide. We could not have asked for anything better!

Ron and I are semi-retired and moved here to Mt. Dora from Miami in 2014 and just love it! We had been in Miami since the 1970's and were ready to slow down , a little! Our daughter discovered Mt. Dora and chose it as the location to open her dream custom cake shop and we followed her here! Greatest decision ever!!!
