Le Petit Suite is a private secluded 500 square foot cottage nestled among 100 year old oak trees. There is a large private driveway, secluded deck out back, adirondack chairs, umbrella, BBQ grill and fire pit. The interior boasts a king size bed, cable TV, Wifi, central air and heat, love seat and dinette, giving you everything you'll need for your stay in "Mt. Adorable". Continental breakfast and coffee provided in the cottage as well as a welcome bottle of wine. Mini frig, microwave, toaster, air fryer and 4 burner electric cooktop in kitchen. Owners live on sight.

Your home away from home! The host was super easy to communicate! The cottage is close to downtown. The cottage itself was cute and cozy. The bed was comfortable, the A/C was easy to control, overall we will be back again!!

We loved our weekend away at Le Petit Suite! It was everything we hoped for, a real home away from home. So many extras like chocolates, milk and cereal, toiletries, snacks, water, etc. The very comfortable king sized bed provided rest after days out shopping and sightseeing. We are already planning a return trip!

This is such a cute, quaint little home away from home. It has everything you may need from snacks, wine, books, down to toiletries. The bed is soft to give you a relaxing sleep. There's a natural soft light shining through the color glass window on the roof making it your perfect alarm clock. It was really hot outside, so we didn't get to do much exploring of the downtown stores. If we're up that way again, will definitely stay here instead of a hotel.

We were in town for business but decided to extend our stay to the end of the week. We stumbled upon Sherre’s LePetit Suite and were thoroughly impressed. The suite was spotless, cozy, and charming. It was fully furnished, with a comfortable bed, a private bathroom, and a small kitchen. The host went above and beyond by providing an array of snacks, including chips, cereals, breakfast bars, milk, coffee, tea, wine, water, and chocolate. The property was well-lit, and it was just a short walk to downtown shopping and dining. Sherre and Ron were wonderful hosts. They made us feel like we were at home and safe. This property is truly a gem.

The host was awesome, very helpful and super nice.The place was very clean and homey, made the stay extra special.We brought our dog and even he liked it there! I would highly recommend this stay.

This was by far the BEST Vrbo experience we have ever had and we've been to a lot of VRBOs. The host are amazing and the cottage is stocked with everything you could need if you happened to forget something. We can't wait to come back!

What an absolute gem of a place. This is! Absolutely loved our stay. The hosts are absolutely kind, friendly, and available to help in any way. It was an absolute surprise and a blessing that they had a basket of little goodies for things we might have left at home or were feeling snackish at night. Great proximity to the downtown. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend and plan to stay again.

This property exceeded our expectations. The cottage was beautifully furnished and equipped with EVERYTHING you would need. The hosts were like old friends. Location was so close to downtown Mt. Dora. We highly recommend the Petite Cottage.

Sherre was a wonderful host, and the cottage was perfect for the two of us. The cottage is well maintained and very clean with a very charming decor. The location was great for walking into downtown, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Vacation stay

Sheree and Ron were great hosts couldn’t believe how nice the cottage was and Sheree even took our dog for a walk while we were gone. Want ever find a place like that to stay again will definitely go back.

Very pleasant stay! Highly recommended

Property was clean, well furnished, and convenient to downtown. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. My wife and I and our dog really enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for writing a review. I’m confused though🥴. It sounds like a great review but you only gave us one star😔. Was something wrong? If so, please let me know so we can fix it! You and one other guest are the only ones to not give us 5 stars😢. He was upset with the WiFi which was out of our control.

Sherri and Ronald were excellent hosts. Every thing you could Joe for was provided. The property has a great privacy with outside gardens and a fire pit patio. Pet friendly too. Thank you both so much.

Great Week with our Pups

Sheree is a great hostess, our Corgis loved her and so did we. Location was amazing and the cottage is one of the sweetest places we ever stayed. We have already booked our next to stay!

Ron and I are semi-retired and moved here to Mt. Dora from Miami in 2014 and just love it! We had been in Miami since the 1970's and were ready to slow down , a little! Our daughter discovered Mt. Dora and chose it as the location to open her dream custom cake shop and we followed her here! Greatest decision ever!!!
