I like having a unit on the first floor so easy to load and unload some my car. The pool was two doors away and it was great. I really enjoyed my stay. It was lots of fun.

Host was more than nice! Super friendly and helpful with details and communications. Place was super clean, with updated bathroom and kitchen amenities! GREAT pool and neighbors, too!

Wonderful Rental

My mother and I were very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo, how well it was decorated, the comfortable furniture, the well maintained pool, and the convenient location of a grocery store right across the street. The owners were extremely kind and easy to work with.

Exactly what we needed

This condo was the perfect spot for our staff who needed to stay locally during a 3mo period. Well appointed, clean unit and property/amenities. Excellent communication and assistance from owner.

Paradise Found for sure!

We absolutely enjoyed everything about this condo. It was the perfect location for us and contained everything you would need. The decor was beautiful and the condo was very clean. The pool area was heavenly and just outside our door. Roger and Jan were very easy to deal with and are a lovely couple to talk to. We are very much looking forward to staying here again!

Property was nice and clean, Would have liked things like more bowls for left-overs,small fry pan, washer and dryer inside the property. Also have the unit sprayed for bugs before we arrived.

Beautiful Condo, Amazing Host, Excellent Location!!!

The condo is newly, beautifully decorated and Roger was an exceptional host! He was so friendly and quick to respond to any of our questions and requests! The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed sitting on the beautiful lanai. The pool was warm and the area was well kept. The condo is located across the street from Publix so we were able to walk there a few times. It's located close to many of the beaches, the Jetti's and lots of great restaurants. Downtown Venice is a 5 minute drive and is so quaint with some great restaurants also! I would highly recommend this condo! Thank you Roger!

Beautiful "happy" condo

We were very impressed with the property, condo and Roger the owner. Grounds were well kept, pool was awesome and the condo was very well kept and felt very "homey".

Great beach condo

The condo met al of our needs. It was nicely decorated, clean and the location was excellent. Roger, The owner, was very easy to work with and always kept a line of communication open. It was a wonderful place to have a vacation getaway.

Amazing Host!! Beautiful condo! Excellent stay!

Roger is an incredible host. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. He was also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The condo was very clean, cheerful and quiet with updated bathrooms and flooring, a beautiful lanai, comfortable beds and was decorated with a fun beach theme that makes you feel like you are on vacation. The pool and surrounding area were very well maintained and clean. The condo has all of the necessities for an extended stay. I would highly recommend this condo! Thank you Roger!

Very nice condo in great location

Condo is very clean and well maintained. Small enclosed patio looks out on green lawn. Bathrooms and flooring has been upgraded. Very quiet complex. The pool is nice, although no jacuzzi. Publix market and 7/11 are directly across street. Beach’s are few minutes away and easy to drive too. Communication with owner was very good. We highly recommend staying at this VRBO.

Happy condo!

Although the building is old, the maintenance of the building, grounds and pool are outstanding. The condo was immaculate, sunny and my new happy place. Great kitchen supplies, decorations, linens, etc. Excellent vacation!

Paradise Found

That is what it said on the door! The condo was immaculate and Roger was a great host. Close to EVERYTHING and a quiet ,safe neighborhood. Well furnished, comfortable beds, and a TV in every room. I give it a solid 5 stars.

This first floor condo is very comfortable and has a great location!!

We loved staying here while our new condo was being completed! With the grocery store across the street, the beach 10 minutes away, and only 15 minutes from Sarasota, the location was perfect. There is also a park across the street to walk to and a heated pool only steps away! It overlooks a small pond, where egrets and herons can often be spotted! The condo met all our expectations and we would recommend this property! The owner was extremely accommodating and always made sure we had everything we needed!
