Host was very communicative and accessible. Check in was ok. Unit is dated, but clean. Electronics are fine. View of ocean from both porches.

February on the beach in Surfside

We had an amazing time. The apartment was excellent and right on the beach. Red was very responsive to our requests. Great restaurants nearby. We would love to go back next year.

Super Awesome Place!!! Great Views, Parking, Pool

This place where I stayed at is the best!! The parking is easy. There's a great view!!! The pool was my favorite. The pool was so clean. The water just felt so nice. I felt very welcomed from the first time I just came.

Great location, kind of dirty

I’d say it was fine. Don’t have great expectations. Process to get into the unit was a pain, but it all turned out ok.

the place to rent

The condo is beautiful and comfortable it’s spacious and the view of the beach is wonderful from the living room balcony and the bedroom. Every morning I will wake up early and sit in the balcony and eat my breakfast and relaxed. I slept with the window curtains open in the bed room so I can open my eyes to the beach view. It has a full kitchen, living room, and very chic style. You feel right at home. I highly recommend the condo.

Beautiful apartment and great location

This was our 4th time staying at a vacation rental and by far our best experience. The apartment feels more like staying at a friend's than a rental. Even the colorful paint made me think Miami! Location is excellent with little need for a car. We rented bikes a block away and had dinner at the Carpacio in the Bal Harbor shops for one of the best meals. Lincoln Road and south Beach are real close. Shannon was very helpful with suggestions. She suggested we try David's Cuban for Cuban sandwiches and salsa dancing at Yuca on Lincoln Road which was a highlight. I think the location is great for people traveling with kids too. She has some toys and stuff in the closet for families and beach chairs we used down by the water. The building's pool is pretty nice and was not crowded even though we were there at a busy time. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Perfect stay

Shan was very helpful in answering my questions because we were 2 couples and everyone had ideas about where to stay. We ended up picking this one and everyone turned out happy. Shan even told us that one bedroom was much bigger so we had flipped a coin for it before we even got there. When we arrived the valet had the keys to the unit and knew we were arriving. The place was clean and was actually the place shown in the pictures (I've heard of other places pulling that one). The views are terrific from about every spot in the place and we enjoyed making frozen drinks in the blender and sitting on the deck in the evenings. The beach has a great running path and was not too crowded and there were lots of chairs by the pool--just get there early on Saturday. The little neighborhood is also really handy. We walked to dinner a couple of nights. We also took the bus straight down Collins to Lincoln Road--no hassle with trying to find parking. My one complaint is that the valet was hard to find a couple of times so we had to wait for our car. All and all, really nice place and easy person to work with.

Llegamos y tardaron 45 minutos en darnos la clave de la puerta para ingresar. El dpto es lindo, bien ubicado y cómodo. Durante 2 dias tuvimos muy mala señal de wi fi, y muy mala conexión de TV. Fuimos por el mundial y durante 2 días no pudimos ver los partidos. Teníamos el contacto de la dueña pero nos contesto al otro dia con indicaciones que ya sabíamos. Ella Vive en el edificio y nunca se hizo presente para ayudarnos. El departamento tiene muy buen sistema de climatizacion, y dispone de pileta y gimnasio.No fue una buena experiencia. No volveríamos

The Perfect Vacation Spot!

This condo was perfect and the beach was gorgeous! It was comfortable, chic and had everything we needed. We had an amazing time and loved our stay in Miami! I would recommend this condo if you're looking to get away and relax in a beautiful setting.
