Welcome to our family's home away from home! We've remodeled this awesome 2 bedroom plus a loft to be a warm, cozy, and inviting retreat with all the comforts of home! From the fully equipped kitchen to the 3rd bath in Loft, we've paid attention to detail and created a place you will want to come back to year after year. Flat screen TVs with cable and Free Showtime (channels209-222), DVD players, free high speed Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, fireplace, and room to comfortably sleep 8 maybe 9-10 with two on sofa.
Price is based upon 4 guests. Extra guest charge is $10/nt/guest.

Cozy condo in mammoth

Had a good time staying in this 2 bedroom condo. It was enough space for two families. Condo was clean and well maintained.

Perfect Ski Trip!

This condo was perfect for our stay with 3 couples and 1 toddler. The location is great, the place is clean, the property management and host were helpful when we needed a few more dishwasher pods, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Would book here again!

Perfect property & location

We had a total of 8 people (4 A & 4 K) & this condo fit us comfortably. Two bdrms downstairs & 4 beds upstairs. The kitchen was stocked with all the kitchen appliances & dishes. The W/D came in handy & being from HI, we loved the fireplace. It was easy to replenish items from the mgmt company (trash bags, TP, matches, fire starters, etc). Property was easily accessible & close to everything in Mammoth.

Great location, in good shape

Very good for a heavily used Mammoth condo. Lots of games, lots of kitchen appliances and dishware, good layout for a full family, or two families sharing, everything you'd need for happy stay. A few distressing signs of property management that emphasizes speed and maximizing returns--no plastic wrap, foil wrap, or food storage boxes, extremely loose toilet seat, (I fixed it with a kitchen knife, because it felt like it was about to fall off), some paint peeling below the primary bedroom window, and just a single dishwasher pod, in it's own baggie, on the counter by the world's record thinnest sponge. When I reached out to management they said I could come by the office to get another pod. Couldn't they leave a box with bunch under the sink, or if they're rationing them out, at least leave guests one pod per night of stay?

Has everything you need in awesome location.

This place had everything we needed plus more. Everything worked well so there was no need to bother the host for anything. The unit is on the 2nd floor so there're stairs but not a lot. Bring quarters if you want to play arcade game or play pool in the common room by the jacuzzi. Highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Mammoth Condo

This condo was large, comfortable, nicely furnished, clean and very well stocked. Carl communicated quickly and was responsive to all needs. The location was great... close to everything. The jacuzzi was wonderful. I would definitely come back here again!!

Absolutely love Horizon 4, been staying at these condos since the 90’s. Always a great time in Mammoth, been coming summers since I was a kid in the 70’s, will always be my special place, so many fabulous memories

Snow filled

The condo was as advertised and was actually larger than we anticipated. The only issue we had was parking towards the start of the weekend but that was mostly due the overwhelming amount of snow the town as gotten and every neighborhood was facing a shortage of parking. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family.

Beautiful !

We booked for a week in this nice and beautiful house, (unfortunately due to a blizzard we missed two nights). Skiing was awesome. Property is clean, nice rooms, one ensuite, nice fireplace. Lots and Lots of snow, i will remember this ski trip for the rest of my life.

Mammoth Condo

The communication between Carl, MSR and myself were very good. The Condo was clean and the pictures depicted an accurate representation of the interior. The bus stop was right across the street, which is one of the advantages of staying at this location.

Awesome spot!

Really great place - LOVE that they had 3 nice bathrooms and the Kitchen was updated/pretty stocked with basics. Location was great. The only thing was the beds aren't great, but still would recommend for a big group going skiing!

Great Location and cozy

Perfect place for a big group. We had my family of four and both sets of grandparents. The full bath in the loft made if feel like we had a third room which was great.

Great condo.

Great condo. Went snowboarding with family and had a 5 minute walk to the red line shuttle. I recommend the stop by Vons as they have covered bus stop.

Great Stay!

Great cozy cabin, very conveniently located to mountain. Everything we would need was stocked in the house which I really appreciate having much less successful bookings in the past. Extremely courteous and responsive host. Clear instructions posted all over property. Would definitely stay there again.

Pretty Nice Place

Overall, the stay was nice. Quiet and central location made it easy to get anywhere quickly. Was chilly if all heaters weren't used. The master bath shower is quite small, and my 5'7" frame barely fit (I came up with a way to expand it, as it was on my mind while there). Fireplace was interesting, and would emit smoke initially until there was enough heat to pull the air up the chimney. Like I stated above, it's a pretty good place to stay.

Horizon 4 is fantastic

Family Ski Trip

We've rented many mountain homes over the years and we had an enjoyable stay at this condo. The condo is in a good location within walking distance to stores, bars, and restaurants and a short drive to the ski slopes. It was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen for those who like to cook in. The large dinning table was a plus and different than the one pictured in the listing. The beds were comfortable and the home furnishings and decorations had an attractive mountain feel to them. Some minor downsides as previously mentioned in other recent reviews were the washing machine and dryer did not work nor did the ice maker. These were minor inconveniences for us and we would definitely rent this condo again.

Guys Mammoth trip

Property worked out great for our crew. The loft is very large and had its own full bath which was key for the people sleeping up there. It could use some updating but everything worked. Master bath shower is very small. Owner responded very quickly with the one check in question we had.

HOA swimming pool and large spa, indoor game room with ping pong and pool. 3 BATHS! Open floor plan, completely remodeled. Large TV w/DVD player and cable in Family room. TV and DVD player in master bedroom and loft.
