Lemonade Stand Big Beachview House Heated Private Pool + FREE Golf & Activities

Lemonade Stand is a great house for a gathering. Right across from the beach, with a private pool that can be heated from October to May for $60 per day. It is now pet friendly for a maximum of 2 dogs with a pet fee. Plus you'll have FREE Golf and Activities every day of your stay to make it even better (value of up to $700/day).

It rents as a whole, with a total of 13 bedrooms, 12 full baths and works beautifully as one large house. The east side has a large living room with abundant seating, the west is a large dining area with 3 large dining tables. Each has a kitchen with 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and 2 full laundry rooms. Large private pool can be heated for $50/day, large covered outdoor gathering space with grills and seating for outdoor dining.

Nice combination of larger common space for togetherness, and lots of private bedrooms with porches. The first floor has a family room with a large so the kids have a place to call their own.

There are 13 spacious bedrooms, each with TV. 12 have adjoining baths, the 13th has a hall bath right next door. 10 bedrooms have private balconies overlooking either the Gulf or the pool & Little Lagoon beyond. There are a total of 10 King bedrooms.

Large pool area complete with lots of lounge chairs, tables for outdoor dining, grills and an assortment of beach chairs & more that you are welcome to use during your stay.

Located in family-friendly West Beach, 2 miles west of Hwy 59. Away from condos & crowds, still quite close to restaurants, shops & attractions.
The bottom floor has 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, a family room and 2 laundries.
The middle floor has a large living and a dining area, with kitchen areas at the north end of each so you can easily prep or serve from either. There are two large openings so the space flows easily from side to side. There are also two King bedrooms on this floor. The third floor has a total of six bedroms--three bedrooms on each side, each with a private bath. All floors have decks on the Gulf and pool/Little Lagoon sides. Each of the spacious bedrooms also has its own television.

First Floor: 2 King Bedrooms overlooking the pool, Two King Bedrooms with Daybeds and Trundles (2 twins) facing the beach. On the east side in the middle you'll find a King Bedroom, on the west, a family room gathering space.
Second Floor: 2 King Bedrooms overlooking the pool.
Third Floor: 2 King Bedrooms overlooking the pool each with a daybed, 2 King Bedrooms with Daybed and Trundle facing the beach, and 2 Queen bedrooms in the middle.

Sorry! NO COLLEGE GROUPS. We welcome teams, church groups, faculty-sponsered groups. Please note we are unable to rent to unchaperoned college groups or groups under the age of 25. No bachelor or bachelorette parties. Maximum of 30 adults. Hangout Festival weekend there is a $1000 refundable security deposit.

We accept reservations UP TO 51 WEEKS before arrival. If the corresponding week this year has not passed, we cannot yet accept your reservation. This year's guests have an opportunity to rebook at the end of their stay. The next Monday the house is open for all reservations.

GREAT PLACE

Great place. They were fast responding to any problems at the property. A few things had to be fixed while we were there but not a problem, they fixed them. Needs a elevator.

Memories Made Here!

The Lemonade Stand was the perfect place for our large family vacation! This house is amazing, two large kitchens with everything you need! The private pool was also a big hit with our group, plenty of room and lounge chairs. The kids had a blast playing and making lifelong memories with their cousins! I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed!

Great Stay!!

Overall our stay was great! The location was perfect. Only a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The house was perfect for family and friends to gather. The pictures and videos did not match the current layout of the house.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lemonade Stand. House was beautiful inside and out. Staff very professional and responsive. No issues. Everything was clean. Only thing missing is an elevator.

The best time at Lemonade Stand!

We had a wonderful long weekend with friends. We had a sushi chef come in one night and the double kitchen and huge dining area was perfect for that! The pool was perfect and there was so much space to accommodate everyone. Quick walk to the beach. We would absolutely love to come back!

Labor Day Weekend

My friends and family have been visiting Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area every Labor Day weekend for over 24 years..I would have to say The Lemonade Stand was by far the best! The bedrooms were exactly what we were looking for! Everyone had their own bathroom and the kitchen was absolutely amazing! Pool was great and walk to the beach and local stores and restaurant was a very short walk. Views of the beach were very visible, even from across the road! We will be back!

Family Vacation

Perfect getaway for a large group

The property was very big and well maintained. We had a couple glitches at check in, but the management company was very responsive and fixed right away. We had 6 adults and 8 kids and we still had room for more! House is nice set up. Kids all stayed on the first floor and the adults on the 3rd floor. They loved having their own space. Quick walk across the street to the beach. We would definitely recommend to anyone large groups. Plenty of space for everyone. The two kitchens were nice to separate kids and adults foods. The large dining room was perfect for all of us to sit together for meals and play games.

The property had a massive amount of room for our large family for a Thanksgiving getaway. The management company was very responsive throughout the entire reservation process, as well as check-in and during our stay. We paid for the pool to be heated for our entire stay, but when we arrived, the pool was dirty and the heat was not on. It did not get warm until the following morning. We had issues with running the dishwashers, and on Thanksgiving day, a technician showed up to assist. He was able to get them running after flipping a breaker. However, we had great difficulty trying to run them even after he left. They would turn on for a few minutes and then turn off again after many tries. Eventually we were able to run two loads but we still don't know what we did to make it happen. The tech asked if we were having any other problems, and I told him that we had discovered that, because the insulation was missing from around the main oven doors, the ovens did not work well or cook evenly. That was very problematic for two turkeys and all the sides that go along with the Thanksgiving dinner. Also noted by several members of the group were electrical outlets around the house either not working or old (worn to the point where plugs would not stay in). Additionally, there were quite a few live roaches around the house and ants coming in through cracks in the mortar of the backsplash of one of the kitchen sinks. We almost lost our pies and cakes to them.

perfect for a large group

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We completed our stay in June with a group of 18 adults and 6 children 4 years and younger. The pool is perfect for all ages. There is a large shallow end (about 6" deep) perfect for small children. We did find that it was very hot and sunny out by the pool so we set up a large tent we bought on the patio for some shade. We loved that every room had a private bathroom plus there were two half baths on the main levels. There are two dishwashers in each kitchen which helped us keep up with the dishes. There is also a smaller drink fridge in each kitchen. Each side has two living spaces - one on the main level and one on the bottom. When we all ate together, we used the four large picnic tables on the ground level. There are TONS of sand and pool toys and chairs. You really don't need to bring any. You have to walk across a fairly busy street to get to the beach, but they provide two wagons to assist with transportation. We had two small maintenance issues that were resolved very quickly. Traffic can be bad along the main road during the common check in/check out times so consider arriving early or later than 4pm and leaving earlier than 9am. Great place to stay for a large group!

Loved Lemonade

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great time staying at Lemonade. The house was clean and roomy. We loved the pool area so much that we spent no time ion the beach, which was about a five minute walk to the walkway. We had a group of 15 and it was nice that each of the kids had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Mistake we made was having the teens on the first floor. Next time I would put them up on the third floor because there are A LOT of stairs. The only issue we had was with the internet and a couple TVs. We arrived on Saturday and that night found that most of the TVs would not connect to the network. I called the next morning and they had someone come out that afternoon. It was found that the extender for the third floor had been removed. We had to wait until Monday for the extenders to be replaced. So another evening with no TVs in a couple of the north bedrooms. Once the extenders had been replaced, service was fine in all bedrooms except the three northeast bedrooms (each floor). I called again Tuesday and was told someone would be out. In the afternoon the TVs appeared to be working, so I cancelled. Again that night, the TVs in those three bedrooms would not connect to the network. By this time I was tired of calling so we used our devices in the evening to watch TV. Our Firesticks, Roku sticks, and iPads connected to the network just fine. Not sure why the TVs would not. One recommendation I would make to the home owners is to have a half bath under the house. Luckily for us, the two people on the pool side first floor bedrooms allowed everyone to use their bathrooms instead of having to run to the second floor half baths or all the way to your own bath on the third floor. All in all, we would definitely stay again if going back to the Gulf Shores! Management was great about responding to my calls. The house was cleaned and nicely furnished. And the location was great.

Some things did not work, like one of the microwaves, loose door handles, dryer vents that were so clogged it could have been a fire hazard. Major problems were dealt with quickly, like the air conditioner and pool pump. Overall we made many long lasting memories.

We are a family with school aged children. For years we did an annual big family trip. Lemonade Stand incorporates the things our family wants when we get together--spaces for us all to be together, plus spaces for quiet time. Oh, and our 'must haves' like the pool, grills, lounge chairs and more!

We love this family friendly area of West Beach. There are just 4 rows of houses, but it is still just minutes from things to do, and you can walk to the end of the block to visit Waves market, the ice cream shop or Beach House Grill.
