We had a great stay here, it was perfect for our girls trip! Lots of bed options, big driveway, and enough seating indoors and outdoors for a larger group. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed using the grill that was available too. The host was really responsive, prompt, and easy to communicate with.

We had an incredible Christmas week in this home. The location was perfect. There was plenty of sleeping spaces for our crowd! The kitchen was well stocked and having two refrigerators was great. The only complaint is that the home could use a good cleaning and some maintenance.

Great place to stay with a large group. Plenty of beds, large and updated kitchen, clean hot tub and lots of parking. But do not expect the home itself to be luxurious… beds/bedding are uncomfortable and outdated and it could’ve been cleaner. The garage was piled with 12 full trash bags and very stinky when we arrived. We were there on a peak weekend but it was honestly pretty expensive for the quality of the home. Good place to book but manage your expectations.

Christmas Family Vacation in Winter Wonderland

Our first time in Winter Park and we loved it. We usually stay in the Dillion/Frisco area, but found the WO area not as crowded, plenty of activities to do, and family friendly.

Great value!

Nice property for a big group: the hot tub, kitchen, etc was very clean. We had a great time and will plan on returning! Good location for whitewater rafting, skiing and hiking

Great Vacation Home!

Perfect Mountain retreat in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Great location for exploring all that Grand County has to offer. We enjoyed hiking, biking, boating on Grand Lake, fishing, and shopping and dinning in Winter Park. Highly recommend!

Family Reunion

Very comfortable cabin that accommodated our family of ten people easily. Lots of beds, towels, kitchen appliances, etc. Wonderful location with lots to do.

Clean, well equipped

We enjoyed our stay! The house is roomy with plenty of sleeping areas for a large group. The separate living rooms were perfect for kids and teens!

Great property with wonderful mountain views

We really enjoyed our time in Granby with 20 of our closest family members. The property was a perfect fit. It was clean, big enough to accommodate us all, close to nearby attractions and placed in a great mountain setting.

our family had an awesome time

we had a wonderful stay, it was the first time in 7 years that all 19 of us were together, so we spent a lot of time at the home, just playing games, hid in seek, cooking together, making our favorites foods, grilling, hanging out on the deck, taking walks in the area, and enjoyed exploring in the mountains.

Great space for large groups in an ideal location

Great classic chalet with plenty of space and wonderful mountain views! Our group of 13 had tons of room to spread out. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and relaxing in the hot tub. The location is perfectly situated between Winter Park/Fraser and Granby/Grand Lake, so there plenty of options for activities within a 15 minute drive of the property!

Nice house, plenty of room for our party of 13. Kitchen is well equipped. The deck is great for outdoor eating in the evening. Adequate parking for 3 or 4 vehicles.The only downside is that the house is within a few hundred yards of the highway, so there was some traffic noise. I suppose if you are from the city you wouldn't notice it.

Spacious Place to gather

We had a retreat for those in our organization who live and work in Colorado. The Winter Park Highlands was spacious enough for our whole group to gather. While 13 stayed on the property and 3 commuted locally, we all could gather in the spacious room and have meals together. Ideal setting for a retreat.

30th birthday get away

I rented this house for a 30th birthday get away. It was the perfect size for the amount of people that joined us we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. I would highly recommend for larger groups. The view was gorgeous, we spent most of our time sitting around the fire pit enjoying the Colorado sunset!

Training Camp 2024

Stayed with a high school cross country team training at altitude for 2 weeks. Bunk room in the basement was ideal for a large group. Large great room could fit 16 people for conversations around the gas log fire. Beautiful views and a great stay.

Mountain family vacation

It was large enough for four families with kids. The kitchen had plenty of room and utensils in order to prepare food for our whole group. Big table was used for eating and big card games. There were plenty of beds for our group of 17. There were still beds unused. We enjoyed our stay!

Huge house with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large group! There was clutter in lots of the bedrooms and closets and the overall cleanliness was not to the standard we typically see at other rentals. The grills did not work and the screens on the sliding doors would not stay on the tracks. Overall, a fine place with many beds for our large group!
