Settlers Crossing 20 is a one story, ground floor condo that has many large windows for a light-filled open feeling yet the custom wood blinds maintain your privacy.
With the addition of the Orient lift, the East village now has some of the best ski in/out options in all of Sun Peaks, from our door you are moments away from strapping on your skis.
Main room includes an open, well equipped kitchen, a living room with a lovely couch, leather recliners & 50" Flat screen TV. The dining room area that includes dining table with seating for 6 and 3 bar stools at the counter. This ground floor unit is a true ski in/ski out location with your own locking ski storage area. After a day on the mountain, relax in our hot tub on our private deck or in the living room in front of the 50" flat screen TV with the warmth of the stone fireplace.
The master bedroom includes a queen bed with a large closet and two night stands with wall mounted TV.
Second bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed with a TV and Play station 3.
The two full bathroom's with heated tile floors.
Cook a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities.
Other luxuries are a in-suite washer / dryer, heated floors, Free secure parking, WIFI, Cable TV, and 2 boot dryers.

Great place to stay on the East side. Easy access to Orient Chair to start your day, secure underground parking, all amenities provided with extras such as games and DVDs. I highly recommend.

This is a really nice condo that makes a great home-base for skiiing at Sun Peaks. Everything was exactly as described / pictured in the listing. Ski-in/Ski-out was easy and the owners gave good, clear instructions on finding your way out and back again. The owner was great about communicating with us prior to our stay and even gave us a helpful "scouting report" for the current conditions, as they had skied the mountain on the prior week. The condo has a nice private hot tub on the balcony, (facing the woods, not facing other units). We were very happy with our stay and would gladly rent this unit again when/if we make it back to Sun Peaks.

Accomodation was clean and Mike was quick to respond to any issues we had. Would highly recommend staying here again.

Perfect place
The condo was just as advertised. Great location, close to everything and still quiet and relaxing. We highly recommend this unit and this resort.

Perfect condo!
We loved staying in this condo! My two kids (9 and 11) and my father came to join us. It was the perfect size, and Mike (owner) was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely book here again!

Such fun
This was a great place for our family to stay in Sun Peaks! The owners were easy to work with, and the condo was spacious!Most importantly, the ski-in/ski-out paths were super close and easy to access. Thanks for the hospitality!

Perfect winter break
The condo was comfortable and beautiful and had everything we needed, including a decorated Xmas tree. It was a perfect base for skiing and snowshoeing, very close to the nearest lift and snowshoe trails. We stayed for 6 nights and will try to stay longer next time.

Great spot, fantastically stocked rental
For our annual ski trip this year, two of my firends and I stayed at this location. It was incredibly. The rental is stocked with movies and board games (we played crib in our evenings after a hard day's ski!), the kitchen has all the little things you dont bring (i.e tupperware) and it was incredibly clean.

Convenient ski in/ski out
The condo and location fit our family of five perfectly for a great ski in/ski out vacation. We enjoyed the hottub after the day of skiing. Well-stocked kitchen with all we needed. Heated floors throughout were very nice too.

Amazing accommodation
Well appointed suite. Easy ski in/out convience. Secure underground parking. The private hot tub was a welcome sight after a long day of sking. Will definitely stay here again the next time i visit Sun Peaks.

Having your own spa is the diamond of this property. Very well appointed, just like home for everyday kitchen utensils and Mike great to respond to any issues. For light sleepers… just a note … you can hear people moving about in the apartment upstairs if you are in bed and all quiet. Also everytime they flush the toilet, the water runs down the pipes that run in the wall in the ensuite which is significant to wake you. No one has mentioned this in any of the reviews so clearly not an issue for other guests.

My wife Ronnie and I purchased our property at Sun Peaks in 2018. I have been skiing there since 1993 and have been in love with the mountain and the surrounding area since those first trips. My wife and I started skiing there when we met and we have been there every season since. We have been raising two great little skiers on the mountain and are enjoying the summers there as well. Golf, Mountain Biking, hiking, fishing there is an endless amount of activities in the summer. We have been running our vacation rental business since 2018 and have been loving the ability to share our slice of mountain with our guests.
