Ski-in/out, 2 bedroom with private HOT TUB, BBQ and heated garage at Settler’s hi Crossing complex. This end unit features warm hardwood flooring, heated tile floors in the kitchen/bathroom and a cozy gas fireplace in the bright, open living area with southern exposure and views of Sun Peaks mountain.
The Orient and Morrisey chairlifts located beside the condo enable guests to ski-in/out to all three mountains in Canada's second largest ski area!
This home offers a ski locker at the entrance, a heated parking garage and in-house laundry. There is a covered deck with gas BBQ and private hot tub.
Our personalized arrival/departure booklet and ‘help videos’ make it extremely easy to find the condo, provide over 40 years of ‘locals’ info and ensures an enjoyable, stress free vacation.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and ensuite, while Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with a double and single bed. Along with a TV in the living room, both bedrooms also have large TV’s for a total of three flatscreens. Complimentary wireless internet is also provided. We have toboggans/sleds for you to use on the nearby sledding hill which has lighting for evening fun with the family.
A short 10 min walk to the village provides opportunities for shopping, dining, and skating on the NHL sized skating rink. Along with skiing/snowboarding, there are many other activities such as snowshoeing, sledding, hiking, biking, canoeing, dog sledding, XC skiing, horse drawn sled rides, kayaking, paddle boarding and golfing to be found in this year round resort- all within walking distance from the condo.

The condo was great! Super cozy and quiet and really well located for accessing the slopes. The kitchen was well stocked, there was even an electric mixer so I could make cookies with my son. The hot tub was a dream and the hosts were really communicative. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay and will be happy to return. Very clean and well maintained unit with well stocked kitchen, lots of small touches to make it warm and cozy, and the best stocked bathroom we've ever experienced (even spare razors!). Location was great for access to Nordic and Morrisey lift and to Orient chair to access rest of mountain. Gas fireplace key and hot tub was great. Easy ski storage also helpful. Host was very attentive and easy to communicate with.

Relaxing Restful Haven

Perfect ski trip
Stayed four nights with my daughter for a ski trip. Condo was perfect - great ski in/out location, well serviced hot tub, heated and covered parking, everything we needed in the kitchen.

Great time at Sun Peaks!
We really enjoy our stay in the apartment, it was great to have a direct access to the runs.
The spa was wonderful! Such a delight after a good day skiing!

Sun Peaks Stay
The condo was very clean and well equipped. Lots of nice extras to make it homey and comfortable. Nice ski in/ski out location. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent stay
Enjoyed our stay! Blair was a pleasure to deal with, giving much needed advice as it was our first time at Sun Peaks. Condo was clean and as advertised.

Great place
Great place. The only thing weird is the hot tub maintenance guy who comes around randomly and opens the door even if you are home.

Great stay in Sunpeaks
We had a great time in Sunpeaks for the BC Winter Games. The apartment was perfect. Very clean and quiet. We will definitely be back.

Amazing Place
Vacation rental was exactly as advertised. Fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful 10 minute walk to the village. Easy ski in and ski out

Stunning Ski In/Ski Out at Sun Peaks
Immaculately kept property, responsive host, close to lifts and village. Beds are super comfy, well-stocked kitchen, all the amenities. Will be back!

Amazing Location
Great ski in and out access from the unit with an incredible view. Was a very spacious and cozy unit with everything being as per described in overview. Would definitely stay at this unit again.
