Location was excellent. Quiet neighborhood with great locations for food. We will definitely stay again when in Spokane.

The check in was supposed to be 4 pm, we had driven across 2 states and wanted to settle in. We were told they would call, and they did 2 hours later. The place was clean but the smell of the commercial cleaners was so strong my wife had breathing issues. The maintenance was bad. I thought the shower handle was going to fall off. There was a hole in the tile in the shower. I would bet there is mold back there since water flows in. The front stairs have a corner broken off and other cracks. The furniture is old and needs recovering. The location was good and the lock worked well.

Clean, organized, and just the perfect space for 2 people. Has laundry if you need, and a good price. Only downside is no backyard space or grill, would’ve been nice. Overall: 4.5/5, would stay again, maybe in the upstairs section for the private outdoor space with a grill

The apartment was in a great spot, walking distance from Manito Park and MANY coffee places. I was comfortable and warm during my stay; I'm glad I chose this apartment!

Gonzaga student visit

So nice to be close to Manito Park and to cook an Easter dinner for the Zags. Dog friendly is always ideal!

My husband and I really enjoyed this cute little Apartment. The location is highly desirable, walking distance to some fantastic eateries and Manito Park. The space is an older, historic building with some vintage furniture and artwork, and you can see the clock tower of Sacred Heart Cathedral. The space had everything we needed and was a great value. We highly recommend Sushi Blossom around the corner, serving incredibly fresh food!

Parents weekend at GU

Adequate for our weekend college visit. Few things need upgraded but was quiet and comfortable. Easy access to campus and restaurants.

Great home away from home

This little apartment was perfect for me and my dog. Lovely neighborhood for walking the pup. The kitchen had everything I needed, the bed was very comfy, and the Roku TV was great for relaxing evenings. Close to the wonderful Manito Park and an easy drive to shopping and downtown. Several restaurants within walking distance,too. I will definitely stay there when I’m in Spokane.

Cute and quaint

The apartment is cute and has everything you need. The only downfall is it does have a very musty smell. I enjoyed my stay overall.
