PELICAN WATCH AT DIAMOND BEACH, GALVESTON's PREMIER RESORT

As you sit on the large terrace of Pelican Watch, you are almost eye-level to see the flocks of pelicans overhead and look out to see breathtaking views of the lush manicured pool area below and out to the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. When we purchased Unit 511 in Diamond Beach's premier five-star resort, we wanted to add our touches with both you and our family in mind. We have furnished it with everything we want and believe it will be everything you want as well.

The living room of this amazing unit features a wall with a fireplace and a large Smart TV with cable service. WiFi is also provided. The open plan provides a living area for TV watching, game playing and making many memories. The adjoining kitchen with it's stainless steel and granite is well equipped with cooking conveniences including slow cooker, toaster, waffle iron and blender, plus a Keurig K-cup and a Nespresso espresso original machine. We've even provided you with an assortment of spices.

If outdoor cooking is your pleasure, as it is mine, your terrace is equipped with an electric Weber grill and large dining table for those great homemade (or brought in) meals . Poolside grills are also provided.

At the end of your busy day you will find rest in the three well-furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a bathroom en suite with an over-sized shower for a relaxing rain shower experience. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, TVs and luxury bedding The second bath has a combination tub/shower with an extra-deep tub for a long, soothing soak.

In addition to the amenities and conveniences of Pelican Watch, The common amenities of Diamond Beach include a Concierge desk, beautiful indoor heated pool, children's playroom and computer center. Also for your enjoyment is a game room with pool table, pin ball machines, video games, shuffleboard and more; a 35-seat movie theatre and state-of-the-art workout center overlooking the Gulf. There is easy access to the resort's beach entrance and to the outdoor pool complex which offers three spill-over pools, hot tubs and lazy river.

With so much to do at Diamond Beach, you probably won't want to leave, but in case you do, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn and the Pleasure Pier are only minutes away. Galveston also boasts many great restaurants and, of course, shopping on The Strand. For you golfers, Moody Gardens offers an excellent course for you to try.
