Enjoy ocean breezes, sunsets and sunrises on either of the two newly built decks, or sitting in the living room or dining room. With a large dune separating the home from neighboring homes, this home provides guests with privacy rarely available on LBI. Guests can take nature walks to the ocean or inlet through Barnegat Light’s beautiful beach or take advantage of the tram, which picks up guests in front of the home during the summer months and quickly shuttles them down to a life guarded beach. Guests can either relax in the serenity and privacy of the property or take advantage of the many activities the home’s location provides, such as great surf fishing, surfing, and bird watching to name a few.
