We had an incredible time at this place. The views were amazing, the beach was serene, and our host was incredibly welcoming. We’ll definitely be returning in the future.

Private balcony with a view of the water. We saw a lot of dolphins. The room was clean and the perfect size for my husband and myself. Carol is a great host. We would stay there again.

Everything was clean and tidy. Perfect space for two people. Just a short walk to the beach. We didn’t need any additional help, but the host was great at letting us know about attractions and events. We would definitely stay here again.

LOVED our stay !!! We saw easily 8 dolphins everyday. We even had dolphins swimming 20 ft in front of us ! The beach was so active with crabs, jelly fish, dolphins, & fish ! You just walk out onto the beach. The host communicates wonderfully! Highly recommend booking !!

The condo is so accommodating in regard to its location for the price. It seems that property that provides access to a pool and the beach seem to be far less reasonable. The owner was amazing to work with! She went the extra step to make sure we got everything requested, 10/10 service and she is so so friendly! The condo was clean and provides a view to the ocean where you can see dolphins all day every day! You may even have some swim up close to you. This was our first time to Tybee and probably wont be our last. We highly recommend this stay!

Relaxing Get Away

We enjoyed our time at Carol's condo. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It is also very conveniently located. We will certainly return again on our next visit to Tybee.

Great stay

Our stay was everything we could have asked for. Enjoyed private beach and pool. Loved the condo. Everything just made it a great stay.

There were HUNDREDS OF DOLPHINS each day playing which you can enjoy watching from the balcony. The beach is accessible but is more like a lake day with no waves. If you are looking for the beach experience I suggest to drive to a public beach access and pay to park. Also kayaks are NOT INCLUDED. Nothing negative towards Carol since that part of the description is automated through company and she is unable to remove. All in all, we had a great time and enjoyed Carol's condo. Perfect location and price and would love to visit again each year. Carol is a wonderful host and responds almost instantly. Thank you Carol for allowing us to visit your wonderful condo.

Somewhat dated condo, but very accommodating host. It suited our needs well. We were just 2. I cannot imagine how tight 4-6 people would be. Personally think just updating & expanding kitchen space would be wise. Even just moving fridge to left wall where ladder shelving is & adding counter space would be a huge difference. Make the kitcgen penninsula slightly larger. Thank you to Carol for lovely stay.
