We had no complaints. Only thing we wish we knew earlier or asked for it earlier was the boardwalk code to the beach. We waited a couple hours before we received it.

Anniversary gathering

the house was perfect, with beds and baths for all the parties. Kitchen had all the right pots and pans, the grill was clean and they even had beach toys!

Great family retreat

This was the perfect place for our family of 7. Plenty of space for everyone and easy access to the beach. The house is very well kept and the management company was very pleasant to work with.

Great spot, clean house, good management

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great stay on Park Place. Great location at the end of 11th street with easy beach access. House has a good setup for families, and property management and communications were very professional.

Our family had a blast here. Great house as advertised. Pretty sure the past complaints are not of actual issues with the property as it was very clean and comfortable for everyone

Great beach house!

Great house right next to the beach. Has all the room you would need for a get together. Super close to restaurants and bars. Communication with the property management was excellent and the small issue we had was rectified that day. Will definitely book again.

Great and affordable!

We had a great time staying here and love that we were able to bring our pups with us! The upstairs bed was wonderful and firm, which is sometimes hard to find in rentals. I do recommend bringing coffee filters (8-10 cup basket style) and coffee if you drink it regularly.
