Excellent Location, steps from the beach and minutes to restaurants and shops.

Unit A is part of a Triplex with private pool, barbecue, on property totally decorated.


*Triplex with pool shared by all three units, barbecue grill. 2 bedroom 2 full bath, kitchen has fridge, stove, microwave , drip coffee make. Pots, silverware ,cups. Bedroom(1) king bed. Bedroom (2) Trundle (twin/full/twin. Living Room has a futon. Access to Wifi and NetFlix Linens & towels provided. Hair Dryer .This is unit does NOT have stairs and NO balcony access. We charge $75per pet non refundable. Please notify us if you are bringing more than 1 pet.
This family-friendly atmosphere is a wonderful place to spend your weekend, vacation or extended stay!

The pool kept all of the grandkids busy, a short walk to the beach to build sand castles and fly kites, TV in all rooms for nighttime….all we wanted! We would stay here again!

Only complaint would be... when tenants were upstairs it's very loud as in you can hear everything. Other than that this location is Awesome!

Sandy dirty floors, rusty shower, rusted bbq grill broken laying by the pool, broken plastic chairs around the pool area, comfortable bed and pillows. Need to upgrade for price.

Good times

Condo was in a great location. You can walk to beach, very close to restaurants and bars and fishing spots including jetties, pier, and boat slip. Hot tub and pool were nice and secluded.

Here’s a smoother, more natural version:We loved how clean the rooms, towels, and bedsheets were. The host, Yvonne, was very responsive and helpful. The pool was nice, although unfortunately the slide wasn’t working during our stay. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and we would definitely come back. Thank you, Yvonne!

Unit "A" based on the description and the reviews at booking, was not the top floor of the house as expected. It was actually a portion of the downstairs and had a basement feel to it. On top of not being given the expected unit, the unit itself would have been fine for a couple of people for a short stay provided they did not plan on using the kitchen or relaxing on the couch. The kitchen does not have very much counter space. At all. There is no dishwasher or vent hood. There are no cleaners or new sponges. The limited pans are kept in the oven. The table does not allow for more than 3 people to sit (it's a round coca-cola style table and chairs). One of the bathrooms is in the kitchen.The couch is a pleather black futon that maybe 3 people can sit (straight up) on. There is no rug (bc you wouldn't be able to open the front door) so not a very cozy space.To get the TVs to work we replaced batteries and re-synced the remotes to the TVs, adjusted the Roku stick to the HDMI source (missing TV remote). Also purchased and replaced a lamp bulb. Our family of 4 hung out and watched TV in the master bedroom every night. Also be aware that there are stickers in the yard and we frequently had to pull them out of our dog’s feet, essentially not making the rental pet friendly. The yard is not connected to Unit A. The pool and slide were great. The beds comfortable. Couldn’t beat the location, which was one of the 3 and only 3 highlights.

Pet friendly..lovely pool. Truly is 2 minutes to the beach. It is in Port Aransas.. so within a mile of several restaurants and bars

Great family getaway!

Upon driving up to the property, the house looked great! We had unit A. Apart from the foyer, the unit is ALL upstairs. With an infant, I would have appreciated that in the description. The views, furniture, location, décor, deck and pool were amazing! Only drawback: construction noise at the Dunes Condominium. They worked 8-5pm so evening was peaceful.

Casa by the Sea - a wonderful two bedroom home with views of the beach

We enjoyed our stay at Casa by the Sea unit A. It’s location is great. There is a flight of stairs up as you enter, but the main living area provides views of the gulf along with a nice outdoor deck and is just a short walk to the beach. There is also a nice shared pool at the location. The unit and pool were very clean upon our arrival. We traveled with our dog, and the backyard area which includes the pool is fenced in and has grass areas. Location great for not only the beach, but close to many downtown restaurants, grocery and dock area. Communication with the host was quick and accommodating. We look forward to another opportunity to stay !

Great location, loved the pool

Unit was clean with adequate supplies for our stay. Great views of beach from 2nd floor. Pool was so nice after a day at the beach. Some upgraded bath towels would be my only recommendation.

There are 3 units, with A being the largest, with full kitchen, good sized living area and a deck with ocean view. There were other people in the other units while we were there but we didn't hear them.

The house is Beautiful, everything we needed to my our vacation perfect!!

The house and property was perfect!! About a minute from the beach and less than 5 minuets from the restaurants!! Couldn’t have asked for anything better!!

I had 3 19 year boys and myself. We had lots of privacy and plenary of room. Pool was heavenly

The private pool and deck were extras. I could access the awesome deck from the master room and the boys could access from the family room. We drove to the beach although we could have walked. The 2nd room had enough bed space for the the 3 boys. WiFi And cable were awesome. A tv in each room plus family room. Can’t say enough about the pool! House was private and close enough to grocery and restaurants. The pool lights up at night and the deck was really nice in the evening. Boys were able to have pizza delivered late at night too. Plenty of parking enough for 2 suvs and 2 golf carts. THis place was heavenly! All new appliances and counters. And the L shaped couch was just right for my basketball boys to spread out in. They were able to eat at kitchen counter or dining table. I plan to stay here every summer! That pool, though, well Worth it!!! I’ll be dreaming about that pool when I get back to Austin and 110 weather!

Enjoyable Stay at Port Aransas.

I enjoyed staying at this place, The pool and the proximity of the beach. The rooms were comfortable and had enough kitchen utensils for us to cook and have some coffee in the morning.

Relaxing, Fun, and convenient location to beach.

Clean and comfy. The pool you do share it with the other renters, if renters occupy the other units. BUT The pool was clean and fun. Perfect for right after the beach. Home is at Great location, very close to the beach. Definitely coming back again!

Perfect mini vacation area, We will definetely be back

Very nice, felt right at home, we all slept comfortably. Only minutes away from the beach. We were able to just get up and walk to the beach.
