Beautiful townhome located at the base of Snow Summit Mountain Resort! This is a privately owned and fully equipped two story townhome and it's ready for your family to enjoy for a few days or longer. Pack your change of clothes and your toothbrush and you are ready to go. Eat in or go out to any of the many dining establishments available in Big Bear. The open floor plan allows for easy and comfortable entertaining. Invite family and friends for an enjoyable evening or a weekend get-away. It's completely furnished, and the kitchen has been stocked with kitchen ware from silverware, plates and glasses.
Walk to the slope or take a hike among the gorgeous scented pines in the San Bernardino National Forest. While in Big Bear take time for a stroll through the Village, it's a must see and you'll love it! Call early to confirm your reservation for your next fun-filled weekend and/or vacation. We are only a couple hours from the hustle and bustle of the city. Leave the chaos behind and join the fun. In spring, summer, and fall you can enjoy the lake and the activities it has to offer. Your evenings can be filled with outdoor concerts, live theater, the latest movie releases, and dining and dancing. Whatever you desire you will find available and waiting for your enjoyment.
Spend the day on the lush golf course or have a relaxing afternoon in the day spa and get pampered from head to toe. For winter skiing, you can't get closer to Snow Summit Ski Resort. We are at the base of the resort. Park and Play! No need to move your car, unless you want to. Walk to Chair lift #4. Just a few minutes walk to the Ski Resort. Come to beautiful Big Bear Lake for year-round fun and relaxation.
There is a $300 security deposit due on arrival, which is not charged to your account unless items in the unit are damaged or lost.

- Check-in at Snow Summit Unit #44 rental office (open 9am to 5pm). After hours check-ins, call night manager at the phone number on the office door.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this townhouse in Big Bear! It was the perfect size, very comfortable, and in a great location with easy access to everything we wanted to do. The home was clean, and we had no issues during our stay.The only downside was that the hot tub wasn’t filled with water, so we weren’t able to use it. It would have been a nice addition to the trip, especially in the evenings. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Only 135 Steps to Lift 1

You can't find a closer location to the slopes of Snow Summit. Perfect location with a working fireplace. A little dated, but easy to overlook.

Very roomy

This townhouse was very roomy, would be great for a family with multiple levels. Good location to town and over winter the slopes. There is no view and the hot tub is inside which makes it very hot so he cautions when you are in it. Otherwise the place is great.

My husband and I had an amazing time , the rental was clean and spacious, Love the hot tub and checking in was so easy. The nice lady at the rental office was so sweet , friendly and very helpful. Definitely coming back.

Great Location and affordable, could be cleaner.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed up here for a night taking my son skiing. Location is top notch, especially if you stay in the units closest to chair 2 and the base. At ~$300 all in for a night, I’m not sure you’ll find a better deal for the location plus size of the unit. We were just 2 but you can easily put 4 or 5 people in the unit. Though 5 adults would be pushing it, some combo of adults and kids works. The only downsides are we had a spa unit, so there was a jacuzzi in unit. Super cool except they had to drain it before we got there bc it was dirty from the last tenants and it didn’t heat up in time for us to even use it. Plus the rug next to the jacuzzi was soaking wet. Additionally there were cigarette butts all over the patio upstairs with a leftover beer from the previous tenants. Not a huge deal bc we didn’t even go out there but if you had a few kids there who wanted to play outside it would have been an issue.

The only issue I had is the unit wasn’t as clean as I would like as well as apparently there was a mouse in the kitchen that got into our food, so keep your food in the cupboards.

Reviewer Comments: The sofa looked no very clean in the picture, and it's carpet, so I tried to find a hardwood floor unit at the beginning, but since the unit's location is very close to the lift, we decided to stay here. When I entered the unit, it was very clean, the carpet and the sofa have much better condition than the pictures. The bed was comfy too.

This is definitely one of the better units. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and the spa is nice. I am always treated well by the management, and of course, location, location, location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit itself was great, perfect location. To snow summit, clean, and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The management was extremely understaffed to the point where they never answer the phone and do not reply to voicemails or emails. They use a hospitality app that has zero functions other than providing that phone number that never gets answered. This was the worst at checkout where a checkout time was not provided and they could not answer the phone to confirm checkout time. They did find the time to call me and tell me that we are past checkout and we were so rushed we ended up leaving things behind in the unit while in a hurry to pack and leave.Overall, I think if they just hire one more person to answer the phone it would be an ideal stay.

Get away from Covid

First time at Big Bear Lake, even though a lot of traffic on Sat. Had a great time on the lake. The Townhome was very clean and easy to get to. Was very hot inside but once we turned on the fans and open the windows cooled down was easy to sleep at night.

A good place to stay near Snow Summit

The building is nice, a bit 1980s but OK for the fam. The rooms are a bit small, but the kitchen was well furnished. The Family room has a nice TV with lots of tech like smart TV and apple TV, etc.
