The property was barely functional, the stairs and deck to enter the property were rickety with plywood decking. The window in the second bedroom wasn't able to be opened making for a stifling stay in the summer. There was no detergent (cubes, liquid, or powder) for the dishwasher, nor a broom/dustpan for cleaning.The sofa badly needs to be replaced, basically unusable, with springs pushing through. Instructions for parking were unclear, mentioning to park near a garage when it appeared that the garage had been torn down at some point in the past, leaving us confused as to where to park given other renters parking in the same lot.For 2k per week, this is way overpriced. About the only good thing about it is the proximity to Maine Street. It was a roof over our heads.

Great location

The apartment is located close to downtown Brunswick and is walkable to restaurants. The apartment is great albeit a little tired. Overall a pleasant stay but it is a small space.

The location was nice but there were only three places to sit and watch TV and the there were little or no amenities provided.

Quick stay

We stayed over night at this location over all it was a good place to stay. The only downside was the steepness of the stairs. I would not recommend for elderly. We could not find the sheets for the futon. The beds were comfortable and it was certainly located to down town Brunswick which was a big plus.

The inside was great. Roomy. Needs a larger coffee pot for a large place. Outside stairs needs improvement. Close walk to the main town with shops and restaurants. Quiet area for the most part. Maybe update the bathroom essentials.

convenient location

The unit is just off the main street (Maine Street) in Brunswick, close to Gelato Fiasco and Frosty's Donuts but not so close that you hear traffic. It's clean, with plenty of windows. Parking was easy, usually on the street right in front.We didn't need a hot tub or laundry, but if those were on the property, we didn't see them. Bumping our heads on the low angled ceiling on one side of both bedrooms were an issue for both of us.In all, a good deal for a good location.

The apartment was great. Beds comfortable, super clean place, everything we needed. Everything was handled smoothly with getting key, etc. Great location too. Short walk to good restaurants etc.

The apartment was a great clean 2 BR apartment. Close walk to town. Only suggestion is to stock the kitchen a bit more (i.e., salt/pepper, alum foil, saran wrap, more pots/pans).

Sasyna and I relocated back to Maine where I grew up with back in 2017 after we brought our first home in Brunswick, it's listed as Little Lincoln in our profile. We had being hosting in Shanghai, China for 8 years till 2020 we lost all the listings in China, but we were glad that we are able to provide more for our guests in Maine over the time.

We've traveled a lot of the countries, we love traveling, so we understand our guests and we are dedicated to host all the guests over the world. We renovated all our listings and Sasyna always tried to decorate the interior homy and cozy so our guests can feel more home. Most our listings have washer and dryer, if the space allows, we always try to provide more convenience for our guests.

Other than hosting, we also love our pet, we are animal lovers, you can see that we host pets. We have a really cute Shiba Inu called Woody, one of our listing's wifi name is "Woodythecutie", lol! We brought him all the way from China, we believe they are family members. Our recent interest is vintage motorcycles and interior design, if you have the same interests, welcome to share your passion with us!

We really have the ideal location if you want to stay in town because we you can get to all the restaurants and Bowdion College by foot. It's in 15 minutes to free port and 30 minutes to Portland. Also,we spend a whole summer to update the entire apartment using the best materials and details to bring a comfortable and welcoming experience for our guests.
