Beautiful 2 Bedroom Condo on the 7th Floor with Great Views of the Gulf!

Seachase Unit #703 East...This Coastal style 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit provides gorgeous views of the Gulf. It will be the perfect place to have fun with your family and friends during your next trip to Alabama's Gulf Coast! *Maximum Occupancy is 6 people.

The fully stocked kitchen is a wonderful area to cook with during your stay. It features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and provides extra dining space with bar seating for two. We also offer a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig! You can enjoy your meals at the dining table which provides seating for four. And for a truly relaxing dining experience, listen to the waves on your private balcony!

The living room is also a relaxing place, and it features lots of seating as well as a 55 inch flat screen with a combination DVD and VCR. For extra sleeping space, a the sofa transforms into a queen sized sleeper. This unit also features a full size washer/dryer, wi-fi, and cable connection for your use during your stay.

In the master bedroom, a king-sized bed and 32-inch flat screen TV with a DVD player is available for you, as well as amazing views of the gulf! Connected to this spacious bedroom is a luxurious bathroom, supplied with a soaking bathtub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. Lots of closet space is also an added perk to this room!

The second bedroom hosts a queen-sized bed, 32-inch flat screen, and an adjacent bathroom. This is a full bath with a shower and tub combo and a great place to get ready for a night out at one of the fabulous restaurants that the Alabama Gulf Coast has to offer!

**A reservation includes ONE parking pass. If you plan to park a second vehicle, you will need to purchase a pass for that vehicle. No oversized trucks, RVs, campers, boats or trailers allowed on property.

***IMPORTANT*** The heating and cooling system and the hot water heater in this unit will automatically shut off if a door/window is left open for more than 60 seconds. The AC and hot water heater will remain off until the doors are closed. If you report an AC problem or a hot water problem and we send out the repairman (AC tech or plumber) and nothing is wrong other than you left a door or window open, you will be responsible for paying the call out fee.

Great View

Our stay was wonderful at this condo. Beautiful View.Plenty of space for the 5 of us. The pools were amazing and property was well- kept. The host got back to us within minutes. Very clean and comfortable. We will definitely book again. The parking crew/security always made us feel safe and were so friendly. I highlyrecommend.

Orange Beach condo.

The property was as listed in VRBO. Guards were very courteous and helpful at check-in and after. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views!

Loved the beautiful views form the kitchen, living area and master bedroom and especially the balcony. The place was so clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo

Only issue was Condo elevator not running several times making 7th floor hike a good workout - especially with groceries and check out day. Loved the Condo - pools.

Great condo and location

The condo was perfect in all areas: size, amenities, kitchen extras, and location! The balcony was big enough for the 4 of us to relax and enjoy the view. We all were pleased and would stay there again!

Orange Beach Fun

We stayed at an ocean front condo and loved our time there! The property was just as advertised and we loved it. Additionally, we got multiple communications from the managers making certain we were comfortable and not in need of anything.The view was fantastic and the area provided lots of choices for food and entertainment! We will stay at this property again if in the area!!

This condo was just right for the 4 of us and close to restaurants and Pensacola where we attended the art festival. Great ocean view from balcony . Very clean and comfortable.

Perfect Family Getaway

This was our first time at Orange Beach and this condo at SeaChase was perfect all the way around! Unbeatable view, everything you need in the condo, close to shops and food, and just a great overall atmosphere at SeaChase. Very clean and spacious. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to spend a week at the beach!

Great place

The unit was exactly as advertised. Incredible views of the beach from the seventh floor balcony. The building is just a very short walk to the water and close to shopping and several restaurants. The main bedroom and bath are spacious and the second bedroom and bath are large enough. The kitchen was well equipped.

Best place ever

Condo was very clean. Decorated beautifully and updated. Looks exactly like it does on line. All the pool areas were very, very pretty. It is our new go to place from now on. We loved everything about it!!!

Fall Getaway

Grounds well kept. Too cool to swim in outdoor pools but very nice to sit out by pool and use hot tubs. Well equipped fitness center as well. Extra parking pass was a little expensive in my opinion esp since parking lot was half full in October! Unit was nicely appointed. Overall would stay here again.

Good first impression and great beach

This is a great unit to enjoy beautiful views and sounds of the breakers without any traffic or guest noise. Even in a crowded building, we had plenty of privacy and quiet. Kitchen and furnishings were well-appointed plus plenty of games, books, and television options. Bed very comfortable. Lots of light and easy access to the beach. A few critiques; the jets in the spa tub were not functioning, there was a little mold in the shower and we had trouble with the hot water in the shower and kitchen. We would have preferred to be able to open the windows in the master bedroom (they were sealed shut). Perfect for couples or small families. Great beach, close to plenty of activities, golf, and shopping. Visit "The Wharf" if you go.

CLEANEST CONDO I have ever stayed in

Beautiful view of the ocean! Condo was SO clean we loved it and made our stay more comfortable. Shout out to the cleaning crew there. Even the restrooms downstairs where the pools are were spotless. Pools clear and clean. The condo had everything we needed in regard to cooking which was very nice. All staff we encountered while there was kind and welcoming including security. Only thing I would suggest is making check out 11 am to prevent feeling so rushed especially when you are traveling with kids. IYKYK. Thanks!

CAN'T ENJOY THE OCEAN BREEZE AND SURF SOUND

An older condo which could use some updated furniture (sink into soft couch, and bedroom clothes drawers are 12" deep); It was clean and in a nice building. Good security force and friendly folks...BUT, it is the only condo I've ever stayed in that won't let you leave a door or window open to hear the ocean surf! That is the main reason for staying on the beach, to sleep to the relaxing ocean sound and breezes. If you open a door more than 60 seconds, they shut off your A/C and hot water. Good emails to check in from management. No problems with that. Parking was plentiful. But cannot give it higher than OK rating due to the open door policy.

Nice enough for a quick getaway

This is an older property that has been well maintained. It was very clean but it smelled of mildew in our unit. The unit is a good size and has all the necessities but it has mirrors EVERYWHERE...floor to ceiling, walls of mirrors in the living room, both bedrooms and the bathrooms. These two old people did not need to see all that lol. Our coffee pot was smoking so I called the rental office number posted on the fridge. They said they would try "to locate a new one" and bring it up. A few minutes later they called back and said it wasn't "their" unit, I needed to call the company (VRBO) that we rented through. We didn't bother with all that, just went out for coffee but it seemed unorganized and unnecessary trouble for guests. The beach is nice but they have a tractor that grades the sand for two hours every morning. (No exaggeration) There was also a helicopter doing tours over the beach about 40 feet up...both of these were extremely loud and even more annoying. We just wanted to chill on the beach, read and nap. These two things completely ruled out a relaxing day on the beach. I don't want this to seem like a completely negative review, the condo is nice and we had a good time. It just wasn't what we were hoping for or expecting. It isn't often that we can get away so we really look forward to "down time" in a relaxing environment. This trip unfortunately was anything but tranquil.
