The Atlantic at Your Doorstep

This condo is a direct oceanfront view, prime location near the end of the boardwalk. A master bedroom (1 Queen) and private bath are separate from the second bedroom (2 Queens) and hall bath. Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities of home. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. 48" flat screen and DVD. Ocean front pool open Memorial Day thru Labor Day. 1 parking space per unit. Free Wifi for my guests.
Sorry, no rentals to high school seniors.
Our cleaning service said they train their employees in the new protocols for cleaning and disinfecting. However, we are not responsible for anyone renting or visiting our condo and contracting the Covid-19 virus. You rent at your own risk.

Great stay

We had a great stay. The beach view was perfect, condo was clean and spacious. Also, location was ideal, right across from Jolly Roger’s. We would highly recommend.

Great Stay in OCMD

This property was in a great location just off the boardwalk. The accommodations were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Access to the pool and beach were excellent! Would definitely recommend!

Very pleasurable stay !

I will be booking this property again the overall experience was fantastic the owners were amazing ! It was so clean and had everything you need except sheets and let’s be honest I always take sheets just makes ya feel better but the beds were amazingly clean no stains or anything. I would highly recommend this property !

Beautiful Place!

My sister, daughter, granddaughter and I stayed 3 nights here. We were extremely impressed with the place - the setup was great - roomy kitchen, 3 queen beds plus sofa sleeper. And having 2 bathrooms for 4 women was wonderful. And of course you can't beat the view! We saw some dolphins one morning, which made our day. Ed was very responsive to my questions prior to our stay. I didn't need to reach out during our stay because everything was perfect! Thank you, Ed and Carole, for being such great hosts!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at the condo for one week. It was nice to be right on the beach and 2 blocks from the boardwalk. Great location and condo had everything we needed.

Great beach property

This is a very clean place. The location is great, especially if you are a walker. The porch is spacious and two couples or a couple with kiddos could enjoy it.

Wonderful MDW Stay

The place was updated and very clean. The beach view was incredible, and the location was perfect for walking to dinner and drinks. Would highly recommend!

Ocean City!

Great location! Steps from beach. Block from boardwalk. Across street from Jolly Rogers waterpark. Just down street from Barn 34, Higgins, and a few fun put-put courses. Ed was very responsive before and during our stay.

Great OC condo

We loved our stay at this property. This unit has everything you need for a great vacation. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and the decor is nice. The location is perfect - just 2 blocks from the boardwalk. . I would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent vacation

The property is clean, well maintained and in a great location right on the beach and just a short walk to the board walk. There are several restaurants, stores and microbrewery near by as well. Ed gave us a call to let us know the cleaning staff had finished and we were ready to check in early if we liked.

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed and everything listed more importantly. Our host was very easy to get a hold of and gave us great recommendations on restaurants as well. Would definitely and hopefully like to stay with them again!

Absolutely Incredible!

As easy as could be. So much more wonderful than we could have expected. You feel like you are part of a community when you stay here. Stunning place with the best view we’ve ever had in OCMD! So close to everything, but far enough away to relax.

Fabulous and cozy place!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this place!! Unlike all the places we had stayed in the past at ocean city, Ed and carole’s place has a touch of soul! Apart from the fact that It had everything we needed during the stay, the place was very clean and cozy!! The view from the balcony is fabulous!! The whole condo looks like it was updated and the Bedrooms are pretty large !! Ican tell the owners really care for this place and want to make sure those who stay here have a good time!!Ed and Carole, Thank you for opening your home to us and making us feel like family!! We will definetly be back!!!

Best place to stay in Ocean City!

We had everything we needed in our condo and were so conveniently to everything. The keyless entry was so genius. The condo smelled clean and was very clean! Pleasantly decorated with the beach theme. The kitchen was flawless. I kept mentioning how I wish my kitchen at home was that nice... The owner Ed was extremely accommodating by sending suggested places to eat and local attractions. He even made sure that we had got checked-in okay upon arrival. A small memo: I would like to see a shower head upgrade. Both in each bathroom were basic small spouts and not the greatest to shower under. I would also suggest that the bedroom with the two queen bed could use updated comforters/quilts. Parking was easy and we really enjoyed how the location sat back from the main road. This condo is BEACH FRONT!!. It’s great that it’s not directly off the boardwalk because it stayed a lot less busy on the beach. But the boardwalk is in easy walking distance as is many of the best restaurant. I would absolutely not think twice about booking this place and I can’t wait to plan next years trip and stay at this condo again. Thank you for the great trip! Look forward to booking with you in the future!! :)

We live in Annapolis and enjoyed OC for many years. We selected this unit because of it's proximity to the beach, boardwalk and attractions.

This property has always rented well. There are 44 units in the building and the condo is roughly 1100 sq ft, so there is plenty of room to relax. It is close to the start of the boardwalk at 27th St. For kids, the Jolly Roger amusement and water parks are just across Coastal Highway. There are plenty of places to dine within walking distance but a short trip by car or bus will get you to almost any other place you want to be.
