The Atlantic at Your Doorstep

This condo is a direct oceanfront view, prime location near the end of the boardwalk. A master bedroom (1 Queen) and private bath are separate from the second bedroom (2 Queens) and hall bath. Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities of home. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. 48" flat screen and DVD. Ocean front pool open Memorial Day thru Labor Day. 1 parking space per unit. Free Wifi for my guests.
Sorry, no rentals to high school seniors.
Our cleaning service said they train their employees in the new protocols for cleaning and disinfecting. However, we are not responsible for anyone renting or visiting our condo and contracting the Covid-19 virus. You rent at your own risk.

We had a great stay. The beach view was perfect, condo was clean and spacious. Also, location was ideal, right across from Jolly Roger’s. We would highly recommend.

Great Stay in OCMD

This property was in a great location just off the boardwalk. The accommodations were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Access to the pool and beach were excellent! Would definitely recommend!

Very pleasurable stay !

I will be booking this property again the overall experience was fantastic the owners were amazing ! It was so clean and had everything you need except sheets and let’s be honest I always take sheets just makes ya feel better but the beds were amazingly clean no stains or anything. I would highly recommend this property !

Beautiful Place!

My sister, daughter, granddaughter and I stayed 3 nights here. We were extremely impressed with the place - the setup was great - roomy kitchen, 3 queen beds plus sofa sleeper. And having 2 bathrooms for 4 women was wonderful. And of course you can't beat the view! We saw some dolphins one morning, which made our day. Ed was very responsive to my questions prior to our stay. I didn't need to reach out during our stay because everything was perfect! Thank you, Ed and Carole, for being such great hosts!

Great beach property

This is a very clean place. The location is great, especially if you are a walker. The porch is spacious and two couples or a couple with kiddos could enjoy it.

Ocean City!

Great location! Steps from beach. Block from boardwalk. Across street from Jolly Rogers waterpark. Just down street from Barn 34, Higgins, and a few fun put-put courses. Ed was very responsive before and during our stay.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at the condo for one week. It was nice to be right on the beach and 2 blocks from the boardwalk. Great location and condo had everything we needed.

Great spot

Very spacious condo. Nicely decorated. We love the location around 30th street. Pool temperature was absolutely wonderful. Great communication with Ed! Lots of amenities in the condo for convenience. Would love to stay again.

Excellent vacation

The property is clean, well maintained and in a great location right on the beach and just a short walk to the board walk. There are several restaurants, stores and microbrewery near by as well. Ed gave us a call to let us know the cleaning staff had finished and we were ready to check in early if we liked.

This condo is right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and mini golf. Beach is empty and quiet at night. Great place.

Great OC condo

We loved our stay at this property. This unit has everything you need for a great vacation. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and the decor is nice. The location is perfect - just 2 blocks from the boardwalk. . I would definitely recommend staying here!

Holiday Getaway

We live in Annapolis and enjoyed OC for many years. We selected this unit because of it's proximity to the beach, boardwalk and attractions.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

This property has always rented well. There are 44 units in the building and the condo is roughly 1100 sq ft, so there is plenty of room to relax. It is close to the start of the boardwalk at 27th St. For kids, the Jolly Roger amusement and water parks are just across Coastal Highway. There are plenty of places to dine within walking distance but a short trip by car or bus will get you to almost any other place you want to be.
