Three stories (three flights of stairs, no elevator) luxury home in a gated community inside Loop 610 close to many restaurants in the beloved area of The Heights and downtown Houston.

The house is brand new with fully equipped kitchen, 4K large TV's; WiFi, laptop friendly space, working desks in all three bedrooms. It has two car garage and an extra car can park on the street.

The master bedroom is on the top floor and one of the queens. The other queen is located on the bottom floor. The kitchen, the dining room and living room are on the second floor. No elevator.

I highly recommend this property! The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Check-in and getting in and out of the property was very easy and convenient. The home was extremely clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. One of the things we appreciated most was how safe and comfortable we felt during our stay, which made it even more relaxing and enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay.

This location is fantastic. Listing is just as described. Our family of 4 were comfortable here and loved that each teenager had a room and bathroom for themselves. We were in town for WBC, location was close enough for easy travels to ballpark. Host was very responsive and helpful with all questions.

The kitchen didn’t have enough trash bags and paper towels , and bathrooms didn’t have enough facial tissue - everything was clean and neat , very clean location - beautiful house ! We enjoyed the stay ! Thank you

Hello Ellen, Thanks for your comments. How many trash bags did you need? Perhaps you needed more than usual bc you have a big gathering or a party? Which is not allowed. We provide everything and much more that is required as a courtesy for your first day. You must know you have to go to the grocery to buy your extras. In every bedroom we have facial tissues. For a weekend, it is more than enough. We leave always a complete roll of the kitchen towels from the best brand which lasts at least a weekend. I can say that you left the floors very dirty like when you have a party and people spill their drinks and you clean it just with paper towels, no water involved. I am glad you had a good time. But I don’t appreciate your comments, even after I gave you a complete day for free. You should buy all those things like you bought your food and drinks. Maybe for next time. I have been a host for over 8 years, I have never have an issue about the things you said. Other many, of course. Thank you and have a great day!!

Host was very helpful, answered quickly and assisted all our needs with care. Felt very safe in the home with their alarm system. Nice spacious garage for our vehicle. Check in was very simple and great. We loved it so much, would definitely recommend and book again!

Relaxing Getaway

The place was very clean and it provides everything we needed during our stay. The property manager was available and helpful at all times. We will definitely stay here again when in Houston.

Great Place

Highly recommend property which is located in excellent location. Place is immaculate and spacious with beautiful decor. Very centrally located and within 20-30 minutes to many key locations in Houston.

Incredible property.

We had a sibling reunion over the weekend and it was an absolutely amazing property to stay in. This house is beautiful and in a great location. The Farmers Market is a short walk away and went 2 different days. The owners have done an outstanding job keeping it well appointed very clean and comfortable. The primary bedroom is beautiful! The owners did not expect anything upon our exit except to place the dirty dishes in the sink. I loved that about this property. I will stay again next time I am in Houston.
