LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! The DOWNTOWN location is awesome! Five min walk to Lake Coeur d'Alene, beaches, shops, restaurants and hiking! This cute 2 Bedroom/ 1 Bath cottage is only 6 blocks from vibrant Sherman Ave and the CDA Resort. Stroll downtown or ride the bikes (complimentary). Amenities include a private hot tub, fully fenced yard, new flooring throughout, well equipped kitchen with dining table, furniture upgrades, etc. Bedroom 1 has a King bed, Bedroom 2 has a full sized bed, and the living room has a sleeper sofa. Large flat screen smart TVs. Sleeps up to 6 people, most comfortable for four. Off street parking (driveway with carport) and storage shed to lock up your gear (at your own risk). Bicycles and hot tub are for use use at your own risk. STR Permit #52384.

Great location to downtown, cute!!

We had a great stay, easy walk to coffee shops and downtown. Cute and cozy house, worked great for the four of us. If we’re able to visit again I would definitely stay here again!

Great location

This was a great house for our short visit to Coeur d'Alene. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the location was great.

Perfect for our long weekend in Coeur d’Alene. The house was cozy and spacious for just the 2 of us. Loved the proximity to downtown and ease of getting around. The hot tub was a welcome treat during the cold days that came on quickly. Thank you for a clean, cute home and easy check out process.

Perfect home away from home

This cottage far exceeded our expectations. It was clean and so comfortable. Great location with shopping and delicious restaurants right down the road. We hope to stay here every year for our annual Silverwood trip.
