Welcome to Memphis! No need to rent a car. Steps from the Mississippi river front and the newly renovated Tom Lee Park. Walk score 99, experience Downtown Memphis up close and personal in this fully furnished move in ready condo.
You'll be glad to know we've always took pride and priority in guest health, safety, and well-being! Relax in your clean, comfortable, cozy home away from home!
This is a three story walk up (no elevator) in a vintage historical building. During your stay you'll have access to the entire fully furnished condo. Amenities provided include internet, dishwasher, washer and dryer, refrigerator, queen bed with linens and some towels, plenty of closet space, and $80 towards utility bills.
Whether traveling for business, pleasure, or visiting family you will NOT be disappointed in this awesome central downtown location! Plan your adventure in this perfect getaway spot. Park your car in your FREE assigned parking spot and walk to all the popular downtown attractions. My condo is within steps of all the wonderful historic attractions and local landmarks. Hop on the Memphis trolley, rent a bike or electric bird scooters as an alternative to walking. This updated contemporary 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is centrally located between Front and Main Street and has a plenty of its original charm. Walk 3 blocks to Beale St. and half a block too Vance Park and Tom Lee park where the annual Memphis in May festival is held. Also, there are several wonderful local restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions all within steps of the front door. The National Civil Rights museum is less than 2 blocks from the condo. The trolley stop is less then a block from this prime location. If you're going to a Grizzlies game the Fed-X Forum is only a few blocks from the condo. You won't be disappointed with your stay in my home!

Great location and great stay!
This place was perfect to stay at if you are wanting to go to Beale Street and other downtown places. It had everything you needed and also secure parking which we very much appreciated! Would stay here again if we are back in this area.

The location could not have been better. So happy to be where we were - Walking distance to BealeStreet, to the beautiful park, and the Loretta Motel/Museum. The apartment was lovely – comfortable and well equipped. If you want the air mattress, be sure to let Michelle know. Just an FYI.

We enjoyed our stay and Michelle is a great host. Property was great for us, nice comfy bed and we felt at home. Easy walk around to all the fun stuff. Would stay here again.

So close to everything!
Perfect place for a couple of days! Close to Beale street but far enough away from the noise.

great location
This place was close to Beale Street, but far enough away so that it wasn't loud. Nice to have parking!

It was a great location. Very cozy. Everything you needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Memphis Downtown Property

Location is great
Bright and spacious with everything you need for living like a local! Close to Beale St and Martin Luther King museum.

Everything was well managed thank you for providing a great stay! Apartment and its location was excellent, the online pics of the apartment do not give it justice! It’s larger then appears! At the same time very cozy! Close to so many attractions!

Girls trip
The property is so amazing ! Owner was amazing with all our needs. If you are looking for a place to stay and explore downtown this would be the place :)

Great location
This was our first visit to Memphis, lots of fun, we didn’t need to contact the host for anything, all was great but she was easy to communicate with if anything issue had arisen, would definitely stay here again

You'll love being able to get around without a car.

The exposed brick walls, duct work, hardwood floors, and wall of windows offers a true loft style look to this condo.
