Ready to get away and relax in a quiet, private space, surrounded by a beautiful yard and garden? Our studio cottage offers a queen bed, adjustable arm wall flat screen TV and includes WiFi. Enjoy the privacy of your room or sit outside under the pergola, amidst the roses and succulents. We are located within minutes of fine dining, wineries, beaches, great hiking, beautiful parks and the main highway artery of 101 . The studio is detached from our home, has a separate entrance and parking is available. We also have laundry facilities available upon request. We're about 15 minutes from Healdsburg, 20 minutes from Kenwood, 40 minutes from Sonoma and 50 minutes from Napa.

Great stay in this cozy guest house.Was in Santa Rosa for a family reunion and the set up was great for me and my wife. Much much better than staying at the holiday inn !Host was friendly and helpful and I am sure we will return.

This is a clean and functional property ideal for the traveling professional or student. Basic kitchenette meets most of your needs, and there’s easy access to Safeway and multiple restaurants nearby. The host was very respectful and communicative. Lovely stay; highly recommended!

My wife and I wanted a clean, comfortable, quiet place to stay over a few days of wine tasting in Sonoma and Napa. We wanted to be able to eat-in most of the time and be in a central location. All of the above was delivered in this efficient studio apartment. A good value for a very pleasant stay.

Host was very nice and communicative. Very nice space and bonus yard access. Provided all amenities and went extra for coffee drinkers. Easy access to stores, freeway and wine country. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

I was happy to find this property available for the dates I needed. It is in a nice neighborhood, easy to find, easy to negotiate onto the property, plenty of parking. The unit was clean and had every amenity that I wanted. Very comfortable. I appreciated the little touches and would definitely recommend a stay here. I was here to visit friends, but if you are coming up to wine country, this location is very centrally located to many great wineries, restaurants and is not far from a nice, old downtown.

My second stay here. It's a perfect little place for me when I come back home to Santa Rosa for a visit. It's quiet, cozy, and cute. It's perfect for one or a couple. The host family is friendly, and their back yard is beautiful. It's also very conveniently located. Tucked into a quiet neighborhood, but just across the street from a Safeway. Thank you again for another nice stay, I'm sure I'll be back!

Pleasant stay in Santa Rosa

We visited family in Santa Rosa and stayed two nights at the getaway: convenient, close to everything we wanted to do, quiet and comfortable.

It was a most comfortable space with a lovely backyard. I loved the personal touch of having morning coffee (and filters) as I can't survive without my morning coffee. The host even supplied creamer! Much appreciated. I will be back as I plan to visit mom again at Christmas. Conveniently located and near Safeway too. Very clean space. John was available by text and get back to me very quickly.

This is my third time staying in the Private Wine Country Getaway. John is a very welcoming host. The space is thoughtfully equipped, I am always so comfortable. The locatioin is perfect and the yard is super peaceful. I will be back!

Great space and hosts

Check in was easy and the space was great. My husband and I were in town to tour some vineyards in Healdsburg and Sonoma, so the location was perfect.

Great place to stay in Santa Rosa

Comfortable , quiet and clean, firm bed. Great location for beer (especially Cooperage Brewery) and wine tasting . Restaurants and markets in walking distance.!
