This great little cabin sleeps up to 6 and features:
- 1 private bedroom with a queen bed.
- 1 loft bedroom with two queen beds and a private deck.
- Kitchen fully equipped with dishes, utensils, cookware and coffee maker.
- 1 bathroom with shower.
- Dining table for 6 and 3 counter stools at kitchen.
- Living area with 2 lounge chairs and a sofa
- Front porch with 2 lounge chairs.
- Large back deck with 4 lounge chairs.
- All bed linens and towels are provided clean and fresh for each new guest. Extras are stored on the premises.
- Flat screen TV with DVD player and stereo.
-wifi blueray DVD streams Netflix etc.
Great getaway 30 minutes from Salt Lake City, Utah, and under 10 minutes from Park City. Which gives you access to 7 major world class ski resorts. 3 of them in Park City the other 4 like Snowbird, Alta, Brighton & Solitude are less than 50 minutes away. PLEASE HAVE 4 WHEEL DRIVE AND SNOW TIRES EVEN CHAINS IN THE WINTER MONTHS. IT WILL BE NECESSARY!! NO PETS!! SORRY THIS IS NOT A GOOD SET UP FOR WEDDINGS OR RECEPTIONS. NO PARTIES ALLOWED!

Nestled in the woods but right off a freeway exit.
Also in the heart of sportsman's paradise, with many hiking trails, mountain biking trails. This is also a great spot for photographers, writers, but also families and honeymooners.

Cozy Cabin

Cute neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Snowed fresh powder our whole stay making the views stunning (and good skiing). Listing is accurate- you have to carry your luggage and groceries in down steps so you must be active and ready to do some physical activity. It is fun to feel accomplished! Once inside warm and comforting. Enjoy!

Wonderful cabin

We loved our stay in the cabin. It had everything we needed for our getaway, and was still close enough to park city to pick up any supplies.

Great cabin and location!

Our family loved our stay at the cabin! It is a gem that isn't far from areas like Park City and has the comforts of home. My kids loved watching the wildlife, we would definitely stay here again!

Quiet getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Tollgate. We did not spend much time at the property but sleeping accommodations were comfortable, coffee was provided, and quiet mornings on the deck with coffee in hand were relaxing.

Good times had

My sister and I had an amazing weekend at this cabin! It was incredibly clean and cozy, perfect for our getaway. We loved curling up by the stove fireplace with some tea in the evenings and got to see moose in the day. The kitchen was well-stocked, though a griddle would have been a nice addition; it was a bit tight, but we managed just fine. Overall, we had a fantastic time and can't wait to come back!

Wonderful

Karen was so kind and helpful. We were glad we had gotten winter tires and chains because we needed them after a snowstorm! The cabin reminded me so much of the cabin my grandpa built when my dad was just a boy. I felt so at home. I would love to come back!

Best Park City Cabin!

Beautiful cabin, fully furnished, comfortable and cozy. Went up with a few friends and it was better than we could have possibly expected.

Great Cabin! Amazing Views!

We stayed mid-February and it had a beautiful layer of snow. I was concerned about being cold, since we are from the south, but the cabin was warm and toasty! I wish we would have been in town longer because we fell in love with this cabin!

Such a cute cozy little cabin

We stayed here for our tenth anniversary and loved it! Very well equipped kitchen and very clean. Such great mountain views and the decks were amazing. It was a little bit warm without ac, but there were several big fans and we opened the windows in the evenings and that helped. We also saw a mouse run across the kitchen, but overall we loved our stay here and would stay again.

Great private getaway

Stringent rules about staying close to the cabin make for a great private getaway for reading, relaxing, and rejuvenating. Follow the host’s instructions with required vehicle to access property especially in winter months.

Nice and cozy cabin

It was a nice getaway for our honeymoon. The host communicated everything very well. Additionally, the host gave us directions to get to the cabin to make it easier to get there and not get stuck. The cabin matched the pictures in the listing and was the perfect amount of space for the two of us. There are a couple of extra beds we didn’t use, so a small family could stay there. It is a place we would stay at again in the future.

Cozy and remote - I liked it. Friends did not

The cabin is economical and very warm. We did not use the wood burning stove. Our friends were very uncomfortable with the remoteness and difficult road to drive to the cabin. My 4 runner had zero issues with the road, but navigating out after driving in the dark was an experience. The bedroom is cramped and the loft echoes sounds. We would have loved an oven thermometer since the temperature didn’t seem to match the dial. sounds

Weekend Stay with Family

We, as a family, returned once again to this wonderful quaint cabin. Over the years, we have enjoyed its quiet, but scenic location, as well as working with Karen, its owner. We have found it be just our size and with the amenities that meet our needs as a family. We are grateful for the opportunity always to get away for a few days and take in the beautiful Tollgate canyon. Thanks Karen!!

Cozy, comfortable, just right for us

My family of six stayed for two nights. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed exploring the wooded lot and walking the quiet cabin community roads. We were very happy with our experience. It is hard to find a cabin in this price point that is well maintained, and we felt like we found a real gem with this property. Highly recommended.

Great weekend getaway!

We had family in town for a visit, and thought it would be fun to get away for a bit. We rented this cabin for the 5 of us (2 couples & one toddler) for 2 nights, and it was perfect. The snow in late-April was a bit of a surprise, but a great backdrop. The wood-burning stove kept the cabin toasty. The kitchen was well-stocked and the bedding was comfortable. Would love to go back in the summer when we can enjoy the great decks!

Perfectly tucked in getaway

The definition of a warm cozy little cabin. We stayed a couple nights to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Impossible to stress there. Played in the snow and relaxed in the cabin. We were not without anything we needed to make this my wife’s “2nd favorite birthday ever”.

Cozy cabin

The cabin was cozy and clean. We were with kids and went to the cabin to get away from home and enjoy the outdoors, however there wasn't an area for the kids to play outside, besides the deck area. And there was a cabin being built right next to the property and construction was loud and started very early in the morning, 6 am. The cabin was farther away from Park City than we expected. It did have an Atari game that the kids enjoyed.

Mountain view near Park City

The property had furnished everything we needed for our stay. Very cozy with woodburning stove and rich wooden beams with a tall ceiling and huge front picture windows. The owner was available in a timely manner. The description, with pictures, was very accurate and for Winter access you will need 4 wheel or all wheel drive. For snow accumulation, you WILL need chains. Be prepared. We were snowed in 1.5 days and lots of shoveling during one of the regions snowiest weeks!

A hidden paradise

During the winter this place is no joke. It’s beautiful, cozy, and a thrilling adventure of hoping you make it up and down no problem. We had minimal issues getting to the cabin. Highly recommend 4WD and snow chains and you will be fine. The cabin is super cozy and Karen was super communicative and kind. I will say you have to be way more gentle with certain things as there is a bit if deferred maintenance to the property like light bulbs, loose items, and random quirks. Overall very happy with my stay and thankful for the warm welcome
