Sweet Suite near Old Town

Hidden gem in secluded, quiet neighborhood just minutes from the center of Scottsdale nightlife, dining & activities. Cozy peaceful room with private entrance. King bed, kitchenette w/microwave, fridge, & sink. Private bath w/shower. Beautiful patio to have your morning coffee.

Our beautiful, whimsical front lawn greets you as you arrive on property. The circular driveway takes you to the courtyard entrance. Your suite is a cozy warm space for you to unwind & relax before setting off to explore the beautiful surroundings of Scottsdale or attend an educational conference.

The suite is 300sf with a small kitchenette area. It includes a dorm size fridge, mini-microwave, sink, water cooler & a few accessories. It is not intended as full kitchen. It's better suited for sodas, yogurt, microwave popcorn or a doggie bag from one of Scottsdale finest restaurants.

If you're looking to do a lot of cooking check out our Sunny Spacious Cozy Cottage listing. It's a gorgeous 1,000sf pguest house on the same property with a full kitchen & all the amenities you will need.

We are just minutes from three spring training stadiums - San Francisco Giants, Chicago Cubs, and Colorado Rockies/Arizona Diamondbacks.

We are conveniently located for access to The Barrett/Jackson Auction, The Phoenix Open, Westworld Horse Show, Talking Stick Casino, The Phoenician Golf Resort.

We're within walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale & Scottsdale Fashion Square.

Perfect Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sweet Suite. It’s conveniently located to all parts of Scottsdale and tucked into a very nice quiet neighborhood. The suite was well appointed with everything we needed and the host was very accommodating. We would not hesitate to check availability of the suite on our next trip to the Valley!

Perfect Hideaway for Everything Scottsdale

We were in town for a couple spring training games and time with friends in Phoenix and couldn't have found a better location. The suite was clean and quiet with all the amenities. Off street parking and literally minutes from Oldtown and Scottsdale shopping while being off the main thoroughfare. The location also let us easily access downtown and other parts of Phoenix. The hosts were welcoming and responsive. Will definitely be back when I have business, or pleasure, in Phoenix.

Beautiful, relaxing, convenient

Things could not have been easier with this stay. Everything we needed plus plenty of thoughtful pleasant surprises (a fire going in the fire pit on a cool night, amazing variety of wild life, so much quieter than we expected, and little thoughtful amenities that aren't necessary but so nice to have (and which you never get with a hotel stay)). It always felt like coming home after some long days in the hospital.

Beautiful Suite

The sweet suite was absolutely amazing! We were so thrilled when we pulled up to this gorgeous neighborhood and were even more pleased when we entered the suite! The patio area is stunning and the room is perfect and functional. We were here for spring training and went to a game at talking stick resort. Even with the baseball traffic, the ride was quick and inexpensive! We headed to old town a few times and found that a lyft ride was MAX $10. There was also a steamer in the room which was a great addition. We loved everything about the room and would gladly stay here again.

It was beyond our expectations!!!

What a beautiful and homey unit. We loved the coziness, cleanliness, quiet, and the relaxing patio. The owners were gracious and welcoming, and the neighborhood was beautiful and a great place for a walk. The location could not have been better. It was easy to get to AZU, The Heard Museum and Luke Air Force Base - not to forget the shopping and restaurants in Scottsdale. We will definitely be back and recommend it to our friends and family.

Great location / wonderful neighborhood

It was perfect for our stay. Nicely appointed and comfortable. We used the porch area for breakfast and dinner. Location is secluded but close to Scottsdale attractions - we walked to Fashion Square and to the Scottsdale Waterfront.

Serene, secluded and comfortable

Comfortable, thoughtfully appointed, and spotlessly clean, this suite is private and restful. It's located in a secluded neighborhood with easy access to N Scottsdale Rd. The snacks left for us on arrival were welcome after a long day of travel! During our 5 night stay, I had to ask Francesca for help with something, and her quick, caring response was deeply appreciated. Highly recommended.

Quiet and Comfortable

The Sweet Suite was the perfect restful place for a busy weekend conference I was attending. It's location was ideal for being away from the noise/hustle/bustle associated corporate resorts and hotels in larger cities. Old town Scottsdale was very close for restaurants and Francesca was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and answering questions. The suite had everything I needed to make the stay pleasant. I would definitely stay here again next year should I attend the same conference. The suite would be great for a couple as well wanting to explore Scottsdale and the surrounding area.

Restful and Beautiful

This was my first trip to Spring Training and we wanted a private location where we could just relax after going to the games. This King size bed, room has a lovely private patio with comfortable furniture and a lovely sounding water fountain that seems to just melt away any tension. This home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, just a couple of miles from all the major attractions of Scottsdale. Coffee, cream, sugar, bottled water, salty and sugary snacks were provided in the kitchenette. Shampoo, soap, toothpaste, mouthwash and even a makeup towel were included in the bathroom. We will come back again to this home in Scottsdale !

Lovely spot. Close to old Scottsdsle. Very comfortable with everything you need.

A beautiful well kept suite

This clean well equipped suite was perfect for my husband and I. We were only in town for a few days for the car show, so this was a nice quite place to come back to and relax in the evening after a busy day at the show. They have a ery comfortable bed with great bedding. It is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, but easy to find and driving distance to all amenities. The owners live on site and were friendly and helpful. If we find ourselves in Scottsdale again, we would check to see if they have an opening for us.

Awesome room, beautiful property, peaceful

Came into town for a wedding weekend. When we arrived, the room was in excellent condition - clean, pretty, and exactly as described online. We really loved the layout, which included a TV, table, small kitchen area (had microwave, mini-fridge, sink, and dishes / utensils), and bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap was provided, along with a hairdryer. The room was very quiet and private. We got an Uber into downtown Scottsdale one night, which only cost $6.00 (one way). Location was very convenient to Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, and the West Valley as well. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. HIGHLY recommend to anybody looking for an awesome place to stay in Scottsdale!
