Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath 5th floor end unit located directly on the beach in Breakers East gated community. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private 30 ft balcony with spectacular beachfront views.

Master bedroom features new king mattress 2023; cable TV; ceiling fan; blackout drapes; attached master bathroom with oversize walk-in shower and double vanity.
Second bedroom features 2 full size beds; cable TV; ceiling fan.
Living room has cable TV, ceiling fan.
Fully equipped kitchen (including small maker, toaster, blender, electric can opener, etc.) Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished.
Complimentary WIFI

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Family vacation

Our stay was fantastic. Room was clean and as pictured. We had access to beach chairs and umbrella. Beach was clean and not crowded. Close to all Destin amenities.

The living room was spacious and plenty big for 2 adults and 3 kids (13, 9, 8). Master bedroom/bath was great and the kids room was just right. The balcony overlooking the pool area and beach was perfect in the evenings and mornings!! Would definitely stay in same unit again. Great location!

The cleanliness of the condo was outstanding and had everything you could possibly need. Their were 5 of us ladies for a girls trip, the blender was outdated and not working,I sent a text went to the beach came back and a new blender was on the counter. I'm was beyond impressed!!! Customer service is very important to me and ya'll went the extra mile, I so appreciate that more than ya'll know, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!

Vacation with the grandsons

Very clean and good location to everything. Check in and check out a breeze. Stocked well with utensils cookware dishes. Ample space for the four of us. Beach was wonderful not crowded and the complimentary beach setup was perfect. Only suggestion I have is the partition on the balcony did not close so for those sleeping in the living room had early daylight so curtains would be nice in its place. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Thank you!!

Great Location

Great location - closer to the water than most other condos on the shore - it was fun being able to watch dolphins from the balcony every morning. Communication was excellent, answered my questions in a matter of minutes by email. Unit was exactly as described, very spacious for a family of 4. Clean and well stocked, the kitchen had everything you might want. Having assigned beach seating was awesome - no need to run down and reserve your space in the morning. Tennis/pickleball courts were in great shape and we never had to wait to use them. If you've never been to Destin before, just be prepared for interesting driving. Maybe it's worse in spring break season, but you will need to be on your toes and a little more aggressive than a midwesterner is used to.

Spacious, clean, gorgeous large kitchen, fully stocked, fabulous deck seating, large living area with tons of seating, bedrooms very comfortable. Honestly...not one issue. We brought my 91-year-old mother down for a quick vacation - alot of memories made right on the deck sipping mimosas each morning! THANK YOU for providing a truly fantastic experience!!
