Just bring your toothbrush Great corner furnished 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house with huge fenced in lot, huge backyard, modern kitchen with granite counters, all black appliances, gas stove is built in center island, real wood and marble floors, real wood blinds. Tons of natural sunshine !! Florida room leads to fenced backyard. This room had recently been converted to the third bedroom HUGE master bedroom, huge closets, 1 1/2 car garage, trees, high end furniture ceiling fans, central ac. Located a few blocks to downtown Hollywood, 5 min to highway access, 10 minutes to beach ( 26 blocks), airport, Aventura Mall, Hard Rock, Gulfstream Park The perfect Hollywood vacation !! The property has linens, dishware, glasses, beds, furniture, etc

Close to freeway, shopping , nightlife. Beach easy drive about 3 miles . Hair and nails salons .

We enjoyed the house. Jamie was easy to reach. Had everything we needed to cook do laundry and having the dishwasher was wonderful. Thinking we will rent the same house next year! Not seen anything we like as well great place to rent! Garry and Melody

My company booked this home for our crew for an extended stay (many many months) while working in the area. The crew was very happy here and had no complaint about the property or host.

2nd Stay

Enjoyed this property so much last year, I returned for a 2nd stay. The house is centrally located, is a short drive to several beaches, and easy access to numerous retail outlets. This older home is in great condition, with all the amenities, new appliances, and central air conditioning. Parking is off-street, in the driveway, with full access to the garage. Jaime is the perfect landlord - attentive yet respectful, never hovering or buzzing about. The house is well stocked with all cookware, towels, bed sheets and perishables. A great winter redoubt to enjoy some Florida sunshine!

A Snowbirds Delight

This is a very well maintained older home in a quiet neighborhood of central Hollywood. The house has central A/C, new appliances, comfortable furnishings, and all the cookware and dinnerware necessary for an extended stay. Easy access to all the big box stores, groceries, shopping, and the "Hollywood Strip". The "strip" is a two block section of Hollywood Boulevard that hosts a vibrant night life with a block party, festival like atmosphere, with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Just a 3 mile drive east puts you on route A1A, where you can access numerous beaches, both north and south. Jamie is an excellent landlord - communicative and attentive when needed, yet otherwise, quiet and distant in the background- fully respectful of your privacy. The house was well stocked with bedding, blankets, towels, and toiletries making a short stay most accommodating with no worries. I stayed for two months, and was completely satisfied, I really didn't want to leave! This is truly, a 5 Star getaway. .

Our stay was terrific. Jamie, the owner was super nice and accommodating

The property was well kept, the unit was clean with everything we needed. We loved having a yard where we could sit in our chairs in the front yard and read, relax and people watch. Highly recommended!
