Enjoy fantastic Skiing with just a very short walk out, to the bunny slope, and the new high speed quad. Perfect for 1 to 4, One King bedroom & one Queen bedroom, and an all new tub/shower bath with wide double vanity. Interior mud room with gear closet, and large pantry.

Please note: There is NO adjacent Parking. For winter parking, your vehicle must be in the base lot, located at the end of the street, with the exceptions for loading, drop off or pick ups.

We selected this as a central location to tour three states for Leaf Peeping and it was grand! Owner was very nice, informative and straightforward. The only thing I would do is to add to the advertisement that you have to park a ten minute walk (uphill) away from the property due to the HOA/ Resort rules. Both of us have arthritis, so I wouldn't stay here again because of that, but it is an excellent choice if you are younger or fit!

Very quiet. Tidy place. Perfect for what we were looking for. We only used it for sleeping showering and relaxing when we weren’t out and about.

We enjoyed our stay and recommend this host! He answered any questions we asked promptly and was a big help when needed. The property was exactly as listed, and I loved the decor. I now need to find the table and get one for myself. I felt comfortable in the rental and slept like a log! Thank you, John!

NOT ski in / Ski out

This is a basement unit with very little natural light and it’s not ski in /ski out. When I contacted the owner he sent me the description saying it was a short walk to the slopes (nothing is short in ski boots and those who know ski in /ski out knows what it means). The title of the property says ski in ski out. We are need up driving down to the parking lot.The basement unit isn’t bad based on the price. I paid almost 1600 for three nights….would have been better at the amount Washington for half the price. Buyer beware!

Perfect!

This was just what our small family of three needed to log some quality ski time! The unit is adorable and updated and perfectly laid out to make the most use of the space. It actually felt really roomy, for just being the lower level. We have rented properties from John before and have never been disappointed. And can’t beat just a short walk to the bunny slope!

Vacation

The location is good. The owner is very responsive. Please read the details. The parking is not near the unit which maybe too much of a hassle for some. I have an issue with the design of the website where I paid for this and thought I was inquiring. But that is no way the owner’s fault. He took great care to have us comfortable and even helped me find charging stations for my electric car ( please plan ahead of time since there is very little chargers up in this area).. I just bought mine and was waiting for a Tesla adapter so I had even less options.

Excellent Place

The condo was impeccably clean, and it was evident that great care and thought went into the decor, creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch, from high-quality cookware to thoughtful touches like Puffs tissues. Communication with the property manager was seamless, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the bunny slope. Highly recommend!

Had a memorable time

This property is located in a spectacularly beautiful part of New Hampshire - which is why we chose it. The accommodations were good - very clean. Area is very quiet this time of year, which really suited us. I would book this venue again.

It’s fairly nice place, but it is a basement, there were young kids in unit above up early every day running and screaming. This was very loud. Also you don’t find out until you get there there’s no parking for the basement unit. You have to park at the ski area almost a 1/4 mile down the street. So if there’s bad weather not a good thing. Also the shuttle they say runs back and forth to Mt Washington hotel is almost impossible to get we were late to our wedding we were attending. I would never rent again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Climb Mt Washington

Perfect location to the trail head we climbed on Mt Washington. 12 minute drive to the Cog parking lot where there are 2 trail heads to climb. Very clean unit to stay in. Had massages after climb at the Mount Washington Hotel which is also very close to the unit.

White Mountain Get Away

The unit was very nice, clean and well equipped. The only thing that could have been an issue was parking. But since no one else was there, we didn’t have to park in the lot.

We cross country ski and hike all the time. This is the perfect location for us. There are always activities and things to do, and the local restaurant scene is getting surprisingly upscale. We love it.

When I first saw this unique condo, my appreciation was piqued. I decided to make an open floor plan and redecorate in keepong with its quiet discerning interior. Off street parking also added a lovely dimension, as it's a short, perfect little walk, that sets the mood anf allows us to soak up the natural, fresh New Hampshire air.
