We are so excited to bring to market The Carlton Collection. Another new remodeled luxury property in downtown Carlton. One of the best areas in the Willamette Valley.

Sister property to The Main House (7264135) next door and also Red Hills Vista House (4257106) in Dundee.

Complete studs-out remodel with luxury finishes including new bed, linens, towels and housewares. Living room has a 55" flatscreen TV and the Master with a 49". Smell the bakery in the morning (3 doors down), tasting rooms across the street and also within 1/2 a block.

Small cottage, perfect for two, though with steep stairs to the bedroom and lone bathroom, so those with mobility issues should look elsewhere. Walkable to coffee, a bakery, a small market, and several local restaurants, a bar or two, and even some wineries and a distillery. Perfect for a quick stay for wine country exploration.

This is a great cottage to stay while visiting Oregon wine country in or near Carlton. The location is right in downtown Carlton with many restaurants, cafes, and tasting rooms blocks away.

Very close to a lot of wineries & restaurants. Beautiful flowers in the yard. Scott answered my messages quickly. The shower had great hot water and pressure . However, since we paid a cleaning fee, we shouldn't be expected to strip the bed & start the towels in the washer. ( at the time we stayed, the washer needed a repair so we didn't have to do the towels) The house was recently refurbished so it looked good. They should have put tile or vinyl flooring in the bedroom as the carpet was already stained.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the cottage. It is comfortable and cozy and a great jumping off point for a weekend in wine country. Super clean, comfortable bed. Carlton has some great dining options too!

Darling house in a great location

This house is perfect for a single adult or couple traveling together. The location could not be beat. A quick walk to everything downtown as well as several tasting rooms.

First timers taste of the Willamette Valley

Beautiful cottage in a great central location, but off the beaten path. Around the corner from a quaint Main Street with food and beverage options. Couldn't have asked for a better property and location for our first time here.

The vegetation was off the charts
Lovely tasting room 2 minutes walk away
Sweet tooth anyone. You can see this from the driveway.

Wonderful visit in a great little town
