2 master suites, quick walk to Main Street, quiet & peaceful. Owner managed.

The Park Street Guest Cottage is located at the end of Park Street in a serene country setting, walkable to town (0.5 mile), Park & Main, from another udder ice cream, Carlton Bakery, tasting rooms, shops, other restaurants, community pool, parks and more.

The cottage has two master suites, a full kitchen, a large living room with smart, cable tv, internet, books and games and a private back yard. The backyard has a paver patio, fire pit, BBQ, garden, etc.

The cottage has been completely remodeled and shares a wall with our private home. There is ample off-street parking. There is NO washer/dryer.

The cottage is ideal for two couples or families staying in the area.

Perfect place for 2 couples to stay. Kitchen is set up very well. Everything you need to cook in. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great.The outside area is lovely. We didn’t take advantage of it this time because of the extreme heat!We stayed 3 nights, concert in Forest Grove the first night and 2 days of wine tasting.

Home away from Home in Wine Country

Park Street Guest Cottage is a lovely place to stay when visiting the Willamette Valley. Maryfrances is such a gracious host.

Home is where you hang your hat, and that’s exactly what we did at this wonderful property. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything needed to prepare anything from a light snack to a gourmet meal. The living room is comfortable and features a delightful library of books. We both discovered titles we might never have picked up otherwise, which made our stay even more memorable.The west-facing picture window provided warm daylight to read by. The beds were comfortable, and the showers in each suite were fabulous—great water pressure and plenty of hot water! The backyard was perfect, offering a quiet, almost pastoral setting where we used the gas grill, enjoyed the weather, and watched squirrels and birds.The location is excellent—not only in the heart of wine country but also just over an hour from both Cannon Beach and Multnomah Falls. The Evergreen Museum in McMinnville was a surprising and worthwhile find. Two outstanding eateries, Ikigai and Park & Main, are within walking distance right down the street, making dining out both easy and enjoyable.We had such a great time here and in the surrounding area that we’re already looking for a reason to return to this home away from home.

Beautiful Property and Stay

This property is well described and matches the listing well. The Host was very organized and communicated effectively. The property was well maintained and contained all the necessities. Its proximity to downtown Carlton was really nice. Would recommend this property to friends and family.

Perfect wine country getaway

Lovely home in Carlton is a get base of operations for your next wine trip. Half a mile walk to cute downtown, restaurants, tasting rooms, etc. This was my second stay and I am already looking forward to my next trip!

Wine Tasting Adventure

The cottage was lovely, welcoming, and comfortable. Loved the movie selection. It is in a perfect location. We had a wonderful time exploring the area and tasting lots of wine.

The cottage was a perfect base for our small group. It was clean, well appointed and welcoming. We would stay there again and not hesitate to recommend if to friends.

Beautifully Designed and Comfortable

I love this property! Maryfrances was a pleasure to work with during the booking process and was there to greet us and answer any questions upon our arrival. The location is fantastic, only a couple minutes from several wine tasting rooms, restaurants and the phenomenal Carlton Bakery. The home is newly remodeled, the furnishings are beautiful and the beds are comfortable with quality linens. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay again!

Sweet stay in Carlton

Four of us spent 2 nights at this lovely rental that is in a perfect location for walks into town . Such a cute home with comfortable beds , great showers , nice outdoor space for sitting and enjoying a cup of coffee or wine . We did wine tastings the 2 days we were there and had 2 fabulous dinners at the restaurants in Carlton . This home is perfect and was immaculate . Thank you 😊

Excellent Cottage in Carlton, Oregon

My husband and I were greeted with a warm gift and a big hello on the chalkboard. The Park Street Cottage was inviting, very clean, modern with a little country charm and it felt like home away from home. Everything was comfortable- from the bed (which is very important) to the couch to the towels. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and staged with everything you'd need for a weekend getaway. It's close enough to downtown Carlton that you could stroll into town for some wine tastings or food. Perfect for a wine weekend or romantic getaway. And the Wyants were wonderful, helpful people. I would definitely recommend this home to my friends and family.

Great spot super close to downtown. Landlord very easy to work with. Rooms were great, place had everything bbq, games, movies see nothing. My only heads up is the address is a little confusing with it being to the left of the property address, will say cottage. But for sure worth a stay.

Perfect location to all Carlton has to offer and wineries galore! The house was perfect, not too big, not too small and nicely remodeled. Two masters were very impressive, kitchen had all necessary needs plus more. You will love the merging of contemporary and antique decor and furnishings. Cute outdoor area for enjoying summer evenings in Oregon. A true diamond in the rough!

Great Cottage!

The cottage is new and in great condition it’s well appointed and was perfectly described on the website. The communication with the host was very good. It is very well located in the Willamette Valley. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our Second Stay

Enjoyed our return to this delightful and welcoming home in Carlton. This trip was with another couple and having two master sweets was a perfect fit. Wonderful hosts, great communication, pleasant, short walk through neighborhoods to downtown and wineries. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

Quiet getaway

A fantastic place to stay in the Willamette Valley. It’s very quiet, clean and well appointed. You can walk into Carlton which has a surprisingly large number of restaurants and tasting rooms for such a small and quaint town. Highly recommended!

We are next to farm land, and walkable to downtown Carlton's shops, restaurants, wine tasting rooms and the community outdoor pool (open in the summer months). It's the ideal location for those looking for a quiet retreat, but able to easily access the wine country.
