Located in an older neighborhood less than 1 mile from downtown McMinnville and Linfield University. Their group were wonderful guests—respectful, thoughtful, and easy to host. This recent-graduate alumni group took excellent care of our home and left it in amazing condition. We’d be delighted to host them again and would happily recommend them to other hosts!

We had a great experience hosting these two couples! They were friendly, respectful, and wonderful to have as guests. They took great care of the apartment, followed our house rules, and left everything in very good condition. Communication was easy throughout their stay, and we would absolutely be happy to host them again!

Just a perfect place for us walking distance to Linfield and downtown. Elizabeth was a great host - communication, check in and the space were all perfect. Well appointed - had everything we needed

We travel a lot and this is might be the most well thought out property we have stayed at. It seems that every single personal necessity has been thought of and provided. Everything from multi plug charging stations next to every bed, to fans and white noise machines and makeup removal wipes. Outstanding service! Well done!

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. The apartment is located below the main house, but it felt completely private and truly like its own separate unit. We also really appreciated having our own private outdoor area in the yard, which made the space feel even more comfortable and inviting.The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent, responsive, clear, and helpful from start to finish. Check-in was seamless, and checkout was simple. The entire stay felt easy, comfortable, and elevated. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to McMinnville

She was a fantastic guest from start to finish! She was respectful of our home, followed the house rules, and took wonderful care of the space during her stay. She left the apartment very clean and tidy, which we truly appreciated. She was exactly the kind of guest every host hopes to have, and we would be happy to host them again anytime!

We are a family of 5 with 3 teens. We grew up in Orange County California and moved up to Oregon in 2008 to raise our family. We own a mechanic shop in town and love to travel. We have hosted Japanese exchange students for years and my husband speaks Japanese and some Spanish. Our goal is to provide a safe, comfortable place to relax and enjoy family and friends while in the area.
