900sqft deck plus a 13x19 Sibley Double Bell canvas tent on the deck! Just like our other Sibley sites.

Chance of a lifetime to go on an affordable luxury RV vacation! No fuel expense, no camp site expense, no setup, no cleanup. Full setup kitchen, inside and outside fridge, towels, blankets, sheets. We have it setup so anyone can drive right up, walk in and enjoy!

Private spot from other RVs, with an amazing view (this is not your normal RV park ;).

This site is pet friendly with a $30 pet fee... please select a pet during your search or at check out.

a beautiful view over hot brook canyon. Easy walk along the cliff side or get a real workout hiking down the grade 220 ft cliff side.

Queen bed in bed room, couch sofa sleeper, plus a queen and a double bed in the tent!

Fire pit and propane provided... dry summers forced us to give up the wood pits.

Nice bathroom and shower.

Ac, wifi, Coffee pot is a Keurig / drip combo pot.

Enjoy everything from beautiful sunrises to amazing sunsets.

RV is parked in a secluded area in the trees close to the cliff, but still easy to get to with a car or motorcycle and well hidden from the main house.

Please remember this is a RV/Camping experience, the RV does have AC, but in the hot summer months we can not guarantee the RV will be as cool as your home. The nights typically drop down in the 50's/60s even in the summer, so with open windows, it usually is very comfortable sleeping.

This was our second stay at this property, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The views are absolutely beautiful, and the outdoor space with the hot tub is amazing—perfect for relaxing. The place was very clean, and communication with the host was great throughout. Overall, it felt peaceful and tranquil, exactly what we were looking for. We will happily stay again.

Alpha Wolf at Evan’s Cliff was a little slice of heaven. From the views to the amenities offered it was just want our family needed. We cannot wait to come back to the amazing property.

An incredible stay and a gem of a find. We stayed for 7 nights (2 adults and 2 children-4 & 6). Views absolutely incredible- breathtaking. Our power went out briefly after a storm and Wade was instantly in communication with us. The children loved the goats (Waylon and Willie), playing fetch with their dog Crusier, and frisbee golf. It was truly hard to leave. We 100% plan to be back- feels like we left a piece of ourselves there. You won’t regret staying here. Warning- If you get motion sickness, the winding drive up/down the cliff may challenge your stomach, but it’s SO worth it!

It is a very peaceful and quiet place to rest and relax. Wade and Patrica are always available for questions or in our case getting our heat figured out for the cooler evenings. I have stayed there twice and will definitely stay again. Thanks for a great weekend!

Off the Beaten Path Hidden Gem

Our stay was perfect! Great views, clean, and perfectly unique! Close enough to all the Black Hills has to offer, but away from the hustle and bustle!

Absolutely beautiful

Great place, the kids loved sleeping in the tent, loved all the wildlife, with deer walking down the cliff next to our site, couldn't ask for anything better.

Great glamping experience

Travel with three pre-teens and they loved the tent with two beds also loved the different seating arrangements inllon the deck, the beds are comfortable, the rv bed is a bit short as it is in the rv but that was the only downside. We very much enjoyed the stay!

We are a product of on online dating. Patricia moved from MN to the Northern Hills in 1979. Wade was born in Spearfish, but was living in Colorado, counting days until the next time he could get back the 'The Hills'.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

When we found the property online, we fell in love with the house... and Wade the shop. But after we came to see it in person and walked to the cliff... well, it was just amazing. You have to see it in person to understand. Everyday, we tell our 3 dogs and 3 cats, 'we are going to the cliff' and we all take a hike together, stopping just to sit and look. Seems like every hike, we see something new, we never noticed before.

We treat our guests as family... that traveled from across the country and have what they need to relax and prepare for the best vacation possible. We know most families only get 1 or 2 vacations a year, we are very honored to be a part of that experience.
