2025 UPDATE: The Tiny House is ready! This is our daughter's tiny we build in 2017, she has been living in it in Colorado. We have affectionately name it Ollie's Place after our grand-daughter Olive.

The Tiny House with a loft and sleeper couch, inside toilet and shower.., huge deck, with covered hot tub/outside eating area, as well as the huge canvas Sibley Double bell tent.

Propane fire pit, covered hot tub and kitchen area.

Private spot with an amazing view (this is not your normal RV park ;).

If you are bringing more than 1 pet, please contact first before booking. The pet fee is for 1 pet.

Dock/Deck, Hot Tub, combo Grill, open air out side shower with privacy, real flushing toilet, dock bed, fire pit.... inside double bed, 2 singles, AC and electric heater.

Inside the Tiny... Mid-size fridge, full bed in the loft (stairs up to the loft and low head room... just so you know ;) Sleeper couch, sink, kitchen supplies, shower and maybe and inside flushing toilet.

Grill, frig, linens, towels, dishes, pans, etc...

Enjoy everything from beautiful sunrises to amazing sunsets.

The Tiny is parked in a secluded area in the trees walk to the cliff, but still easy to get to with a car.

Non-Smoking, but allowed at the fire-pit for fire safety.

Just 5 beautiful winding canyon miles from Hot Springs.

Coffee pot is Keurig / drip combo pot.

Beautiful spot

This is a gorgeous property with tons of space. The beds were very comfortable. We loved our evenings here in the hot tub with the fire table close by. Our morning coffee overlooking the valley will never be forgotten! This truly was the highlight of our vacation!

Great weekend

Just what we were looking for! The area is quiet with a beautiful view. The Sea Cliff site is Very quaint and decorations are fun! The beds are super comfortable. The out door shower works great! We had everything we needed! Refrigerator is small so would so recommend a cooler if staying more than two days. We plan to come back next year and try out a different site.

Weekend getaway

The beautiful views and peacefulness of the property was amazing! The bed was super comfy and we slept great! The only thing I would request was paper towels and Kleenex, but understand the risk of these getting flushed isn’t worth it! Thank you for your flexibility and sharing your space with us!

Awesome place to stay!

One of a kind place to stay. My kids loved it! The boat was something you don't get to stay in very often. Great for younger kids. The views were spectacular. Very peaceful with a hot tub, firepit and grill. Will definitely be going back.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our glamping experience! Wonderful views straight from a private deck. Outdoor shower was amazing and private. The huge tent with a full bed was nice to wake up in and see straight out over the over look. The boat was a fun idea with a tv in it so we didn't miss a sporting event! Would definitely recommend this stay of you want a glamping experience!

Kids loved it!!

We surprised our kids with staying here. (They thought we were going to a hotel). They absolutely loved it, thought it was the coolest place to stay. It was clean, had everything you need. View from the deck and hot tub were great.

Quite possibly the coolest place we have ever stayed. Great view, plenty of space, and very peaceful. Everyone loved it, including the kids. I will definitely be coming back.

Overall we had a great time at this place. It was clean and super cool. Views from the hot tub/bar were sweet. Property itself as a whole looked well kept. We had the whole place to ourselves basically so that was great as well. Outdoor shower was awesome. On a windy day make sure and shut the door fully as it seems to make a wind tunnel and water will blow out at times. This only happened once but just an FYI. If i was going to be picky i would say they might need a new fridge at some point as it doesn't seem to get real cold some of our food got just a little soft, freezer worked fine though. This place is one of a kind and great for people who love to spend their time outside. Thanks for a great stay, me and my family were very happy.

Glamping perfection

This place was amazing! Definitely will be looking into checking out their other rental units in the future! The set up with the tent and boat was wicked cool! Outdoor shower is always badass!

Great stay!

We had a great stay in the sea camper. It is very peaceful and quiet. The views are incredible. There were 5 of us 4 adults and one child we had plenty of room and were very comfortable didn't even use one of the beds. It was very hot while we were there and there is a very nice reservoir very close that we went to cool off. This was the nicest lake i have ever been to. Small but very clean. The hot tub and fire pit were nice when it cooled off in the evenings. Patrica and Wade are great hosts and are very accommodating. We hopefully will be back.

Mini-moon approved!!

We stayed here right after our wedding in the Black Hills for our mini-moon. It was a perfect oasis for us. The temps were hot, but found a beautiful lake 10 minutes away to cool down. The view was amazing!! We love all the amenities this place has to offer. Quiet & relaxing spot. 30 minutes from Custer/Hill City area, not bad at all. The mosquitoes really came out in the evening, so bring your spray!! The owners have a great set-up and welcome video & brochures. Would definitely come back!

Very Neat Place!

Beautiful views, cozy, quiet. Everything was clean and we had all we needed for a few nights’ stay. The wifi, bathroom, grill, and hot tub worked great. Easy communication with the host. Highly recommend!

Great place near Wind Cave & Custer State Park

Wonderful glamping setup within a short drive to all the great things the Black Hills have to offer. Comfortable beds, beautiful view, and well stocked outdoor kitchen. The hot tub & gas fire pit were great touches. Definitely recommend!

Perfect Getaway

We had a lovely time. We loved that it was different and a little quirky. Along with staying a little bit out of the way from super busy touristy towns and attractions. The view, hot tub and amenities were awesome!

Anfitrión: Wade and Patricia Evans

We are a product of on online dating. Patricia moved from MN to the Northern Hills in 1979. Wade was born in Spearfish, but was living in Colorado, counting days until the next time he could get back the 'The Hills'.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

When we found the property online, we fell in love with the house... and Wade the shop. But after we came to see it in person and walked to the cliff... well, it was just amazing. You have to see it in person to understand. Everyday, we tell our 3 dogs and 3 cats, 'we are going to the cliff' and we all take a hike together, stopping just to sit and look. Seems like every hike, we see something new, we never noticed before.
