2025 UPDATE: The Tiny House is ready! This is our daughter's tiny we build in 2017, she has been living in it in Colorado. We have affectionately name it Ollie's Place after our grand-daughter Olive.

The Tiny House with a loft and sleeper couch, inside toilet and shower.., huge deck, with covered hot tub/outside eating area, as well as the huge canvas Sibley Double bell tent.

Propane fire pit, covered hot tub and kitchen area.

Private spot with an amazing view (this is not your normal RV park ;).

This site is pet friendly with a $30 pet fee... please select a pet during your search or at check out.

Dock/Deck, Hot Tub, combo Grill, open air out side shower with privacy, real flushing toilet, dock bed, fire pit.... inside double bed, 2 singles, AC and electric heater.

Inside the Tiny... Mid-size fridge, full bed in the loft (stairs up to the loft and low head room... just so you know ;) Sleeper couch, sink, kitchen supplies, shower and maybe and inside flushing toilet.

Grill, frig, linens, towels, dishes, pans, etc...

Enjoy everything from beautiful sunrises to amazing sunsets.

The Tiny is parked in a secluded area in the trees walk to the cliff, but still easy to get to with a car.

Non-Smoking, but allowed at the fire-pit for fire safety.

Just 5 beautiful winding canyon miles from Hot Springs.

Coffee pot is Keurig / drip combo pot.

Numbering the cabins would be a good idea other than that we had a great experience and enjoyed the whole place! It was very clean and tidy. The views were amazing

This was a very cute place. Clean quiet and very peaceful with gorgeous views. Communication with the host was fabulous, including directions to the property.We loved this spot and would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Ollie’s Place! The site was very clean and well maintained, even the grill was well cared for. Our kids loved the “camping” experience in the Sibley tent, and the combination of the tent and tiny house made for a fun and unique getaway. We’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property and amenities. My only recommendation would be to post some signage to direct tenants to the individual properties as there are several in the vicinity.

Great place, pretty close to town and so quiet and peaceful. We watched deer graze everyday alongside the spectacular canyon views. Wade was helpful and quick to respond for any questions we had. Definitely recommend, would book one of their places again.

My husband & I absolutely LOVED staying at Evans Cliff! The quirky nature of the tiny home, two decks, hot tub, and the outdoor shower all mixed together with the cute decor and MAGNIFICENT view made this a top-notch place to stay. To have a king-sized bed in the Sibley tent was very relaxing, so quiet and extremely comfortable. Everything was very clean and the sheets smelled really good! Wade and Patricia are very nice, attentive, and a pleasure to speak with, and the Hot Springs area is lovely. Everyone should vacation here!!

We loved the Tiny house and tent site. It was perfect for our girls trip! This is the 2nd time staying at the Evans Cliffs with different sites each time. There is not a bad spot on the place!!!

Fun Stay!!

Our family loved our stay at the SeaCamper! The view was spectacular, the hot tub relaxing, and the beds cozy. What more could we ask for from this unique, memorable stay.

We are a product of on online dating. Patricia moved from MN to the Northern Hills in 1979. Wade was born in Spearfish, but was living in Colorado, counting days until the next time he could get back the 'The Hills'.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

When we found the property online, we fell in love with the house... and Wade the shop. But after we came to see it in person and walked to the cliff... well, it was just amazing. You have to see it in person to understand. Everyday, we tell our 3 dogs and 3 cats, 'we are going to the cliff' and we all take a hike together, stopping just to sit and look. Seems like every hike, we see something new, we never noticed before.

We treat our guests as family... that traveled from across the country and have what they need to relax and prepare for the best vacation possible. We know most families only get 1 or 2 vacations a year, we are very honored to be a part of that experience.
