Windy Hill Dunes unit 1104! Oceanfront! Luxury Hi rise! This eleventh floor condo with hi-speed wireless internet - has magnificent oceanfront views of the beach. The oceanfront balcony has access from both the living room and the master bedroom, each of which contains a sliding glass door looking out on the beach. Enjoy the panoramic view of the beach from the living room, dining area, kitchen, as well as the master bedroom. The condo is spacious throughout (1600 square footage), and has ceramic tile floors in the foyer, kitchen, bathrooms and utility rooms. hardwood in all the bedrooms, dining area, and living area. All living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms are beautifully decorated.
Additional sanitation is being performed between renters. Commercial-grade sanitizers used. Cleaning crews use masks and gloves.

The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, chairs. There is a flat panel screen 50' TV with 70+ cable channels and remote controls. The living room is equipped with a movie library. Enjoy watching the movies of your choice.

The kitchen is fully equipped with counter tops/sink and upgraded stainless steel fridge and dishwasher appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a pantry and utility room with washer, new dryer, and additional cabinet storage.

The dining room accommodates 6 comfortably, while there are also bar stools at the adjoining bar.

The master bedroom has a king bed. It is furnished with a flat panel TV. Two bedside stands and a dresser. The master bath features dual vanities, a walk-in 4' by 4' shower, and a 4' by 6' jetted whirlpool tub.
The second bedroom features one queen size bed, flat panel TV. Two bedside stands and a chest of drawers provide ample storage. A spacious closet. This room has a private bath with a combination tub and shower.

The third bedroom features one queen beds and a flat panel TV. Two bedside stands and a chest of drawers provide ample storage. A spacious closet. Just out side this bedroom is a bathroom with a combination tub and shower.

The private balcony extends across the width of the condo. It contains a table with 4 chairs for outside dining. Incredible views are 180 degrees. At the 14th floor level, you can really enjoy the beach as well as watch the activity in the outdoor Jacuzzi, swimming pool, and lazy river just below.

North Myrtle Beach Vacation

We had an amazing vacation. The condo was clean, well stocked and located right on Myrtle Beach. I would highly recommend this condo.

Summer kick-off vacation

We really enjoyed staying here! Was nice to have 3 bathrooms and plenty of room for 6 people! Clean and well maintained! Can't wait to stay again !

Windy Hill family vacation

Our condo was very nice and perfect for our family. The resort was beautiful and the pools would be for families that enjoy pool time. Our family loves the beach and the beach was wide even at high tide. We had a great time!

Family trip for Mom/Grandma's birthday

Condo was clean, spacious and provided spectacular views of ocean & beach!!! We had plenty of room and enjoyed the private pool, lazy river & hot tub and the access to the private beach was also a plus. Great, safe location enabled us to get to everything we wanted during our trip. Highly recommended unit .

Clean apartment with everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

The apartment was big and clean. They had all different types of dishes that made cooking super easy. The beach was incredible as well as the pool. Close to all the good and small little restaurants in north myrtle beach. Would recommend 5/5.

Labor Day Vacation

Property looks just like the pictures, The view was amazing. We really enjoyed renting the condo, the owner was very nice and made sure we had everything and response time very quick. Conveniently located to where we explored MB, other Renters and owners was very nice and helpful. Will rent again in the future.

Easter 2024

Great location, new refrigerator and dishwasher was an added bonus. The condo it self was very nice a little outdated but can see that steps are being made to upgrade. Would definitely stay there again. Owner very helpful throughout process and very responsive. Thank you for a great Easter vacation!

Family vacation 2024

The property was very nice. Everything was as indicated in the information about it. Very clean. Lots of closet space. Full size washer and dryer. The property actually looks even better in person than in pics. Would definitely recommend the facility and this unit!

Beautiful View of Amazing Beach

Windy Hill Dunes is a bit outdated overall, but the location is great. Short drive/Uber to Barefoot Landing with many great shops and restaurants. Our girls (7 & 11) loved the beach, pool, and lazy river. Hany was very responsive to any questions I had via text and we would definitely return to North Myrtle Beach.

Home away from home

The owner is amazing and ensured that everything met our expectations. We brought my mom to stay a week with us. She is 97 years old and the condo was roomy enough to meet her handicap needs. The condo has everything needed to feel at home, quiet, property was maintained and views are amazing. We will definitely stay again.

Great location with spectacular views of the beach and ocean.

Beds very comfortable and bathrooms are in good shape. Kitchen modern but lacked storage space for us as we stayed for 3months. Did not have video library as advertised. Overall a great place to stay and the owner and maintenance man easy to reach and responded quickly.

Overall, was a very nice stay

Communication on what to expect could have been better (pool and current beach policies, parking). The dryer was slow to dry. The kitchen was very well stocked. The condo was clean.

Fun and Relaxing vacation

The property was very clean upon arrival. Very spacious and comfortable furniture. The views are amazing from the balcony. Bathrooms are adequate. Master bath can use some updating. The kitchens pots and pans are pretty worn. Otherwise has all that you would need. Overall my family and enjoyed our stay and miss being there already.

Very good experience

Everything was overall good. Appliances looked new. The layout was really nice. The only suggestion i habe is to change out the showerheads to one that you can change how the water comes out. The waybit is right now doesn't give any strength. But we had a great time!!

Wonderful beach views

Overall great vacation property was clean condo was fully stocked with plenty of kitchen items owner was very responsive if your looking for all new appliances and countertops these were dated but that doesn’t bother me . The parking was a little inconvenient across the street with a tunnel that connects on one floor also there was a public beach entrance right next to the condo which made the beach a little more crowded and the restrooms were public by the beach access unless I went back to your condo nothing down by the pool . My family had a wonderful times views were amazing would consider staying here again

Nice and relaxing

My mother, sister and I stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed it. The property was clean and nicely decorated, the kitchen had all that we needed and the beds and furniture were comfortable. The view is fantastic and, although we had others staying on each side of us, it was quiet and relaxing. The master bedroom is spacious and beautiful. The back 2 bedrooms are nice and comfortable as well, but they could use some black out curtains as they are along the outside walk near the elevators so there is a lot of light that comes into the room. I felt safe at the property, the location is central to everything and I would definitely stay here again.

Things to consider

This is a great size condo with a great layout. The location is amazing. Beach access is great as there are a few stairs in the private access or a flat walkway directly next to the building for those unable to do stairs. The condo: stocked with everything you need and fairly clean. Love the keyless entry. Things to consider: the beds were really not great. The king is clearly worn with a huge hump in the middle and the two queens were VERY firm and seem very cheap. Also the queen rooms line the outside hall and have no curtains so the rooms are fairly bright at night.

The location of the condo was wonderful. Easy access to the beach, parking and local businesses.

However,having been an owner of a rental property, I was dismayed to see start-up items missing upon arrival---new sponge for dishes, dishtowel,dish soap such as Dawn in the kitchen, and non-functioning clock in bedroom. Charging for cleaning and linen is in the cost of doing business in my opinion. The cleaning service should have been alerted to these missing items. Other than those issues, my family had a wonderful vacation.
