We would highly recommend renting this unit! Could not have had a better view of our granddaughter in ski school—-it was so nice to sit in the very comfortable living room chair and watch her ski!! Very well stocked kitchen, bedding was wonderful and nicely starched and ironed! Questions were answered very promptly by owner before and after check in along with a personal attendant after arrival from the units. Will book this unit again!!

Great location
This was our first trip to Breckenridge to ski and it was a great trip! The condo was in a great location that allowed us to walk right out to peak 9 and into town easily.

Wonderful condo!
The condo is wonderful, perfect location to ski and walk to restaurants and shopping. Everyone in our group of 8 had a fantastic time! Would definitely stay here again.

Best location and condo
Perfect location and condo was so comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again! Everyone was accommodating.

Super clean, comfy beds, awesome location! The room with the king bed doesn’t have drawers to put clothes in, but did have 2 closets.

Perfect location
Clean and nice with everything you could need. Can’t beat the location. Right at the base of the slope and in the middle of the village surrounded by downtown shopping and restaurants.

Clean, comfortable and great location! Lay out of condo works well for guests to gather together as well as have some privacy. Would love to stay here again!

The condo was in a great location and was just as listed. Very clean and roomy. I would definitely stay here again. Communication was superb.

Best Access to Breck
We have stayed here 3 years in a row. It is absolutely the easiest access to the Mountain.

Hi! I'm a mom of 5 children ages 9-18. Long ago I was a RN and now focus on my children although always a nurse at heart. We love to ski and thoroughly enjoy Breckenridge, both the mountain and strolling through town.

Mountain Heaven! The condo is a stones throw to the base of Peak 9 and it overlooks the ski school which is always fun to watch. Even with 5 kids in tow, walking to Main Street takes less than 5 minutes.

The Shavano Building, and especially our condo, is arugably one of the best locations for ski in/out and the proximity to town. The amenities (community center, game room, media room, pool, hot tubs, recently upgraded fitness center, steamiest steam room and hottest sauna around!) in The Village at Breckenridge and the 3 bedroom condo ensure a comfortable stay with plenty to do.
