5 Acre Hidden Getaway, Completely Fenced

One of a kind property - 5 fenced acres, horseshoe pit, basketball court with lights, wrap around porch and sleeps up to 10 In a 3 + Bedroom house hidden on a heavily tree'd private lot. 3 mile from the mall, but once on the property you'll fell as though you're deep in the woods. Hiking trails and streams near by with plenty of wildlife! A family oasis all to yourself. This will feel like your own KOA campground. Master bedroom 1 - King bed (Downstairs), Master Bedroom 2 - King Bed (Upstairs) - (bathrooms and showers are inside each of the Master Bedrooms), 3rd bedroom has 1 - King Bed and 2 sets of bunk beds. There is a 3rd FULL bathroom near this 3rd bedroom. Home use to be advertised as a 4 Bedroom, but we have recently elected NOT to use the Murphy room, which was a pass through room. This allows for more privacy for each room - Sleeping is now maxed at 10 people. 3 Bedroom, 3 full bathrooms.

Best host ever!

The host was amazing and always available and quickly! Beautiful property with an amazing fireplace! Great location. It was a home away from home. I highly recommend!

Peaceful stay in Flagstaff

This home is just beautiful. It is set on five quiet wooded acres. We enjoyed being out in the country in Flagstaff cooling off from the central Arizona summer. it is close to town and the Flagstaff mall area. We had a great time with our dog here.

Amazing Heaven!!!

All I have to say is WOW!!! The property and house are literally perfection. Brad was so wonderful in communicating and I could not have been happier with my stay!!! I truly had a wonderful time so if you are looking for a relaxing time in a beautiful home, this is the place!! Location was great too!! I’ve stayed at many properties in Flag and this was by far the best!!! My dog has a blast too and we will definitely be back!!!

Great Two-Family Getaway

Two families (five adults, seven kids, and two dogs!) all comfortably stayed here. The property felt very remote and the kids and dogs ran and ran and ran all over the fenced-in property. PLENTY of bed space and 3.5 bathrooms gave us very comfortable accommodations. We would love to stay here again!!! Everything you need in the kitchen and lots of board games to keep busy. Grocery store is a quick run up the road. HIGHLY recommend this home!

Flagstaff Heaven

This house is exceptional and is fully stocked with condiments, spices, dishes, pots/pans, coffee, towels, and family games galore! The fenced property was heaven for us and our furry family. There are so many trails nearby and its not too far from town. We played basketball and simply enjoyed the outdoors; which had plenty of seating. We had ZERO issues...We can't wait to return, thanks Brad!

Something for everyone!

My husband and I, along with our dog stayed in this little slice of heaven in the pines for 10 days. Our niece and her two boys, seven and 9, came and stayed for 3 nights. The boys played horseshoes and basketball. The court is lighted for night games! Our dog was exhausted at night after chasing squirrels all day on five acres! There are wonderful porches to relax and everything you need at the house. Greg is very attentive and always available to answer questions. You can't go wrong staying at this beautiful home.

Kids and their friends had a blast!

We allowed each of our kids to bring a friend and they all had so much fun! They had the "kids" bedroom where they could all stay and hang out. They played board games, basketball and the girls built a fort in the backyard all weekend! Lots of hide and seek with plenty of places to hide! Brad was very responsive and even opened a date so we could go one day early. Kids and their friends already want to know when we can go back!

Never stay anywhere else!

We needed a place that would accommodate a few different age groups as well as our furry family for a base camp during graduation. This is the place! The spacious property allowed everyone to have their own space and the 5 acre fenced property allowed the pups to play and chase squirrels. The property is far enough away that you feel secluded but close to everything you might need. Our mornings and evenings were enjoyed having our coffee and drinks outside as we watched the elk pass on by. Brad took the time to make sure we all the information about the property, the area, contact information, and any questions that might have. If we are ever back in the area you can bet we will be staying here!

Better than expected

Amazing and unique property. Large story book style home with wrap around porch and use of the 2 car garage. This home is well furnished and stocked, and sits on private and fully fenced 5 acres. You are only minutes to nearest grocery stores, gas station, restaurants, hiking trails, the famous Route 66 and downtown Flagstaff. We were fortunate to view a large heard of either Deer or Elk run through the property early in the morning. WOW.. what a rare treat! The house and property is pet friendly with plenty of room for our dog to run around. The house has lots to offer with custom basketball court, horse shoes, cornhole, Tons of board games, directTV and almost every room has smart TVs. Great outdoor dining area with string patio lights. We had 6 in our group, with 2 of us being teenagers. Plenty of space and never felt crowded. Brad, the host is very accommodating and responsive. Definitely will be back and one of my favorite VRBO properties.

Perfection!!!

Absolutely Amazing property and stay. We traveled up to Flagstaff for a family weekend with my two adult children and 3 grandchildren. The house was perfect. Two primary bedrooms with king beds and separate baths, and one, what I would call a bunk room with an attached secondary queen room, which was perfect for parents of smaller children as the kids are forced to walk thru parents room to go downstairs or to the bathroom on the second floor. All beds were very comfortable and had lots of extra pillows and blankets. The living area was large with plenty of very comfortable seating for all to relax and enjoy the wood fireplace. The dining room was also large enough for our group to sit together during meals, as well as play the plethora of board games and activities available. Kitchen was very well stocked and had no problem with cooking various meals during our stay. The grounds...wowsa! Our grandkids and dogs had so much fun running around the completely fenced 5 acre property. We enjoyed the outdoor seating, rocking chairs and benches watching the kids collect sticks and play basketball. We had a couple of questions throughout our stay and Brad was quickly responsive and we barely skipped a beat. I received very clear instructions prior to arriving with wonderful extra information to make our arrival, stay and departure very easy. I would say Brad is the best host we have encountered during our many, many trips thru VRBO and that other service. For sure at the top of my list of favorite stays and memories. Thank you Brad!!!

Another wonderful stay.

This is our second time staying at this awesome property. Both times everything was perfect. It's a beautiful house and the 5 acre yard is heave for our dogs. Very close to all the hiking we love to do. Very clean and Brad is the best owner to deal with. Thank you Brad for creating such a wonderful get-away.

Fantastic Property

This property is fantastic. The fenced five acres were heaven for our two dogs. They even made friends with the next door neighbor’s horse! The house itself is wonderful. Everything was clean, well stocked with ample room. The outside is beautiful with horse shoes, basketball court and a large sitting area. We also enjoyed sitting in the rockers on the front porch every evening. The property is situated near everything you would need, i.e. Safeway etc. It was also easy to get to all of our hiking trailheads as well. Overall a perfect visit. And, Brad is the best host I’ve ever had on VRBO. He was on top of every detail. Made sure we checked in ok, make sure everything was working to our liking and was super responsive. Brad you rock! We will definitely be back.

Oasis in the middle of Flagstaff

Ok, so it's not in the middle of Flagstaff but it was close enough for us to get in and out of town. We used Brad's house as a central gathering place for our family during graduation. We even brought our four legged family members and they enjoyed being able to roam the property as it was gated. The house was very functional and it worked well for the whole family. We even saw a whole herd of elk or deer pass by in the morning. It's a nice quiet place to relax and unwind and stay away from the craziness in town! Thanks for the hospitality!

Mountain Paradise

What a great place! Very clean with lots of amenities. Everything you can think of is here - outdoor activities on a massive lot, board games for inclement weather, and incredible views. Dog friendly makes it even better. The owner has thought of every detail here and we look forward to going back again!

Beautiful dog friendly property

This was our second time staying at this house and it was just as lovely as the first time. Very clean, comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen and a beautiful location. The owner is super friendly and is quick to respond to any questions. Best of all, the property is dog friendly with a huge fenced yard - our dogs had the time of their lives!

Family get together

Beautiful property and secluded

We had an amazing time escaping this phoenix heat. The property is huge and very secluded. Yet, it only took us 10 minutes to get anywhere which is super convenient with a 2 month old. Brad was super responsive and friendly. He made sure we had everything we needed.

Incredible Property & Wonderful Vacation

We (EVERYBODY) enjoyed the home and the property. Shopping & groceries were nearby the 5 acre fully fenced wooded lot. While others went shopping, I sat on porch enjoying the outside and watching our dogs explore, run and play. There was plenty of bedding, linens, firewood, etc. We will be back.

Great house, great property, and great location!

We had a great visit to Flagstaff and really enjoyed our time at Brad's house! The full 5 acres is fenced- and perfect for our 3 pups! The house is well stocked, and the basketball court was a HUGE hit! Beds were comfy, and accommodations were excellent. Brad was an excellent host!

3 families for long weekend

Definitely a 5-star property, with a 5-star owner. I’ll lay it out like I prefer to read- Pros: the owner, Brad, is awesome- friendly, helpful, communicative. We had no “issues”, just a couple questions. He took time to run through as much as I wanted. The house and 5 acres of gated and fenced forested property were unbelievable. Our dogs had all the room they could ever want. I even played a little basketball for the first time in 20 years on the half court! This house is warm and inviting because it is/was lived in- not some bare bones pure rental. Brad is trusting his renters with his beautiful home. Cons: really splitting hairs here, but the two non-master bedrooms are kinda funky. You have to walk through the Murphy bed room to get to the large room with the bunks. Anyone in that back room needing the bathroom has to walk through the first bedroom. It is described in the listing, so nothing is hidden, just didn’t quite understand until we saw it first hand. Might be best for a single large family, or a bunch of kids or something. The living area and/or kitchen could use a little more seating for a house that sleeps 12. But I think those are it, and they did not come close to taking away one of my 5 stars. We would very happily and excitedly stay here again!!

Amazing property and location

This house is amazing and just as it is described. We had 4 adults, 2 kids, 2 pups, and we all had such a great stay. The kids loved the basketball court and 2 of the 3 bedrooms up stairs which quickly became the cool “man caves” for our boys. Both master suites we great as well. The home was fully stocked and had an amazingly stocked kitchen with awesome quality pots and pans. I’ve stayed in so many properties which have horrible cookware and it makes dinner hard. But not the case here. It was amazing. The property is BEAUTIFUL! Just sitting outside was so relaxing. The outside lighting at night was so relaxing and pretty. There is a speaker system that runs thru the home and there are speakers outside so you can have tunes on while grilling, playing horseshoes, playing games on the outside tables, ect. Brad was very easy to communicate with, responded to our questions very quickly, and was a joy to work with. The home is super close to all stores and food locations, yet tucked away just enough that you feel miles away from the outside world. Having a large multi acre property which is completely fenced in was amazing for our pups. They loved it as much as we did! We never saw a neighbor as the land the home sits on is so large. The only neighbor we did meet was a lovely mule that resides on the neighboring property. She was the sweetest thing and would approach the fence if we walked to her and she loved to be pet; she quickly became our friend. 😀. We did a lot of hiking and fishing and the property was perfectly located for both. I have literally no complaints. We made use the the fireplace each night and the home was super cozy and comfortable in all ways possible. We will 100% stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone. We had 6 people total and the home was roomy enough that we never felt on top of each other. The dining table is large and accommodating for large groups for family dinners and has tons of room to play any of the many games that are at the home to choose from. Great experience! A True Retreat

Close to town, but just outside of the bustle, this proper does not disappoint. The wide selection of amenities provided a great little getaway for the kids and extended family. The host is very responsive and we felt right at home at the very first. We would definitely recommend this property for small to mid sized groups, but it can easily host larger groups with ease. We appreciated the stay and look forward tocthe next time!

Is this heaven?

We’ve always boarded our dogs or had family house sit for us, we wanted to experience traveling with our dogs and this property allowed us to do just that!! FIVE FULLY FENCED acres, yes you read that correctly, Fully fenced!! While this property has more to offer than just that, it is definitely the greatest part for us. We met Raul and one of his puppers (Lucy) on one of our first walks around the fence line, making sure it was indeed secure so we could relax when our dogs/children were out. Stocked kitchen, beds were comfy, good showers, killer fireplace. Whether you can stay 3 days or 10, you will settle in quickly.
