Sleeps 9 Max: BD#1- 2 sets of bunk beds (3 twins & 1 Double) BD#2 - Queen, BD#3 - Queen. Cable and Wifi included. Docking to wood poles for 1 boat and 1 smaller craft ( jet ski/personal watercraft ) on private dock. Public boat ramp 1 mile away at Pendergast Point. Plenty of parking in driveway for boat trailers also! Fire ring in yard makes for memorable lakeside memories! The lake is very sandy and has a gradual slope in front of our cottage! There is a 8 foot wide ramp by the dock to wade into the water or a ladder at the end of the dock! This is an awesome property for your Chautauqua Lake Rental! No smoking or pets.

Includes housekeeping for arrival and departure (all you need to do is your dishes)! Supplies include tissue and toilet paper, paper towel, liquid and bar soaps, automatic and liquid dish soaps, kitchen items (dish cloths, hand towels, sponge, hot pads), garbage bags and garbage removal!
