Beautiful Lake House in Point Chautauqua- Available Year Round! NEW BUNK ROOM

Our updated lake house has enough space for your friends and family to relax and unwind with beautiful lake views. The top level features a large open floor plan for everyone to spread out. Kick back on the comfortable leather couches and watch the big game on the smart TV with cable (NEW SPORTS CABLE PACKAGE- details below). The dining room is lined with windows to take in gorgeous views of Chautauqua Lake. The composite deck wraps around the top level of the home to take in those golden sunsets.

The lower level features a cozy game room which includes a pool table, a ping pong table and a wall mounted connect 4. The game room has a smart TV with cable to watch during a game of pool. Right outside the lower level is a stamped concrete patio with an additional dining area and hot tub. The hot tub is a perfect place to relax and look at the peaceful lake.

Point Chautauqua is a historic neighborhood which features beautiful tree lined streets and breath taking sunsets. The community features a community swimming area, lakeside playground and park with tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts. You will see more golf carts than cars on the quiet streets in the neighborhood. The only lake access for the property is the community swimming area. A dock is not included in this rental.

We loved staying at this house! It’s a beautiful house with many great amenities. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub, but especially liked just relaxing on the covered deck while viewing the lake.The location is very good with lots to do and see, from hiking in the nearby state park to taking a lake cruise. Visiting the National Comedy Center and Desilu Museum in nearby Jamestown were highlights for us!

Great house with lots of room for everyone to have their own space when needed! House was stocked with almost anything you could need! Close to the lake and to several towns for shopping/dining!

This house, just yards from the lake, was absolutely gorgeous. Well maintained and exactly as described. The host was just an email away, but we had no issues at all. Sleeps 10-16 people if a few are children. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking if you’re there for longer than a weekend. I would stay here again!

Great House!

Great getaway

Great house close to the lake and centrally located to the midway which is a great place to take kids. Local playground nice for little ones. Very family friendly!

This home and view is very beautiful. We would definitely stay here again. Kate was great to communicate with as we had a death of a friend after we had booked and she worked with us through that process. We had 10 adults and we had lots space to hangout. Favorite space was the deck for a perfect view of the sunsets!

Great Vacation House

What a welcoming, well-equipped, clean, bright and airy home to spend your vacation. The host, Kate, was very attentive and answered our questions quickly and thoroughly. Our group of 11 ranged in age from 18 months to 60, and everyone enjoyed their stay.

No matter the time of year this property is stunning. In the summer you can jump in at the community swimming area, in the fall you can roast marshmallows at the fire pit, in the winter you can warm up in the hot tub and in the spring you watch the snow melt by the cozy fire place.

Most people will use golf carts (or their feet) to get around the neighborhood which makes the neighborhood even more peaceful especially if you have little ones in tow.

You will appreciate the his expertise and thoughtfulness when you stroll the tree lined streets of the neighborhood.
