We enjoyed our stay in this Chicago VRBO. The home is close to Old Town shops and restaurants, and walking distance to Lincoln Park. We found the home to be clean and stocked with the needed supplies (dishes, coffee cups, glassware, linens, etc.). We were happy to be able to pay extra to have the cleaners do the clean up at the end of our stay. The host was responsive and considerate. It was a good place for our group vacation.

The host was very quick to respond to any questions. Both compounds were very clean with plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. Very nice location.

Very spacious home - we used both the front and back home for our reunion. It was a safe place for kids to play in (ages 2-11). Inna responded very quickly to messages. The home is nearby the Lincoln park zoo and the beach so we could walk to both with the older kids. There are plenty of rooms and beds, two full kitchens to prep meals in. The space was very clean. Would highly recommend!

Great Experience

We had a wonderful stay at this location. We had 22 people and felt like we had room to spare. Great location just a couple blocks from plenty of dining in Old Town.

Wedding celebration

The compound is fabulous! Communication was superb, access to downtown by car and train is exceptional. We had a flawless stay!

Group Space

We had a large group of 29 people. The space worked well if everyone is OK sharing queen-size beds. The host was very responsive.

Old Town Chicago

We loved this neighborhood and the condo was perfectly situated for us to. take the train or bus wherever we wanted. Great restaurants in the area and very safe walking. We walked to the Mag Mile & the beach. The condo has LOTS of room. It was plenty big enough to hold our family group of 15

Great for Big Group

Celebrated a Bachelorette with prior approval from host. It was a great space and worked perfectly for our group. I only wish that front and back units were connected (from the inside), but it still worked out either ways. Enjoyed the leg workout climbing up and down the stairs. Garage parking was a plus. Overall, very pleased with everything.

Excellent property for a large group.

We had a group of 30 stay across the two houses. They were very clean, adequately equipped and incredibly spacious for our group. Would definitely recommend Inna's property for any group large or small.

Great property & city location - can walk to Mag Mile

Inna’s beautiful home was ideal for our group of 10, and we could have easily housed more comfortably. Great location just three blocks off Wells St and totally walkable to Gold Coast and Mag Mile. Cold temps didn’t deter us, house was toasty and quiet. No concerns at all about the nearby train. Front of the house sleeps a lot and the lower level was perfect for our hang out spot. Back of house has a nice kitchen and great patio that would be ideal in the summer. Also sleeps many, not as updated as the front but a quiet spot with easy access through the exterior doors. Available on-site garage parking for 2 cars helped so much and Inna was very responsive and accommodating throughout the process before and during our stay. Highly recommend.

Recent Stay

Everything was perfect for our recent trip in for the Bears game. We had guys from all over the country and the house made it easy for us to congregate and catch up! The location is a short walk to the train and can access anywhere in the city from there. The ease of the check in/check out process could not have been simpler. We will definitely be renting this house again on future trips!

Wonderful Stay

Host was extremely flexible, allowing us to add a night on the front of our trip even though it meant losing a potential stay just prior, which was unbelievably kind. House was comfortable, large, and exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommended.

Owner was great and very accommodating, was the ideal location for our professional trek to Chicago. Would recommend to all large groups staying in the Chicago metro area.

Family trip 2019

We had 7 families with a total of 20 people. The front house was really airy and updated. The back house could have used a larger tv. Patio was wonderful. We did have construction going on next door that literally shook the houses but thankfully after 2 days settled down. Loved the location for the El and Subway as well as shopping. Inna was really receptive to all our needs. Parking is really the issue in Chicago. Glad we visited but happy to be home.

Perfect for our group!

Inna's house was spacious and provided the space/atmosphere we needed for our big group! It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! It was in an ideal location as well. Safe neighborhood and very close to the center of the city! Everyone in the group enjoyed the stay! Will look forward to renting it again if everything works out. :) Thank you, Inna!
