Charming victorian, walking distance to downtown, restaurants, and wineries.

100 year old Victorian, once lived in by Robert Mondavi. The house is down the street from the popular Farmstead Restaurant and walking distance to wineries and downtown St Helena. Enjoy all that the wine country has to offer from the comfort of your own home, while enjoying the pool, spa and barbecue. This home has been enjoyed by the owner and her friends and family for over 25 years.
My home has 3 bedrooms, 1 king and 2 queens.

Please note that there is no AC or Heat in the loft or living room of the guesthouse. There is central HVAC in main house (new unit installed in 2021) and a split unit in the bedroom of the guesthouse. There are also ceiling fans in master bedroom, and in both the bedroom and living room of guesthouse.

**Please make sure to read my house rules. My house is in a residential area, and I have one of 25 legal permits in St Helena. No more than 6 guests allowed at the house, so if you are there for an event, my home is not allowed to be used as a gathering place. Please be respectful of the noise level after 10pm.

Property was very nice and clean. Has all the amenities we required. It was perfectly located near town, restaurants, shopping, and other services. Great for one to three couples visiting Napa Valley and close to many excellent wineries. We had a great time. Pool and hot bub were very easy to use. Off-street parking was helpful. Easy to get in and out. Susan was an excellent host and very responsive to our messages.

Our group of three couples had a fantastic stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and located in a great neighborhood, making it the perfect home base for our visit to Napa. It was just a short walk to the excellent restaurants and shops in downtown St. Helena, which was a huge plus. We also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was a great way to relax after a day of wine tasting and exploring. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family absolutely loved this property. There was so much space for everyone to be comfortable. Our favorite was the pool/hot tub. We would sit out every night and watch the stars. Amazing. Everything is very walkable in St Helena. Parking was great. Lastly, the property owner was very responsive and helpful!We will be back!!

The house felt like a home, and we could have stayed for weeks. Lots of updates to the property and an amazing backyard with pool and spa made for relaxing afternoons. The place was very clean, and you can tell thought went into everything from the super soft towels to comfy bed linens. Location was also great, a short walk down the road and you are in Downtown St Helena. Great for a quick trip for morning coffee or a nice walk to grab a bite. Can't say enough great things about the house we all enjoyed it immensely.Hope to come back soon!

Hot tub heated up very quickly. We had a tree fall while we were there but the host responded immediately and someone was there cleaning it within an hour. Overall a lovely stay and well appointed and stocked house.

Enjoyed a family stay celebrating our 50th anniversary. Convenient location, lovely home, quiet neighborhood, clean and well appointed. Excellent restaurants close by, short stroll to St. Helena downtown.

This home was the perfect walking location to all the great restaurants, shops, bars, coffee shops, and grocery stores in Saint Helena! And perfect driving location to amazing wineries in the area. The home was so nice and clean, wonderful pool and hot tub, and loved enjoying our coffee in the morning on the front porch. Susan was so accommodating and helpful with anything we needed. Will definitely be returning to this wonderful property!

Wonderful St. Helena stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Susan's house. It was the perfect location for our visit to St. Helena for our daughter's wedding, and the amenities, cleanliness and spaciousness of the property made our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely stay again, and strongly recommend.

This 100+ year old Victorian has created amazing memories for so many. When I lived in the bay area, I would spend every weekend at my house, with guests from all over. Everyone who has stayed here feels my home is such a special place. The convenience to walk to town is huge bonus. No need to get in the car, if you don't want to, plenty of restaurants and wineries near by. I know you'll love my home as much as me and friends and family do!
