Check-in was easy and directions were very clear. The condo was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Communication with the host was quick and responsive I would definitely highly recommend this property. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We had an amazing stay. The condo is in a great location; it is wonderful that there is offstreet parking (yay!), and we loved the porch directly across from the harbor and musical fountain. It is well equipped for kitchen and bar needs, with beach towels for days trips. Truly wonderful!

Excellent condo on the 2nd floor with view of the water and famous fountain show! 1 minute walk to shops and dining, 4 minute drive to the state park and beach, location is primo! Very clean and updated condo. Easy parking, garage or parking lot (3hr parking in lot) with quick access to elevator or stairs. Owners/management could not have been nicer! Highly recommended.

Beautiful, well-appointed condo. Your attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. Everything was absolutely perfect. Comfortable furniture and beds made this feel just like home for me. Definitely my favorite condo in the building. Thanks for a great experience. I look forward to staying here again.

Excellent location and amenities.

The condo is just as it is pictured and described. We loved the layout and esthetics, and appreciated all the extra amenities that enhanced our vacation. Mattress comfort is different for everyone, but for my family it was the only thing we were dissatisfied with.

Can’t wait to book again!

We stayed with our teenagers, and had friends visit during the day. Right off the bat, the condo is immaculately clean! It’s gorgeous and well stocked. Location is perfect, right in the heart of it all!

Our Lake Michigan Get Away!

Special condo with a gorgeous view from the delightful balcony. Location is wonderful! We walked to restaurants, shops, and the lighthouse! Viewed the colorful fountain display every evening! So much to see from the balcony, people, vehicles, and boats galore! Condo was just as pictured, lovely!

Getaway with friends who are family

This was our second time staying at this property for a moms and kids trip. The location is ideal for strolling town and watching boats in the channel. The outside balcony is the perfect viewing location for the musical fountain show. The walk to the beach is pleasant. It is so helpful that the property has beach chairs and towels to use. We loved our stay and are looking forward to returning again.

Beautiful condo in a great location!

This is a great find. It is crystal clean - seems brand new - and beautifully appointed. No detail overlooked. Fully stocked with anything you need for your stay, even nice towels, soaps, linens, laundry and kitchen items. We were traveling with our baby so the conveniences were incredibly appreciated. Easy in/out. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Great parking options. Gorgeous view, especially for the sunset and musical fountain! The location is excellent for walking pretty much anywhere — shopping, dinner, beach, bars, ice cream - you can’t beat it! The only con for me (because I am a light sleeper) was the street noise. Because it’s in such a great location, it’s busy. So I struggled with the noise a bit but thankfully most people seem to abide by the 11p noise ordinance. We also had our baby in the other bedroom that was further from the street so the noise was a non-issue there. Would definitely stay here again!!

Prime location! Beautiful condo

Our family of 4 just stayed here over Father’s Day weekend… amazing all around! We absolutely loved the location and really can’t beat the convenience. The only time we used our car was to drive over to the beach (barely 5 min drive) since we had a lot of stuff to bring (our 3 year old twins require a lot of cargo). We loved being able to walk to everything in the downtown area and get back to the condo quick when the kids needed a break! Check in and out was seamless and easy. We used our stroller a lot and we had no problems getting in and out of the building with it (sometimes that can be a challenge). Beautiful spacious condo, perfectly clean and inviting. Well stocked with essentials. Tv in every room (kids loved that!). The best part was the balcony for people/car watching and of course the musical fountain at night! We would absolutely stay here again… the price is worth the convenience of location in our opinion. My husband wanted me to add his notes: he loved the Sonos sound system, water pressure and art work. :)

We’re repeat visitors to this condo—and for good reason. It’s walking distance to shops, restaurants, ice cream, putt putt golf, everything. The assigned parking is a huge plus, and we love watching Musical Fountain from the balcony. Doesn’t get any better if you want to be in the middle of all the Grand Haven fun!

Happy to be there

We had a wonderful long weekend here. The balcony was perfect for watching boats and people; the riverwalk was just across the street and restaurants/shops were just around the corner. Fantastic location for us and the condo was lovely—looked great and had anything we wanted.
