Located half a block to beach and famous Boardwalk with roller coaster.

3 1/2 blocks to bayside beach, pier, fishing and dock. Just a short walk.

2 bedroom/1 bath unit on first floor. Condo has open living room/dining and kitchen area. All new appliances. Kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes, glass ware, utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and blender. Flat screen TV with DVD and premium family cable package. Free Internet. All the amenities of home.

One bedroom has 2-twin beds and the master bedroom a king bed. Unit has private covered deck. Hardwood floors throughout.

Property has fenced private rear common court yard with 2 patio tables with umbrellas and chairs, 2 propane BBQ grills and an outdoor ping pong table. Outdoor shower for rinsing off after day at the beach.

Central air and ceiling fans in every room.
Guaranteed parking space for two vehicles on-site/off street.

•The two condo units can be rented as a combined 4 bedroom/2 bath - entire first floor unit at an additional cost. Contact owner for special rates. This unit is part of a 3-unit condo/dwelling.

NOT A PARTY HOUSE/NO GROUPS so no need to apply/inquire.
NO Pets and NO smoking.
DO NOT RENT FOR PROMS.

Nice stay, close to beach and boardwalk

We had a great stay! The rental is a block away from the boardwalk and beach. We stayed in the front unit which had 2 bedrooms (1 with 2 twins, 1 with a queen). The living room had a full pullout and the porch had a full pullout and a twin pullout, but our kids chose to sleep on the couch instead of pulling them out and said they were comfortable to sleep on. The only thing this rental lacked was space to put our things, especially in the kitchen since we had groceries for a week. The shower was pretty small too, but having the outdoor shower with hot water and a washer/dryer were great extras! If I visited Seaside Heights again, I would be happy staying here another time.

Great location in Seaside Heights

The property has two units available to rent; this review is about Unit B, the rear apartment. This second-floor apartment is very clean and well-maintained. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the boardwalk, the beach, Casino Pier, and several eateries. It's also possible to walk to the grocery store, though you'll have to cross a major road to get there. The rear deck area is a good place to sit, and if you don't mind the walk up and down the stairs, it's a fairly secure place to store a bike. It was great to have our own parking spot and beach badges provided for us. Rosemary was a responsive and helpful host. She was able to accommodate a slightly early check-in and check-out, and she was quick to respond when we had an internet problem. She also gave us a clear explanation of events going on during the week that we might be interested in. The internet speed here is on the slower end. This is totally fine for vacationing, but if you plan on working from the apartment, it could be a problem. Additionally, the listing mentions laundry as an amenity—to be clear, only Unit A has a washing machine. If you're staying in Unit B, you will have to walk to the laundromat and pay to use their machines. Overall, this apartment was a clean and comfortable place to stay, and I'd recommend it for anyone looking to vacation in Seaside Heights.

Convenient Location-- Plus!

My family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental! Location was ideal for all ages-- 1/2 block to ocean and boardwalk, close to rides and waterpark, close to places to eat and drink. Rosemary and Brian were welcoming and responsive to questions. Rental is exactly as seen in photos- clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood with lovely deck to have my morning coffee and listen to seagulls.

Great host, wonderful home and perfect location

The host was great, quick to respond. Made the checking in & out very easy and smooth and comfortable. The home was perfect for our family, great amount of space and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The location was great to the beach and the boardwalk. Definitely would recommend this property.

Family Vacation

Our experience was amazing. We were able to park and drive once to go grocery shopping for the week. Everything was walking distance which helped a lot with gas prices right now! Awesome family time with the boardwalk, water park, beach, and arcades. Thank you so much!

Great location and good room

We just got back from a week at this property and had an amazing time. Rosemary made the check-in and check out process easy and the unit had great space for a family of 5. The location is a short walk to both the beach and boardwalk.

Family vacation

It was best vacation ever , a lot of walking so make sure you bring sneakers, don’t need bring a lot of clothes but a lot of towels/ small bathroom Mats and bathing suits 😊 we wanna go back as soon we got home lol 😆

The property was as described and the owner was very accommodating. The location was perfect. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Plenty of parking was exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely recommend this rental and would stay here again without any hesitation.

When we pulled up to the property, the 1st thing that struck me was the lighthouse structure on the house. It really lent such charm to the home. I was a little concerned that the space was smaller than what I would typically rent for a week at the beach, but it really was comfortable for my family of 4, I never felt like we were right on top of each other. Brian checked us in quickly and was very friendly. The kitchen had the basics needed to make my family's meals. If I had to critique anything I would have to say that the living room couch should probably be updated, it wasn't very comfortable and has seen better days. Also, it would be wonderful to have some pamphlets around of some local activities. Not so for us, as we have been enjoying the Jersey shore since birth . But would be nice for people who really dont know the area. But that would be the only critique. The unit we were in (A) had a great sunroom ( that my oldest son claimed for his bedroom) lol. The backyard is a great space which we did utilize pretty much every evening. I was a bit nervous when I saw there was a bar across the street, but it still was very quiet. It's a great block on the North end , close to everything, and a short block and a 1/2 to the beach. Thankyou Rosemary and Brian, we will keep your place in mind for a future visit. We had a great week!!!

Nice and Convienient Property with Minor Issues

The property was accurately listed, and was conveniently located to the boardwalk (north end) and the beach. (NOTE: If you are looking for a more gentle tide, head more south, because the slope of the shore creates some strong riptide and large crashing waves, which the smaller children will not enjoy.) We enjoyed the stay. The owners stay on the property on Saturday night into Sunday at the beginning of the week, and return on Friday night at the end. We had a few issues that should be noted: 1. The thermostat power wire was loose, so it kept resetting and turning off the air. The contractor had to come out and tighten the wire and replace the battery. 2. The toilet had to be replaced due to an issue with the previous tenants. The new toilet was installed while we checked in on Saturday and was completed by 9PM that evening. However, the contractor had to return on more than one occasion to tighten it, and it would not flush reliably for the duration of the stay. 3. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent, but we only had issues the first day, and the fourth day. Running hot water in the outside shower first seemed to allow hot water to run to the shower in the unit. 5. The outlets in the kitchen require major force to plug in the kitchen appliances; this appears to be an alignment issue. 6. You need to bring just about everything for the kitchen; corkscrew, salt, pepper, aluminum foil, paper towels, etc. There are pots and pans, plates and cups. 7. The check-out time is listed as both 11AM and 11:30AM on the website and the HomeAway app; this should be resolved to avoid confusion at check out. Our sole complaint is that there should be a better approach for permitting a contractor to come into the unit to correct any issues. A lockbox outside of the unit is suggested so the tenants do not have to wait in the unit to let the contractor in, wasting time on vacation sitting around waiting for the work to be completed. Other than that, this is a nice place that is very close to the beach and boardwalk.
