Only 100 feet from the pool, this beach side town home has a large, specious, nicely decorated two bedroom two bath townhome with a sleeping loft. Master bedroom is upstairs for privacy. It has a king size bed and large walk in closet and bath. The second bedroom is located on the main level and has a king bed and an attached bath. Both bedroom are large well furnished and well maintained. The loft area upstairs has two twin beds and a large walk in closet/dressing area. It is perfect for small children or teenagers. The kitchen has all modern appliances and is fully equipped to prepare your favorite dishes or the whole area can be ignored while you enjoy your vacation.

A patio overlooking scenic horseshoe lake is located in the rear of the unit. A table and chairs are provided for your enjoyment and come in especially handy for morning coffee or just relaxing in the afternoon after a long day at the beach or fishing.

Out the front of the unit is the swimming pool. The pool is very close and is heated during the late fall and winter months for the adventurous.

Overall the unit is very spacious (1,550 sq. ft.), well furnished, clean and comfortable.
