Very nice condo. It was a little hard to find at first but once realized there were letters on each building we were able to find the condo. My only complaint is that the signage could be better on the buildings.

Our family of five stayed here for a week and had a lovely experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We appreciated the close proximity to the beach and the lengthy hours of operation the pool offered. The turtles, ducks, and heron we saw from our balcony were definitely a plus!

We had a great time! Everything was clean, the rooms were a good size and very comfortable. Loved the walking distance to the beach and pool. We will definitely come back. The host was very kind and responded quickly to messages.

25th Anniversary Trip

We had a great time celebrating our anniversary. This was our first time to Pensacola Beach. We loved the condo and its location. Would definitely stay at again.

We had a staycation and came out to the beach for the weekend with friends and family in town. This condo had everything we needed. The parking was plentiful, with one coveted spot designated for the condo (and overflow just outside our spot). The walk from the condo to the beach was short, and this is coming from a 6month pregnant woman with beach tents, chairs, coolers, and more. The condo itself is located far from the crowds, and right across from the best artisanal convenience store with a breakfast & lunch deli, local breads and sweets, and reasonably priced snacks, drinks, and a liquor store upstairs. Inside the condo was the perfect size for 4 of us to sit and hangout comfortably. The bedrooms were spacious, but I would recommend bringing your own pillow if you’re able to. Be sure to also bring your own beach towels. But the washer and dryer is easily accessible in the unit & they provided started detergent for that and the dishwasher (the local across the street had both for purchase). All in all it was a great weekend, and we will be back.

Great vacation

We had a wonderful time. Family spending much needed time together. We had everything we needed at the condo. Was very convenient to the beach.We would love to come again next year. The ducks and turtles were enjoyed by all. Fantastic week. There are also some great dining locations nearby.Very convenient location to shops

Great Location

Close to the beach. Over-looked pool and lagune. Quiet community. Will stay again. Blue Angels show was awsome and watched in front of condo on the beach.

Great Place!

This was a nice condo. We really enjoyed our stay. Two pre teen grandsons and us. Just enough room. The beds and furniture were super comfortable. The boys loved the pool and the beach. Both were very convenient to our unit. Parking so close was an extra bonus. The condo is close but not too close to the hustle and bustle. Great restaurants nearby. We were very pleased with our visit.
