Beautifully Updated: Coastal cottage feel that is cozy and comfortable. You'll enjoy the easy access to the beach from this gulf side condo along with local flavor offering shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities.

The condo overlooks the swimming pool and is a short walk to the beach. This two bedroom, one and a half bath condo also provides you with a view of the lagoon which runs through the property. The full bath offers a beautifully tiled stand up shower with glass door. The unit sleeps up to 6 comfortably and offers a king size bed in the master and two double beds in the second bedroom. You can enjoy the view of your choice, sunrises or sunsets. All with an enjoyable view of the ducks and swans from the condo balcony.

You will be located on the first level above the covered parking space below the unit. All of the comforts of home include 3 flat panel TVs, two DVD players and a fully equipped kitchen.

We offer you the best value on the beach and invite you to come and enjoy the beautiful white sands and local flavors.

TV instructions

The only thing I can think of that would have been better was lack of information on how to use the tv. The owner was very responsive and sent the maintenance man to help and he did. It took him two hours to resolve the issue.

Cute and quite place

The property was great. The owner is very quick to respond anytime. i had a question if there was an issue, she was right on top of it. I highly recommended this place. It's definitely perfect for a getaway. The home makes you feel like your home. ur at home.

Great Location

Close to the beach. Over-looked pool and lagune. Quiet community. Will stay again. Blue Angels show was awsome and watched in front of condo on the beach.

Family trip

We were here for my daughter’s dance comp. The condo was great for our family and not a bad drive to the convention center at all. The owner was super responsive to get us and info and recommendations. Very pleased!

The unit and the owner of the unit were very good. The pool and the grounds need attention. the pool and public bathroom For a condo unit that pays an HOA they need to fix the sprinkler system and update the table and chairs around the pool

Mixed Bag

This condo is very cute and was quite clean. The kitchen is easy to use and the balcony is nice. The view of the lagoon at night is pretty. Pool and beach access are easy. The shower door needs to be repaired. The property needs a facelift and better care. The landing by the condo door is filthy; the chair rail was covered with dirt. We needed help during check-in, but there was no one in the Property Manager’s office, and no alternate phone number. VRBO was very helpful.

Villas on the Gulf

Upon our arrive we a few issues. I contacted Stacy and she was super quick in responding and she was very quick in getting our issues take care of. I love the location besides the upstair neighbor constantly running and slamming door and slamming cabinets. The condo could use some updates and/or replace such as: shower faucets, sofa, bed mattress, repair/replace door frame from the laundry room to the main bathroom, and more dishes. I would book and stay here again in the further visit. The price for the condo is very reasonably because of the needed updates. I still will definitely stay again because Stacy is a great hostess. We all enjoyed the location because we are a little away from the crazy busy intersection of Via De Luna Dr and Fort Pickens Rd, thank goodness!

We won’t be back

Positives: *Fully stocked kitchen (minus some terribly dull knives) *First floor and end of building, so not many noises from the neighbors! *A short walk to the beach, and don’t have to cross any roads! *Good internet Negatives *Not very clean, baseboards were extremely dusty, ceiling is a popcorn ceiling and is coated in dust, bed spreads were not clean, bath rugs in the bathroom were disgusting, pulled out an extra blanket from the closet, that was very obvious it had never been washed. And the couch, although comfortable, was very grungy. *Lack of supplies. We had zero laundry detergent, zero trash bags, zero hand soap, zero dish soap, zero dish rags and towels for the kitchen. We also had 5 miniature bath towels, for our family of 6. So I had to make an emergency run to the store to purchase all the supplies that I thought would be included and weren’t. *wish there was a vacuum to clean up all the sand

Great location.

We stayed for a family vacation. There is covered parking for the unit. That was nice. The only gripe was I could hear people upstairs walking around when I was in bed. They got up at 5 am every morning and that woke me up everyday. Other than that it was clean and comfortable. About a 5 minute walk to the beach. Never went to the pool but it was right behind our unit. Plenty of room for our family of 4.

Everything was to a tee as listed in the listing and the property was so inviting and well cared for please disregard any negative comments that you may have read about this property. The owners are great and very quick for getting back to you we had a great time.

Pensacola Christmas 2022

Great location right next to the beach. First time visiting Florida so we were surprised at how cold it was at Christmas (30 degrees) but spent lots of time outside anyway since we brought warm clothes.

Vacation To Remember

The property was well maintained and was steps away from beach. Beds were fantastic and very comfortable making our stay perfect! It was a quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle of traffic. The pond with ducks, frogs, dragonflies and beautiful landscaping with flowering trees made our stay enjoyable. We took full advantage sitting on the balcony enjoying our wine! 5 star condo that is a must stay on your next trip to Pensacola.🏖🐚☀️

Nice, clean and away from crowds

Very easy to get to beach, no streets to cross. Had adequate items in kitchen for meal prep(pots, pans, dishes, utensils) Based on recent reviews I was concerned re whether there would be TP, paper towels, dish soap etc. but there was a starter supply of everything. Very easy access to beach. Pool was not open 2 of the days we were there, but they were fixing it as quickly as possible. Parking was good(right by steps to our unit), condo is not walkable to restaurants but not far to access by car. Quiet, away from crowds. The bedrooms were very spacious, easy to move around. Convenient floor plan with bathroom with shower between bedrooms and 1/2 bath off of living room. We would definitely come back here. Every time I had a question before and during our stay, the response from owners was very prompt

Nice location and condo

I loved the easy walk to the beach. The condo was clean. The shower could use some updating, water pools on the shower floor. There were not enough towels for a party of 6. The complex is quiet and parking was good. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Not the best but not the worst.

The location of this condo is fantastic. Just a quick walk to a private beach. The size fit 5 ok, but that was with someone sleeping on the horrible pull out couch. The kitchen is definitely not fully stocked. We had to get our own laundry detergent, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, dish towels etc. As for cleanliness it was horrible! We turned on the ceiling fan in the master bedroom and huge clumps of dust flew all over the bed. The vents were covered in dust. The shower is moldy. I contacted the owner and all she said was she would let the cleaning company know. After all the reviews about the condition of this property one would think a new cleaning company would be hired. There are no beach towels so you will also need those. Half the lamps in the property don’t work. Also there is no dresser in the master bedroom so we had to live out of our suitcase for a week. Thank goodness we spent little time there.

Family Vacation

Not impressed

When we arrived there were a few items broken (flooring transition and toilet paper holder) and not working (lamps need new lightbulbs). The owners never checked in on us while we were there. I messaged them to find out about a vacuum to do a once over before we left. Still haven’t heard back and we arrived home yesterday. Wouldn’t stay at this location again, unfortunately.

GREAT STAY

We enjoyed everything this condo had to offer and also the easy check in. The only thing I have to complain about was the quilts and shams on the beds had not been cleaned just the linens.

We are great friends who call south central Pennsylvania home. Our families have traveled together for years. Between being stationed at Eglin AFB over 25 years ago and now having family who live in the area, we set out to find the perfect get-a-way home on Pensacola Beach!

We love how close this unit is to everything, but most of all....to the beach! As soon as we stepped foot over the walk way across the dune, we knew Pensacola Beach was where we would purchase our first rental! The sight of the white sugar sand and the clear emerald Gulf is simply beautiful.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Our end unit balcony (or as we like to call - the Lanai) looks over both the pool and the lagoon. We love sitting out in the morning with coffee watching the ducks and turtles. Evenings are nice with a glass of wine listening to the gentle sounds of the water feature.
