New furniture. 1 KING sized bed with new deluxe mattress in master bedroom, Queen mattress in bedroom 2,new seally mattress on queen sofa sleeper in the living room. . Quality linens , comforters and extra pillows. 1100 living space square feet, totally space of home 2400 sq ft including decks and garage.
Full spacious fully functional kitchen and nice utensils.
3 flat Screen tvs , 1 in each bedroom and 1 main smart tv with access for Netflix and other streaming channels.
Nice deck on the front and the back of the property with outdoor sofa and chairs under the back canopy. Sun lounge chairs avaliable on the deck.
Garage fits one vehicle comfortably and securely with locking entrance and electric garage door.
Very easy walk to the beautiful white sand beach with access on both sides of home.
House has total room darkener shades for your convenience or open and let the sun shine in.

Guys I love this little beach cottage. They had everything we needed to take to the beach wagons, buckets, chairs, nets, boogie boards and more. It was so close to the beach. Now it is for a smaller family keep that in mind, that’s what we needed! The host is amazing and the response time is amazing way better then anything I could do!!

Beautiful little Haven

This is an amazing little place to stay. It has everything you would need for your vacation. Including a wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It was so awesome that they even had cast iron pans for cooking! There are many more things to this place, not to mention it was just a hop skip and jump to the beach(that is not very crowded on this end). Loved this home away from home and hope to stay again.

Great stay! We would book again.

Our first time to the Pensacola area. The beautiful beach was only a short walk away from the house & there were many restaurants/bars just down the road. Checkin was very easy. Brad communicated promptly & he was very polite & helpful. The house was clean & it had everything we needed!

No need to look further, so book this house!

I looked on-line for a long time to find a home that checks all of the boxes. Look no further as this is the house for you, especially if you are a couple or have a family of four. Clean house, perfect size for up to four guests (home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths), outstanding beach access, and good price. There were no issues with easy key access. Nice beach trip and low stress trip is exactly what we needed. Will return.

Wonderful beach trip

I loved this house. Clean and comfortable house providing everything to make the trip wonderful. Host was very helpful and gave great recommendations on nearby restaurants and several places to hear live music. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Great stay!

This vacation home had everything we needed. The wagon and beach gear was an awesome plus. The house was clean. Beach access is literally around the corner. The owner was very helpful, from checking in to make sure we had everything we needed to suggestions on food and activities. Overall, the stay was perfect!

Awesome convenient and clean beach house

This is a very nice, clean, and quiet property in a great location. It is so conveniently located 1 block from the beach with easy beach access. My family have stayed in this house several times and it has always been a great stay. The home is perfect for my family of four. I like the fact that it has a full-size washer and dryer, well-supplied kitchen, nice linens, outdoor shower with hot water, large enclosed garage, covered back deck facing the gulf, and even a beach wagon with an umbrella and chairs. This is definitely our go-to beach house when we visit Pensacola Beach.

Blues week (2nd time at this property)

We are repeat visitors to this property. We had an amazing time. The house is just a short walk to the beach. Brad is probably the most helpful property owner we’ve encountered in all of our VRBO stays. He goes out of his way to make sure that you have everything you need. We hope to stay again soon.

Great stay!

House is as described. Great location- easy walk to non-crowded beach. Nice quiet neighborhood. Ability to park in garage was great. Wagon was a big bonus in transporting items to/from beach.

Quick trip to the beach staying in a cozy home

Recently stayed for the second time at this cute beach house. The home is clean and comfortable and has all of the needed supplies including plenty of kitchen houseware. Plus, ideal location to the beach with perfect beach access. This has become my place to stay when visiting Pensacola beach.

Fabulous

We loved staying a week at this cozy beach house, it is the perfect size for a couple or small family. The beach is just a short walk away, and restaurants and shops are just a short bike ride away. No need to bring anything but your clothes, bikinis, and food to this house! I packed entirely too much and did not need to bring things like detergent, shampoo, beach towels, chairs, and extra toilet paper. Everything you use at home is already provided for you at this beach house. It is an older home in a quiet neighborhood, but super clean and tidy. Brad was quick to answer emails and very helpful with recommendations for the area. Highly recommended, and we will definitely stay here again.

So convenient to the beach

Brad is a great host and almost immediately answers any questions, the place has a cool beach cart for supplies and an outdoor shower and is a very short walk to the beach, this is the second time we’ve stayed here and we love it

Great Location! This beach house is close to restaurants and activities but far enough away for peace and quiet. We offer a nice garage and a good amount of parking space. You will not find out of date furniture and sun tan oil stained furniture as in some of the local hotels and units. No pets here, so
there will be no pet stains or odors, or the covering up of stains , odors , or pet hair. Owners have years of experience with rentals.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on this property so you can enjoy the refreshing sea breeze without tobacco smell.

Location is great, you don't have to deal with noisy lobby and chaotic packed sweaty elevators , just enjoy your relaxing , quiet ,no stress stay.
Every window in the home has room darkener shades for your convenience.
Gas Stove and fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker.
The property has central A/C with no loud sounds as with many of the local hotel chains who have compressor units kicking on and off all night long.
Walk down to local activities if you care for entertainment and come back to a quiet Greek/French style oasis on the beach!
