Ranch home boasting 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths for your comfort and convenience. Two levels for peaceful enjoyment. Central location in quaint Clarkston neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown Clarkston Village. Close to I-75 for the commuter. 22kw auto backup generator. 3 bedrooms entry level. 2 bedrooms with egress windows, family room and full bath with walk in shower in finished lower level. Washer and dryer in home. Large fenced backyard for the safety of your children or pet.

Enjoy a peaceful walk to downtown Clarkston Village and take in the many outstanding restaurants and shops or stroll through Depot Park and relax by the babbling creek. Concerts, snowboarding, skiing, outlet shopping and more are just a few minutes away from this fully furnished and completely appointed home.

Pets are discretionary with owner. No cats. Small to medium dogs will be considered. No events or party's. Vehicles limited to six (6).

PLEASE NOTE- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON BEDS OR FURNITURE FOR ANY REASON AT ANY TIME. FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THIS WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES.

Fantastic Location

We came to visit our daughter who is attending Oakland University. The location was perfect, near the university and the home was large enough to accomodate the 6 of us. The host was very attentive and easy to communicate with. We will definetly stay here again.

Wish we could stay again

Todd, the owner, was great. This home was much nicer and bigger than the pictures. The huge fenced in backyard was great for our dogs. We were here for a long term stay and really felt like we were home. The location was perfect, safe and convenient.

Close to family

We were in town for a wedding, and this place was close to where we needed to be. It was near my mother-in-laws home. It is quite roomy. Perfect for is!!

Perfect Home

Perfect in every way! This home was spacious, clean, decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for our stay. Host was easy to get a hold of with a couple questions we had. I would highly recommend this home for anyone needing a stay in the area!

Awesome!

We had a great stay in this spacious home in a quiet neighborhood close to the interstate. The finishing, linens, and beds made made us feel like we were at a hotel. The 2 separate family areas allowed the kids and adults to have their own space. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great rental for family and pet(s)

Just in town for a family graduation for a couple of days, the location and house were prefect. The communication was over and above the normal. I liked that everything I could think of was provided at the house literally could just bring my clothes, thanks!

Way Than a Hotel.

The choice to rent this house is a no brainer. Why rent a hotel room when this house is available. It is spotless, roomy and conveniently located. We were in town for a wedding and the reception was at the nearby country club. We would happily rent this house again.

April stay

This house was just what we needed. The family appreciated the coffee that was provided. Also, not having to go and buy tp, Kleenex, etc. was so nice. Anthony was very responsive to any message I sent. We would stay again!

Perfect

It was the perfect house. With two family rooms to rest after a busy wedding day. The house was set up so that we could all get ready for the wedding without getting in each other's way. The Host was very kind and friendly.

Girls weekend

Perfect place to stay for our girls weekend, everything was as expected and better. We stayed during the first major snow storm of the year and someone was there 3 times during our weekend stay to clear the driveway. Many places dont allow you use of the garage but being able to use the it to park cars was a plus! Would highly recommend and would definately stay here again without hesitation.

Great for large groups

Even with a group of adults and two small children, this house accommodated our whole party without any issues. All my friends were impressed when they saw the house for the first time. You can tell the homeowner had put in renovation work to make the basement into a great second floor. The location was perfect; close to golf and downtown Clarkston.

Great experience!

I had some friends and family come in from out of town and we wanted an affordable and nice lodging. I found this house online and it was exactly what we were looking for! The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a 1/2 bath. We really enjoyed our time here and I would highly recommend this house to anyone that is looking for a nice place to stay in the Clarkston area. The house is very clean and comfortable and it’s close to I-75. Anthony was also very responsive to my inquiries - which I really appreciated!

Amazing home with all the amenities you will need.

We had a great time. There were 4 of us siblings together for first time in years. We gathered for our sons wedding and spent the remainder of the weekend just relaxing and catching up. The house is lovely and the owners responded quickly when we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again if another opportunity presents itself. A nice perk presented itself when the kids stopped by with our grandkids for quick visit and the outdoor toys entertained them whole we visited. Great home in a quiet neighborhood, perfect in every way.

Long family weekend

We had a family wedding to attend and there were 7 of us heading down. We decided on a house rental instead of a hotel. Great decision! We had more room, amenities, and the ability to be with one another in one place instead of going from room to room in a hotel. The house was very clean with everything we needed. We did not have the opportunity to use the back yard but it looked great with a small porch and nice grill. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. Great communication with the owner who made sure we had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

5 star stay wish I could live here

This VRBO stay is the kind you find every so often where you'd just like to move in and live there as the owner has clearly thought out everything. Our communications with the owner were very quick and very helpful. The space is huge, larger than I even expected. We took several long walks around the neighborhood and always felt safe and comfortable. The touches that make this place - heater in the bathrooms avoiding that cold feeling getting out of the shower, giant bath towels that are softer and more absorbent than those we have at home, kleenex yes they have kleenex which is so often overlooked, plenty of shower supplies, nice laundry area including a table to fold clothes on, air conditioning was strong, easy keyless entry, beautiful kitchen with granite, access to the garage. Yep we loved it, comfortable recommending staying here.

Great time!

Property was beautiful. So clean! So many unexpected amenities like shampoo, coffee, and a pack n play. The backyard was great for my one year old grandson to wander around in while we trailed after. Beds were very comfortable, which is always a perk. Place was tastefully decorated and not overdone at all. We visited the mall and the detroit zoo while we were at the house. TV in each bedroom helped my granddaughter sleep in a strange environment. I LOVED the downstairs bathroom. So beautifully tiled and with the heater and the fan, I got spoiled. Anthony promptly answered any and all inquires before and during stay. Great host!

Best Stay I've Ever Had!

This house is perfect in almost every way. It was impeccably clean and they even provided supplies, such as a ton of fresh towels, coffee filters, toilet paper, etc. It was perfect for a family, with three bedrooms and a bath and a half upstairs and two bedrooms and a bathroom with a wonderful shower downstairs. There are two big living rooms--upstairs and down--one with a cozy, easy-to-use fireplace. And they already had a Christmas tree up with tons of decorations just for our trip. It also has giant flat screen TVs in every room, which the kids loved, with a huge kitchen. It couldn't get more perfect for a family. I've been to a LOT of Vrbo houses, but I've never had a place this well kept and clean before. The garage comes in handy in Michigan weather too! It felt like a home for all of us during the holidays. Overall, if you're going anywhere in the metro-Detroit area, this is your jam. I know I will definitely return!

Cozy, spacious home in Clarkston, MI!!

This home was more than expected! Very clean, fully equipped large open kitchen to the family room, 5 lovely bedrooms, 3 great bathrooms, large back yard with play area for kids, plenty of parking on the big driveway. My family was traveling from several states for a family wedding. We wanted to stay together and this home was perfect. The location is very close to beautiful downtown Clarkston, easy access to the freeway, nestled in a lovely neighborhood. The communication with the owner was pleasant and immediate, he was very helpful and great to work with. He went above and beyond and out of his way to bring a phone left behind to the restaurant early Sunday morning. Along with delivering a pair of shoes. I highly recommend this property for those looking for a spacious, homey place. You will not be disappointed!

Absolutely Perfect

The place feels like a happy home. Extremely clean, quiet, comfortable, tastefully decorated, very well stocked with supplies, and everything worked! Communication was great. The linens were very nice and new. And we really loved having the garage. A stress-free and pleasant experience all around! I highly recommend this rental and thank the fabulous host, Tony, for one of of our best rental experiences yet.

My father bought this house because he loves the area and we have spent our entire lives within a 5 mile radius of this home. Dad bought this home and tore it apart, renovated every room, except the kitchen, finished the lower level and made it exactly how he wanted it. My uncle and cousin are the craftsmen that performed the work. The final product is my father's labor of love and I welcome you, your family and your friends to stay at my comfortable and cozy home...The Fox Den.

The Fox Den is very comfortable and spacious, yet cozy and not over-sized. You can spend time together and away from each other all at the same time and as you choose. The finished lower level allows you to watch your shows comfortably and quietly or maybe you send the kids downstairs so the adults can gather in the front room and take advantage of the seating and wet bar area. Maybe curl up in front of the fireplace and watch a movie while the rest of the family relaxes in their bedrooms, each with its own TV.

The covered front porch and the quiet, fenced, back yard allow for quiet mornings and evenings sitting down with your beverage of choice. This home is very conveniently and centrally located to I-75, many outdoor venues, shopping and restaurants. I strive to make sure all of my guests are comfortable.
