Beautiful Condo On The Gulf, Walking Distance to Pier Park

This unit is one of the DELUXE ONE BEDROOM CONDOS with both the living area AND the master bedroom directly facing the gulf. A 35 foot balcony is accessible from the family room or the master bedroom through the 9' tall sliding glass doors. Most Tidewater one bedroom units don't have the master bedroom FACING THE GULF like this unit has. Floor plans vary greatly at the Tidewater and we feel certain you will agree this is the best one bedroom condo at Tidewater! The bunk room is a separate room with a closet and washer and dryer. We also have two full baths. The living area and master bedroom have LCD televisions. This is the largest one bedroom plan at Tidewater and is located on the 15th floor.

OWNER PROVIDES 'Wireless only' INTERNET AVAILABLE IN Condo for Laptops & I Pads
During the summer months the kids are entertained by the staff provided 'kids Club'. There may be a slight cost for some of the activities. The kids love it! All kinds of beach activities are also available.

This unit comfortably accommodates 5 guests. The king size master bed features a deluxe king size Serta mattress and the bunk also has quality Serta mattresses, not foam. The furnishings are excellent quality and the unit was professionally decorated. A fully equipped kitchen is available for your use. Two full baths are also available. One full bath is off the bunk room and the other is off the master bedroom. SEE THE DIAGRAM OF OUR FLOOR PLAN IN THE PICTURES BELOW. New sectional seating in the living room may also be used for a place a guest can sleep.

Tidewater Beach Resort is located near the prime intersection of Hwy 79 and Front Beach Rd. Tidewater features an impressive array of amenities. Imagine relaxing by one of the two 4200 Sq. foot lagoon pools.. both with hot tubs. Or, maybe you would prefer enjoying the indoor pool or the 4300 sq ft cardio-fitness center with health bar, sauna and spa. Why not relax in one of the two mineral spa pools? Tidewater also has a game room and a large screen movie/media theater tor the kids.

Tidewater is within 600 yards to the new 900,000 sq ft PIER POINT SHOPPING VILLAGE. Pier Park features fantastic restaurants and great shopping. Restaurants include Jimmy Buffet's Margaretville, Panera Bread, Back Porch Seafood House and many others. Stores include Target, Starbucks, Dillard's, Old Navy and many, many more. Also features a 16-screen Cinema complex.

And of course we don't want to forget...Tidewater Beach Resort is located on 636 feet of beautiful white sand on one of the most desirable beach in the world.

Even during the winter months you will enjoy your stay. We have a large fitness facility with two great mineral spa tubs, sauna and steam bath. Also an indoor pool and a movie theater the entire family will enjoy. And don't forget the game room.

Beautiful condo. The manager was great to communicate with. Plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained on property. Resort was clean and staff was excellent. Would go back in a heartbeat!

We had a great time staying here! The condo was beautifully decorated and had a stunning view. We were very comfortable throughout our stay. The extra-long balcony was definitely a plus. Beach access was convenient, the elevator was right in front of the room. Just ride it down (there can be a short wait sometimes, but the elevator itself is fast), and when you get off, you’re only a short hallway away from the beach. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it!

Home away from home

Power went out ac didnt work first day only gave you one trash bag and the master bed was hard as a rock guest bath sink stopper didnt work , the rest of the time and space we had was great .

Wonderful Winter Vacation

This is our 3rd year staying at the Tidewater Beach Resort, but first in this particular condo. The staff of Tidewater were as friendly as they always are, the views are spectacular from the condo. We will definitely keep our Christmas tradition of coming to the Tidewater.

Perfect for a small family

We had a wonderful time and communication with the owner was wonderful! We loved the security it offered and the ramp access to the beach for our child who is wheelchair bound. We will definitely be back!

Amazing view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short trip! The location was great! Condo was clean(ish). Cleaning company left some to be desired but after a quick cleaning by ourselves, we were great. Otherwise, we loved our stay.

Little slice of paradise

We had a wonderful experience. The condo was perfect size for our family of 5. Everything is what we expected! The manager was great and was easy to communicate with prior to the trip to answer all questions!! Would highly recommend!!

Perfect getaway!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and from the moment we walked in, we felt like we were home. The view was just amazing. Elevator delays was the biggest complaint that I’d read and heard about, but truly the only time we had any real wait at all was during the rush of check in time, but Tidewater staff were working really hard to keep things moving. I would love to have the opportunity to come back and stay again for future trips to Panama City Beach!

Great condo with a spectacular view!

The condo was very nice and accommodating. The online pictures are a little dark, so it actually looks better in person. I would say the second bedroom/ nook is for smaller kids. The property owner was very responsive and kind. Great customer service which is rare these days.

Beautiful unit

Beautiful unit. Updated furnishing and very confortable. Coffee maker didn't work but a Starbucks In the building. Serbif 2 chairs and an umbrella included!! Bonus!!!!! Gym was nice, plenty of equipment. Elevators were tremendously slow. Nice parking garage. Within walking distance to the pier and pier park. Traffic was horrible so it was nice to walk and enjoy the weather and the scenery. There was a strange pipe that dispensed water from the lagoon across the street into the ocean. That compost was a bit disappointing but plenty of beautiful beach left to enjoy. Overall a fantastic trip!!!!!!!!!!

Great condo with an absolutely beautiful view

Great condo with an absolutely beautiful view! The Condo was exactly as pictured! One of the mornings we were able to see dolphins and some type of rays swimming near the shore. It was great having beach chairs and an umbrella with the rental. The condo was a perfect size for our family of four. It was so wonderful to have enough seating on the balcony for the four of us to be able to be out there together and enjoy each other's company while taking in the beautiful view and listening to the ocean, it was great for enjoying our morning coffee too! So peaceful! Our family enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back, we would definitely stay here again. Vickie was a pleasure to work with, she answered all questions and was sweet enough to give us recommendations of restaurants to try out in the area. I would highly recommend renting this condo! Thank you Vickie for such a pleasant stay and sharing your condo with us!

The view was great. The host was great. The long wait for an elevator was horrible. TV broken, Dryer broken, knobs falling off place just needs a little TLC. We checked out after one day.

The entire unit is not being cleaned very well.The unit is very outdated. Bathtub faucet in master bath leaks all the time.Ceiling fan in master bathroom doesn’t work effectively.Sink faucet in bathroom is broken.Dryer makes a loud grinding noise and smells like something is burning when in use.The Bed in master bedroom is very uncomfortable.Bedding old and dingyPillows dirty.Products that says included in unit was already opened and used.Chair on balcony is broken.Door locks on both sliding glass doors won’t lock.The elevators are extremely slow, worse the any place I’ve ever stayed.

Good room but the building was rough

The elevators were horrible, they were down so they had to have an employee sit in them and manually run them the entire week which made gowing up and coming down extremely slow, lines of people down the hallways waiting to catch an elevator. The automatic door going to the lobby kept breaking so you couldn’t get in occasionally, and the secondary bathrooms sink stopper was stuck down since the moment we got there, overall the room we had was nice it was just getting around the building that was the treacherous part.

Great View!

Vicki and her Condo was perfect! The view was amazing! We had not been on a family trip in quite a few years and this one hit the bullseye. Everyone had room and loved the convience of the room to the beach and Pier Park.

Great!

Great location! Very nice room! It was decorated nice and equipped with everything we needed for the week. Elevators were only an issue on check in check out days with longer wait times! Would stay again!

Beach Getaway

Condo was great for our short vacation. Unit was nice and beds were comfortable. Property manager was prompt on any communication. We didnt have any issues with the unit, it was very nice for our family of 4. Thank you for the letting us stay there.

Spring Break Stay

Great getaway!

This is a beautiful condo that worked out great for our family. Our only complaint was the elevators of which we waited for upwards of 15-20 minutes at certain times of the day and week. We seen this with other reviews but didn’t think it would be a big deal and it didn’t ruin our vacation but was the only complaint. Also for a family of four you will need to bring more toilet paper. What is supplied did not work for us. Otherwise great views and nice clean condo!

I had a few questions and the owner responded promptly. We also had an issue with the sliding door to the balcony and the owner took care of it immediately.

Pleased with rental; only issue was with elevators

The location, accommodations, rental, property manager and building staff were all excellent and very friendly. The building, however continues to have significant issues with the elevators - there are very few and not all were operational. During check-in and check-out, expect to wait 45 minutes or so. Otherwise, everything else was as advertised.
