Condo was great! The view was beautiful & we had a wonderful stay! The restaurant, store with a Starbucks & the Tiki bar by the pool were wonderful to have at the resort!

Take extra paper products. Coffee pot is regular coffee pot, not a Keurig style.

Great Unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit for the past 4-5 years. It’s a great unit on a lower floor. The management company is great to work with & quick to respond.

The condo was beautiful and the view immaculate but the condo had a lot of sand already inside on the floors and some of the dishes were dirty when I pulled them from the cabinet most of the staff at the resort were not very friendly or helpful the waitress at the bar in the restaurant added her own tip to my bill but we had a great time regardless of a few little things wrong

We are sorry to hear that you had issues with staff at the resort and beach service. Unfortunately, these are separate companies from Four Star. We are also sorry to hear about the cleaning issues you faced. I do see that our office offered to send the cleaner back over to fix any errors, but never received a response from you. We wish you luck in the future.

We loved the view, and the two chairs and umbrella were a nice perk. The outdoor pool water was cold, so we only swam indoors and at the beach.

The view was beautiful. and the condo was clean and had everything we needed.The only complaints we had were the elevator wait times.The free beach chairs and free golf were great.The only complaint with the condo was the sliding balcony door was very heavy and probably needed some kind of lubricant on the track.But would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The condo was perfect - clean and equipped with everything we needed plus ocean views and just steps to the beach. The hosts were friendly and responsive. Daily beach chair service and the included daily activities were amazing. There was only a wait for the elevators during peak times.

Upon arrival, we had an issue getting in that was quickly fixed by the owner and he offered us free late check out for our trouble. The condo is very clean but is lacking the homey feel that I like when I visit a property. With some updates, I would rent again.

Location was excellent close to different things to do. 4 Star followed up during our stay to ensure our vacation was up to expectations. Place was very clean and accommodated our needs nicely. The two bedrooms had king beds one with a firm mattress and the other with a soft one. It worked for us but it is good to know ahead of time.

Great location & unit

The unit is as advertised. Very nice location & clean. It was my first time booking a unit online and I was pleased with how smooth it all went. Would book again.

Was great

Property was very well maintained, everything in room was clean and great. One remote had dead batteries an someone was sent up very quickly to fix. The view was beautiful, did notice there are security on the beach and asked us to move our umbrella up legit 5 inches , Only issue we had was the sliding glass door was harder to open , and the middle elevators was slower, we went to the one at the end of the hall and was much quicker.

Beautiful condo!

The condo was super clean . The check in process was easy. Only complaint I have is the elevators. They were extremely slow and had to wait long periods of time. They really need to fix this problem. Hard to take to toddlers up and down 7 flights of stairs.

Great condo

The condo was nice and as advertised. Beautiful views, gorgeous beach. Owners were friendly and responsive to all our questions. Had to wait on elevators for a bit, but that wasn’t anyone’s fault, simply the busiest time of year (mid-July). Since condo was on 7th floor, taking the stairs was an easy alternative to slow elevators. Great condo for the price! Would def book it again or recommend to friends.

Just a warning before you stay

Never be in a hurry to get any where at this property. Anytime we needed an elevator it took a long time. One wait was almost an hour. Im okay with the stairs, but my mom who has a cane could not walk down 7 flights.

The 2nd week of my stay 6 of 8 elevators were inoperable. I'm left side paralyzed and was on the 7th floor. The staircase had no lights. That situation lasted a week. I had a toilet that needed to be repaired. On my final week there was a water main break so i was without water for a couple days then i left afew days early because of that situation. While down there i drove to the office of "Four Star condo services and spoke with the manager about being compensated in some way and was told I'd have to wait until the end of my stay so we can calculate what my loss could be, i will be following up with them.

Be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting for elevators up to 40 minutes each time you get on! Also beach is very crowded you have to get up early, before 7, to secure a spot if you’re getting beach chairs and umbrella with your unit you have to stand in line everyday to request your chair and none of front row chairs are available so you end up way back on the beach behind a lot of people
